Called multiple taxi companies & this was the first one that allowed scheduled pick-up times! I had to make it to the Port Orchard Kitsap AirPorter shuttle stop in just 20 mins. The person who answered the phone was incredibly polite & helpful (a rarity in the taxicab industry). He also called me at my scheduled pick-up time to let me know that the driver had arrived. Darren, the driver, picked me up on time despite having to drive from Bremerton to Port Orchard in rush hour traffic. He drove very safely but still got me to my stop in under 10 minutes! It was also one of the few times that I felt totally comfortable being alone in a taxicab with the driver. Thank you so much for the incredible service!

Whenever I go to Bremerton, I call AAA Tonys Taxi. They are reliable and quick to pick me up. Ive always been suspicious of taxis, especially since Ive had a few bad experiences with taxis, but not with AAA Tonys Taxi. Customer Service is also great and the staff/drivers are all very friendly and helpful.

Please just say that we have a really reliable taxi service in bremerton and silverdale. We serve Bangor Base. We have flat rates to the airport. We also have friendly drivers, like Tony, that actually help people in and out of the Cab. We are almost always on time for time calls. Also, we have a nice and clean taxis, that are well maintained. Well, the taxi that I was referred to was awful( not within their company). But Tony was a professional and did what he needed to do to correct it. Which does demand my personal respect even if my night ended bad. Ill use this service again at some point and update on it 😊

We went to Bremerton for the first time and needed to do a dry run of how to get to a wedding the next day. Called the service and was told it would be 1/2 an hour. Thats fine we are just killing time. We were sent directions from our friends getting married of how to get to the golf course totaling 12 ish miles from the dock. Tony literally took us the farthest route possible $80 later we are pretty disgusted. Nice guy and friendly but I mean really? Thats pretty scummy....

My call was sent to flat rate cabs and i was forgotten. i was told 15 min and after waiting 30 i called to cancel. i should have known better then to try a cab for a ride again. this is the third time i have been forgotten or maybe the fourth. Do all cabs have something against people who dont see well enough to drive on their own. paying customers that pay even after being left in the dark in the rain for an hour. i dont get it and its sad. breaks my heart i cant find a dependable service all i want to do was see a teen age girl preform thanks to the lack of service i had to let her down she knows it wasnt my fault but still her big solo and i had to miss it so thanks for your lack of responsibility compassion or customer service.

Horrible service.... Waited an hour and 30 min and still never got picked up! This happened on two occasions as well. Calls werent answered and I had to walk home both times. Unprofessional and NOT RECCOMENDED.
