Walked in at 9:40AM, two adult pedicures, two child pedicures, and one full set. They rushed through the full set leaving glue stuck to the nails. Waited 30 mins till one pedicure was worked on. The second nor kids pedicure ever got done. We waited in a chair with no water this whole time. It’s not hard to say you are going to have a wait or that you won’t be able to do two at a time. We wanted to get out pedicures done together. Morning wasted and ruined.

I asked for coffin and got stiletto , almond shapes & some coffin . The nails are veryyy thick and hard to get off , I was wondering why my pinky nail was hurting I cut the nail down a little & tried to take it off as I took it off today half of my nail is coming off

I remember when Ann first came down here with her shop in the other location. She was good then and still is today. I used to get my nails done all the time and eyebrows arched. I had no problem at all whatsoever. When she moved to the new location, no matter how crowded or busy they were, I got treated kindly and received exceedingly amazing service. I think this salon is underrated. My experience was much better than other reviews. Their service deserves five stars. Their salon was clean, organized and had great services. Came here with my friend to get a new coat for our nails. We got full set clear tip and their services and prices pleased us. Definitely I will be back to try something different

The reviews for this place were great but our experience was awful. My mom, brother, and I got pedicures and they hurt all three of us! No massage at all and they barely buffed our feet. The nail technician wasnt going to cut it file my nails so I had to tell her (no big deal) but I hadnt gotten a pedicure in awhile and it was obvious they needed to be trimmed. She cut my nails extremely unevenly. They also didnt use a base coat and Ive never been to a place that doesnt use a base coat (it reduces the chance of contracting fungus). My brother has down syndrome and his nails grow fast so we got him a manicure as well. He was finished way before we were because all they did was clip his nails! They were quite rude too. In the end we paid $90 for something that we have to go home and fix. Im very laid back and not picky at all. Save your money and go somewhere else.

They have this very nice beautiful fish to keep you entertain while you wait. I really love the soothing atmosphere. The staff here is just top-notch, they can do anything to make you feel super! The store has really up their game. They take customer serious and value their customers wishes. I really like how they did my pedicure...super smooth! Highly recommend any body!

So Ive been going to this shop for 8 years, and never really had a complaint . Sometimes my designs arent quite right on my toes, no big deal . Yesterday my daughter and I went, I got a pedicure she got a full set. The price said $35 ultimate, they charged me $45 . Full set said $23 they charged 26 (they charge for polish now) 3 dollars to paint her nails. I am a great tipper, not yesterday. Dont go there, and tell all your friends . I will not be back !!

Reading over the reviews I already had a mindset of what to expect. I had went in because it was so close to my grandma house. I didnt know what to do: on the way plus I need to get my eyebrows wax. All I can tell you that is all in the past about a year ago to be exact. This place has really change from the reviews from the messed up my eyebrow. They were so gentile on me. Quick painless. Even held up a mirror and pointed out where I was over plucking. And I also went in to get a Spa Pedicure. An the ladies here are really amazing! Very relaxing sitting in their chairs. An their foot massages are to die for! Not minding to put a little muscle to that thumb to get the knots out. Noticed they also have a disposal liner=hygienic place. Really recommend Super Nails To any one this place is one of a kind.

I went to get a refill with a new color and the lady who helped me didnt drill the bottom color off and on 2 nails she just put a fake nail that you would normally glue on under it and shoving and ripped it up it hurt terribly bad. Then proceeding she did not drill the nail under down and did not drill far enough on the back so as it grew out a little I have this huge lump of excess powder and now Im going to have to go somewhere and get a completely new set put on and this one taken off because they are all now lifted and painful if I could give 0 stars I would

So i went about a week ago and got a full set, the style was flawless but it was 50 dollars because i got a faded design so they charged me 15 MORE to the original 35. but okay, they look good. not even a week later two nails completely ripped off while i was doing laundry. just fell right off. i go in to get them replaced and they charged me 10 MORE to replace only TWO nails. not to mention, they look terrible. the fade is completely different and the shape is horrible. i will never be going back. i’ve had way to many problems with their service.

I had heard nothing but good things about this nail shop from co-workers but after going here, I would give this place 0 stars but Google would not let me! My fiancé’s mother and I went for manicures and pedicures the other day to try this nail shop before the wedding! Needless to say...I will not be using them! They only time we were spoken to was when we were told to pick colors. The nail tech who did my nails stopped after putting 1 coat on 3 of my nails and made another tech finish then while she just awkwardly stood there. The mani...well let’s just say my nails and cuticles looked better before I walked in! The polish did not last even a day...and we picked OPI because we’ve both had great luck with the brand before. A 3 year old could have painted my nails better. The pedicure was mediocre, already lost polish on three nails. For $75 a person, a total of $150 for their service...a reasonable person would think they would take a little more pride in the work or quality in which they send their customers out of the door with. Also, I am not sure why, but two of the nail beds around my finger nails and have very sore and hurt since being there. Don’t know if it’s related but...

After years of going to them I was disgusted with the service today! After waiting for 30 minutes in a cold foot soak because the water was not hot nor warm, another customer walked in wanting a pedi as well. 20 minutes after that I was skipped in the and completely disregarded as the tech went to the customer that had came in 30 minutes after me and was not an appointment. When I asked him why I was skipped he told me his wife would get me next. Nope! She went from pedi to take care of yet another person who came AFTER ME! Needless to say the service was horrible and I will nor return!

I got a powder manicure fill in, which was $40. Unfortunately she hardly did any shaping (I had to ask for one nail to be shaped) and she painted right over what was already there! I was shocked. Basically she added a coat of paint onto someone else’s work and did a small amount of filing/shaping, really unfortunate...

Not 100% pleased. They can be somewhat friendly but they tend to do a rush job trying to get as many customers as possible in and out. Which leaves your nails looked half done or mess. I use to like going there years ago and decided to go back but now ok.....i know why I stopped going. They also charge $3 to pair t your nails if u get a full set, but isnt that included in the price already......

Over priced after charging me $80 for a full set and a pain pedi . The lady kept getting upset with me for taking to long on picking a color but didnt help me pick a color that matched the power with the shellac !!! Very poor customer service !!!!!!

The staff was fantastic! On a super busy Friday night they took their time and did a great job. They even super hooked up my little girls nails and did a hello kitty and flower designs for no additional cost.

This is a bad place he did not speak English and I was trying to tell him it was sharp he cut my nail so short it hurts bad then he filed it down and charged 5 xtra talked to owner told her how unhappy I was and I wanted my money back she said no sorry he did not speak English and he did not understand never cut cuticle or anything very unhappy I am calling newspaper and immigration have never been treated so bad by a business do not go here tell everyone bad place

The ladies were very rude and took 5 min on my sisters nails, and they came out extremely uneven, and rough. Then my sister went to smoke after being treated so rudely (I was inside still getting a pedicure) and they accused her of walking out on them. We will not be coming back here again.

Did eyelashes that supposed to last a while well I had glue all over my top eyelid and one them fell of when I touched it leaving the place so I just took them off and they easily just fell off werent even dried she didnt dry them for me I guess never again ! 25$ to the trash.
