They were precise on their estimates of time required for the day. They also were able to fix a problem found during the inspection. It was my first experience with the service department and I was very pleased.

Purchased a 2020 Honda Cr-V a couple of weeks ago with extremely low mileage. Was not disclosed that vehicles previous owner had ongoing mechanical issue. We are experiencing the same issue. Can never get a live person and no one ever returns voice messages. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALER!!

Polite service, no pressure to add unneeded services because they give you multiple options.

Not only did they miss a part to a repair they did to my car, but I was out a car for 3 days which should have only been 1 day also Ended up having to cough up an extra 500 dollars due to their lack of expertise. I would have purchased all those parts and gone to a local mechanic if they had properly quoted my vehicle.

Poor service. Waited for so long to check in. They need more people in check in services. Had 11am appointment 12:00pm before they get our info and just checked in.

Post-COVID oil change: everything went smoothly, had a fairly contact list drop off, they sanitized everything before and after the service. Takes a little longer to get the car back, but such as the nature of adding tasks.

Stood around and wasnt helped at all. Had several guys come in and out of the building and not one said a single thing to me. They instead talked to other customers instead of saying someone will be right with you. Cancelled my appointment while standing there and went somewhere else.

Didnt do anything they said they were going to said they rotated my tires but did not and they also lost my lug nut key. Trash never taking my car back there again.
