Since moving here 3.5 years ago, Bruce and his staff have taken care of our extensive rolling-stock in a timely & professional manner. Two years ago, while getting ready to go to my Moms funeral, my car died and wouldnt start. Bruce (although they were very busy), moved heaven and earth to get me back on the road, in time for the funeral. Bruce and his staff are very special.

They have helped me diagnose issues over the phone, and I was able to repair the vehicle myself.Overall I have been satisfied for 15 years and I would not refer anybody else. BK auto replaced the gas tank in my 95 Bronco ...Thereby not alerting me to the fact that my vehicle was done ...Several weeks later he finally called with a reminder ...He got the right number ....When I picked up my vehicle the battery was dead requiring me to hire a locksmith to enter the vehicle ...And he had damaged the satellite navigation system satellite radio and backup camera requiring repair ...He did not stand behind his repairs forcing me to repair my radio ....I could not recommend BK auto to anyone who wants quality work done...And an owner who stands behind the work of his employees
