Honest and fair. I liked that he was willing to tell me what he didnt want to and couldnt work on. Pricing was more than fair. The only thing that keeps it from being a five star rating is timeliness of repair. However, in Allans defense, hes is ALWAYS jammed with cars. Which is indicative of how good a mechanic he is. Would go back to him in a heartbeat and wouldnt hesitate to recommend him to everyone needing work on their car. Thank you!!!!!

This place has had my vehicle for 2 and 1/2 weeks now and I still have not gotten a call back as to when it will be finished. All it needed was a power steering pump hose replacement. That should not take 3 weeks. The whole first week nobody even touched it or looked at it. The second week the owner took off out of town for a whole week and nobody even looked at or touched it again and now here we are on the third week and theyre barely doing anything with it Ill be surprised if I get it on Thursday which would make it three whole weeks. I will never take my car here again. I am a full-time working wife and mother of four and it has been very inconvenient for me not to have a vehicle. Ive called almost everyday checking on it explaining to him that I need my vehicle, like now, and he always gives me the runaround and bold-faced lies to me. Hes a decent mechanic, but just make sure you can afford to be without a vehicle for almost a month because he is so backed up on cars that he cant even fit you in for 2 weeks to even look at your vehicle but hell tell you to bring it down right away. I really am surprised that hes even still open and operating.

As far as Im concerned, Allen is the ONLY mechanic I trust. Being a senior citizen with NO understanding of what goes on under the hood, he calls my brother to explain what is needed before he calls me. NEVER charged for something unnecessary. I recommend him to my friends. My car is in good hands with Allen.

Jack was kind and informative from the moment he answered my call about replacing a belt. Although it was a slow day for them, I was in an out within two hours. Noah did the actually repair. He was also friendly and did a great job on my car.Highly recommend!
