First the door was broken and theres a sign saying knock. OkGuy open a the door and says what you want? I asked if they were open. Then he asks if i Can pay cash. The machine is down.However the lights and AC were on. So then after figuring out the costs of the services. And BTW. Im still standing in the doorway with the door open and his hand on the open door....The cost of the main pedi is $63. I happen to have $61 on me so I left without serviceThis was too bizzare.

I’ve had nothing but great experiences here! The staff has always been kind and attentive and I find the pricing to be fair. The facility is nice and clean and tools sanitized. My toes always look great after a pedicure here ☺️

Clean, well-ventilated, and orderly. Covid-conscious. When I went there was only 2 people working, and customers were limited to 3 to the building at a time. I went in for a full set of acrylic nails, and the lady who did them was kindly and personable. We had a lovely chat about family and all the beautiful places we had been. My nails are 10/10, would definitely go again. She was even careful with my sensitive cuticles. Very happy with the service here.

First time I went was amazing..these past two times were awful. First the lady told me there was no pink powder for acrylic!? And to choose another color so I did..she cut the nails but didnt check to see if they match the opposite finger,(so different lengths) after applying the powder coat she didnt file any of it down or around the cuticle! So they are bumpy,uneven and look thick around the cuticle! Also a nail popped off(tried telling me thats normal) without force 5days after so I went back to have them fix it...they tried telling me only one lady works on nails and I mustve gone somewhere else..seriously I had to show the receipt so I could get my nail fixed...very disappointed in customer service and quality.will not be returning. waste of $!

I came for the first time recently, and I only got my eyebrows done. They did a fantastic job. Coworkers told me it looks like my brows were microbladed. If you have thicker brows, this is a good place because she was not shy about getting in there and making them look fabulous but she also didnt make them too thin. A+

I was seated right away , the pedicure was GREAT, but the manicure was not good at all. Very rushed , I got fake nails and she used nail polish which cause my nails to be see through .. I got my nails done Saturday afternoon , 3 of them had fallen off by Tuesday. I will never go back there.

Just got mine and my sisters toes done and loved the friendly atmosphere and speedy service. Very relaxing. Plus they have beer!!!!

I would give a zero if possible. If you go here make sure they understand you otherwise they will give u the most expensive and say it is what u asked for. Lady is RUDE when you try to nicely explain that it is not what I asked for and try to get it fixed!!! GOOD LUCK if you tale a chance and go here!

Very clean, do nails and toes just perfect.. spa massage chairs and they do fabulous waxing as well. Great place

Walked in and asked for a full set and pedicure and there were maybe 4 people getting pedicures at the time and I was told I’m sorry I don’t have time for you right now. I understand if you are busy It’s a Saturday at a nail shop but just turning me away was very rude. I could have waited but needless to say I will never go here again.

Great atmosphere I walked in and immediately got taken care of. Theyre very accodating and friendly. Michael was absolutely amazing and it very good at what he does. ASK FOR HIM! I had a wonderful conversation with him he was very Intrested in not only the business aspect but the human interaction and customer service. He was quick it was defiantly relaxing and overall wonderful experience

Havent had my nails done in years so I went to Star Nails to have my nails done for my 65th birthday she did a wonderful job they lasted for well over a month definitely recommend them

I dont think Ive ever had a worse nail job. It was very sloppy and a total waste of money...went to another nail salon the next day to have them fixed. Just save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.

I really wanted to like this place the reviews were good the atmosphere was great and the lady actively tried to hold a conversation with me but to start with 3 of the colored powders I picked she didnt actually have but they were still on the color choice display my nails are all different shapes they arent smooth she told me I was done and to pay before they were done drying so I left with already damaged nails but she did great with the thickness and they are matte unlike they were at HL nails where I went last time also I was charged $55 at HL for my toes and a full set but here I paid $50 for just a set Im very dissatisfied but I guess its on to the next place in town
