Affordable. Clean and polite service. They even go out in the snow with chains on, one of the only taxi services that were! Saved my butt too, as I had to get from the fairgrounds area all the way to the ferry terminal downtown.

It took the cab 1 and a 1/2 hours to pick me up. Dispatch told me it would be 30 to 45 minutes. The lady was very rude. And not professional at all. And acted like Im the inconvenience because I called back after 1 hour. To see if they had forgotten me. It was 8:00 at night in downtown Bremerton.

Very rude dispatcher would not recommend this company. If i could i would have gave 0 stars horrible customer serives. Supprised there hasnt been a job opening with his attitude 👍 Most disreprespect ive encountered to the customer in a very long time. Again WOULD NOT recommend

Went to pick up my family from ferry terminal and their company representative refused to move his vehicle up one space in line making room for others behind him claiming it would impact his ability to pick up fares. HE WAS THE ONLY CAB THERE! I see that they treat thier fares poilietly from the other reviews but it would seem that thier representatives are encouraged not to consider others around them including possible future business

Wonderful! The man who picked me up got to me quickly and was very nice.

Unsafe and untrustworthy. One of the drivers slammed on his breaks and dumped me out at Saar’s Super Savers around 3 AM when I had asked him to slow down and take me back to Harrison medical center after he was driving erratically and ran a stop sign. I thought he was going to assault me. For some reason Harrison medical center used this cab company to transfer me to another facility.
