Service Advisor: Ross MillerI came by to get my service light turned off after my oil change. Then, I asked him if he knew how to make my compass light quit blinking. He said no then took my truck to the back and asked one of the techs if he knew how to stop the blinking. The tech said yes and resolved the issue (that Ive had for over a year). All the while Ross is looking up a part for me. He was very helpful and not pushy or short with my questions.Im not sure if he ever got to eat his lunch.

Just had to come back! Buck Williams sold me my awesome Toyota Tundra last summer, and 6 months later we came back and bought my wifes new 2017 Sienna. Slow service and Ross was the absolute worst. I decided to try Tegeler because Tegeler is the closest Toyota dealership to my home. I waited over an hour to have my car serviced and Ross didnt have any of the paperwork complete. At least BCS Toyota gave me a complete multi point inspection sheet showing inspection results. What is the condition of my battery? Was the washer fluid reservoir refilled? I GOT NOTHING EXCEPT A SHEET OF PAPER STATING THE OIL WAS CHANGED AND THE COST! Very lazy in my opinion and next time I will drive 40 miles to BCS Toyota for better service. Bad attitude and no time for it! Do something else if youre unhappy with your occupation. IM A CUSTOMER!

I specifically drive almost 2 hours there and back because I trust them and I trust her. My whole family drives Toyotas. I have found the Sales Staff to be very helpful and competitive ;with pricing especially Joanne Hollingsworth- Jacobs. Any questions are quickly answered informatively. Russell the General Manager is easily approachable if you have a problem or a compliment. No only does he listen but he follows through. Tim the service writer is a superb addition. He too listens and explains. I have recommended them to my brother who lives in Deer Park and he too has purchased several vehicles. If you are in the market for a new or used vehicle just give them a call tell the what you are looking for and they will do their utmost to find it.

I recently traded my old vehicle , Buck was very nice to me , took care of business got me a good deal upgraded a 2011 to a 2015 also they hooked me up with a whole lot of saving on my car insurance. I love Toyota cars so I really felt like home at Tegeler

I was scheduled for a 3.5 hr repair. I was given a loaner car and was to return. I came back after 3 hours and was told it would take 1.5 more hrs. I looked around and found they HAD NOT even started yet. I saw them more my truck in the work bay and they said they were working on it. Some 45 minutes later they still had not begun.They could not find the Service Manager but after a while it was decided I should go home and they would deliver my truck.The service manager called the next morning and we set a delivery. The driver supposedly left on time but took 2.5 hours to make a 50 minute drive.While I still dont know if my truck was fixed right ( this was redo job on Tegelers part) I do know the driver reprogrammed my radio. Which is a special after market radio and took over 2 hours to put back the way I want my radio.
