They showed up 15 minutes then I got in the car and told them where I needed to go which is right up the hill and he told me that it’s going to be $6 which I thought was utterly ridiculous! I only payed $8 dollars from west hills all the way over by evergreen park, so why would it be $6 just to go up a hill and the cab driver was rude and disrespectful and had an attitude the whole time!!! I recommend you not call them for a cab harborside taxi is way better!!!!

They gave me an ETA when they got to where I was to pick me up, and where there at the start of the window time they gave. Driver was nice polite and just overall a nice guy. Prices were way better than Uber. Wouldnt recommend anyone else in Bremerton they are that good.

We were told a taxi would arrive in 20 minutes. We waited and hour and a half. NoShow and no call back. Called Uber. They came in ten minutes.

Never had a problem with the company. Got to my destination fast and for a great price.

From the initial request via email to the phone conversation with Ryan for the quote was a good & professional experience.The driver arrived on time but I notified Ryan that my appointment will run for another hour and the driver, Tony stayed until my appointment was done. I had an awesome punctual driver take me to SeaTac in a snowstorm, the ride was great, good company, and super safe! 10/10! Kurt was hilarious and an amazing driver.

Called to ask when driver was going to be here operator told me cab had came and left and when I told him they usually call me when they arrive he got angry and yelled no we dont call u and I shouldve just watched then hung up on me will not be using their services anymore not to mention night before they were almost 30 min late picking me up when I had scheduled a pick up hours before and they wouldnt answer the phone at all

I love this cab service i use it whenever i have too and they have almost always been on time i like their flat rate prices and how kind and friendly all their drivers are dont listen to the negative reviews theyre prob just competitor cabs all in all the best cab company i have ever used and continue to use

City Cab has been my, and my partners, preferred taxi service for about 3 years now. We love the drivers, particularly Deb and Steve! Also the prices are the best in town for sure.

I haven’t used this cab service, and never would in a million years after seeing how they drive. I was cut off by one of these cabs within inches of my bumper while driving through Bremerton, and after honking to alert the driver I was there he came over anyways and threw his hands up like it was my fault that he cut me off. This isn’t the first time I have seen your cab drivers driving like this. I don’t know if it was just one driver or not, but it’s not a good look for the company overall.

First off, this company is absolutely awesome! I mostly come in on the later ferries, so I ride with the night crew mostly. Deb and Dawg are awesome.

Steve picked me up to go from Bremerton to Tacoma in rush hour. First of all he entertained me all the way there to make the hour plus trip feel like 5 minutes! I was going to Tacoma to potentially buy a car. Secondly, Steve said hed wait for me in case I decided against buying the car so I wouldnt have to call another cab! And finally, he got out of the cab and helped me look under the hood and checked under the radiator cap for milky cap that usually means engine problems!! He went high above and beyond what his job is!! I also recommend City Cab because they beat Ubers price!!! Great company, superior driver!! Thank you so much!! I highly recommend these guys.

My neighbors and I were stuck at the Port Orchard waterfront and needed to get home. Steve S. was kind enough to bring the van so we didnt have to squeeze with there lil one. I absolutely love this taxi company theyre always on time very polite ,They will sometimes send a text and let you know that theyre outside and to come out when youre ready. Extremely reliable and the wait times are generally 10 mins. Ive made many awesome connections with the guys that drive the cab. one of my favorites are Steve he cracks me up, hes always happy has a positive attitude and gets me to work on time. Worst service ever. My mother-in-law and her sister went to Burger King and asked the driver to pick them up in 30 minutes. When the time came for the cab to come back he was an hour late. And then refused to take them home because the called dispatch to see where there cab was. Then see called to complain about the driver. The dispatcher hung up on her. SO NEVER WILL AGAIN WILL WE TAKE CITY CAB EVER

My other cab company was booked and couldnt come get me so I called City Cab instead. They were prompt and very polite. The cab itself was clean and did not smell of any unpleasant odors, which is always a plus. I would definitely call them again and would recommend them to anyone needing a ride.

This can company is very flexible and affordable. Great customer service and very prompt. They can take you directly from Bremerton to SeaTac airport at a very reasonable price.

Had three different drivers during my stay, Shaun, Sky and Ryan. All were courtesy, professional and caring. If they said they would be there in 15 minutes, they were there in 15 minutes. LADIES, AVOID THIS CAB SERVICE! They drove me to my yearly checkup at Planned Parenthood and basically asked if I was having an abortion (is it a good or bad appointment?). Now theres a rumor from complete strangers going around that I had an abortion. Thanks city cab! DO NOT RIDE WITH THESE CREEPS!!!! Not only is this insanely creepy to assume but also flagrant disrespect for their customers. I was a regular. Now that theres that rumor floating around Ill never give them my money again.

So I ride city cab a lot to and from work their drivers Steve and Darren are great all ways on time friendly. They are very knowledgeable about the best routes when theres traffic and I really appreciate thier excellent customer service.

Hi ladies, these gentlemen are the ones to keep. My transmission went out on me over 2 weeks ago. A cab driver from city cab saw me in my troubles pulled over and ask to help me get my car off the road. His name was Ryan. Since then and while Im waiting for my car to get fixed I have been using there services to get to and from work. Always professional. They even watch me to my door at night so I feel even safer. I road with Harborside(stuck up d*cks) once coming off the ferry because city cab was too busy but I can assure you I wont make that mistake again. Ill just wait. Always pick quality over quantity. Hands down they are just amazing and will go above and beyond.

He is a very safe driver, and kept a great conversation! Mind you this was our first ride with this company and it was wonderful!
