Good place to have a hair care

Went there today to get some sliced highlights in my hair. The stylists name was Kelly and she completely ruined my hair! My highlights had dark spots which made it look like my hair had cheetah print!!!! She toned it afterward 2 separate times then wanted to do it again! Now the highlighted parts are breaking off which has never happened to me before ever. Then everyone else there didnt even try to help out or take a look at it. BEWARE!
