Coopers automotive has been my go to shop these past 3yrs. I appreciate the honesty of the manager Jason who not only looks out for my vehicle performance, but also my safety. He doesnt try to sell me more than I need and does his research and the informationhe provides helps me make decisions. Coopers worked on my Ford and now my Toyota. 5 stars, and I love their loyalty program.

I have used this service in the past and been plenty happy with it. I called recently to get my vehicle look at. After some brief dialog and before I finished the person I was talking to stopped me and said I get the picture. For a repair we wouldnt be able to get you in until 30 June. This maybe a real date, the conversation left me wondering if I had some other problem if I could get it in faster. This time on the phone felt different to me, I will be taking my business elsewhere. I am not sure who can afford to wait 30 days or would enjoy being interrupted telling them what they asked for.

Zero complaints. They were able to repair everything quickly. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly helpful and polite. They were up front with costs and did not pressure me into repairing something if I did not want to. Phillip was patient and did an excellent job at explaining what was wrong with my car, how the problems occur, and what the repair process was like. I never felt broadsided or bullied into paying for something I didn’t want, unlike other local places. They were able to make necessary repairs to my car for a 1/3 of what the dealership quoted. And surprise, one of the repairs the dealership said I needed turned out to be unnecessary.

I’ve been struggling with an electrical problem with the rear lift gate on my Cadillac and have been told I specifically needed a GM certified repair shop to fix it. We called around and Coopers said they could help. After looking at my car, they were not even able to diagnose it and referred me to the dealership. They still charged $120 for looking at it and left my spare tire compartment completely torn apart. They also had the audacity to say I should look at getting a Honda or Toyota and if I wanted to buy another car to replace my Cadillac instead of fixing it, they’d be happy to do an inspection for another $120. So disappointed that it’s just another shop that’s going to charge for accomplishing nothing. They could have at least put things back in place.

Quick and efficient service times, excellent customer service and surprisingly lower price than I expected for the service I had. I appreciate their honesty and integrity and also the willingness to spend several minutes extra to help translate automotive lingo so I understand better what my vehicle needs, doesn’t need and why/why not.

Over the past many years being a customer, I have learned, the hard way, that its imperative to bring my vehicle in for general maintenance. Amazing service! Everytime I have come here they have been extremely professional and have always walked me thru the work that needs to be done. I thought I could just drop the pan on my transmission and change the fluid but he explained that would only change 1/3 of the fluid and I would need to flush out the rest for the whole system to have new fluid. He took down my Vin to ensure he knew just what kind of fluid it would need and how much would be needed. Went over the costs and gave me plenty of options. I cant thank them enough for being so helpful, transparent and knowledgeable about the situation. I would recommend these guys 100 times over. Awesome people. Awesome work and completely honest in their work. Whats more to say except they are awesome!

Cooper Auto Repair is an OUTSTANDING place to have your vehicle serviced. The staff is very professional, the cost of service is very reasonable and the staff is welling to answer question and give explanation that are easy to understand.

Just excellent. My wife’s car had front end problems. Cooper automotive fixed the problem. Teresa said she felt “so relieved to drive her car without the noise coming from the front end”. I have an appointment to have them look at my brakes in the middle of the mont.

After taking my car to West Hills Ford for a diagnostic, the dealership recommended over $5k in repairs. I was sick to say the least, as the car itself is only worth about $5k as is. The main issue we were having was the car sounded loud and the RPMs were going unusually high. I thought we better get a second opinion and knock out a few of the repairs at a local shops price. I asked the guys at Coopers for a transmission fluid service and to check the brakes because the dealership said those needed to be replaced. I Took the car in and within a few hours got a call back. The guy said that he checked the brakes and that I still had between 5,000-10,000 miles left on them. If I didn’t want to do the brakes that day, he said I would be good for another few months. They serviced the transmission and now the car sounds normal! I was very thankful for them doing honest work instead of trying to just get money out of me. Will definitely be returning in the future for my car service needs

Had a sudden ignition problem...key just spun around and I couldnt turn my car off. I dont think I was there for more than 15 minutes and Phil bypassed the ignition to where I could turn it on and off with a screw driver. That kept me on the road, in business, and relieved what was becoming a giant ball of stress. Now I can stay on the road and make it to work (income) until I can get parts and a proper repair. Called for an emergency repair, and was told they were booked out for a solid month but theyd try to squeeze me in if possible. A few days later, they did. Fast, quality service without pressure to do any extra work. Not cheap, but you get what you pay for and with this facility it is professionalism.

Jason helped get my Subaru safe and thoroughly prepared for a cross country road trip and it made all the difference! I was even able to call the shop at one point in my journey and he answered a question of mine while I was on the road! I brought my 89 7.3l diesel to them with the transmission and transfer case in the back seat. Starter had fallen and had a damaged cable, lights werent working, and the truck hadnt been run in a year. In short-order they had my some assembly required truck back in running condition. Within a few days I had to haul a 32 fifth-wheel across two states and nearly 5k in elevation change..I was worried.. praying it made the trip.Not only did it make the trip, but the truck slowly increased in power as I made my trip! I was amazed by the truck and given real confidence in Cooper and their technicians. They have a good group of folks there, were timely in the repairs, honest about the job, and fair on price.At no point did I feel I was being swindled, mislead, or forced into getting repairs I didnt need. First time going to Cooper and they have now become my preferred auto repair place. I had taken it in for a rotor issue and basic inspection. Their review was very thorough and they spent a lot of time with us explaining everything. Given the age of the vehicle and the amount of rust, they were honest with us and helped us determine how much work is really necessary because who knows how much more life on the vehicle was left and how much is it worth to invest into the vehicle. We did go ahead with the rotors and a couple other items, but agreed that we didnt want to invest a ton of money into the vehicle. The best thing they did for us was identify cracking of the tires which still had plenty of tread.They recommended we go back to the tire dealer and see if anything could be done. As it turned out, the tires were still under warranty with two weeks to spare. We were able to get new tires at no cost, so thanks to Cooper for saving us $600 to $700. Without their inspection, we would never have known.

Jason went beyond, obtaining Carfax data and put the pieces together, to entirely survey and diagnose my vehicle. He also took the time to discuss the matter with me in great detail. I had a clear plan how and when to fix my truck, and during a time where major repairs were suspect. It is important to note that my issue was overlooked by the home dealership where new vehicles are sold.

I took my 40 yr old truck here to improve the sloppy steering. They went above and beyond to correct it. Hours spent searching for parts, researching my unusual steering system, taking it apart and putting it back together multiple times with multiple rebuilt parts until they could find the best part match that would give me the best results. Great for me but not so good for their bottom line which never changed. Their pride and professionalism is greatly appreciated and the end result is great.

Took my moms car in for a problem I had tried to diagnose and fix myself for many months. Went in right before closing on Friday and they said they could look at it Monday. My wife takes our cars to Coopers and is very happy with both the work that they do and with the attention to detail they give when relaying to her what needs to be fixed and why. Jason even saved the cabin air filter (which she was hesitant to have replaced since it wasnt NECESSARY for the car performance) so she could see it when she picked up the car and I think she was convinced that it was money well spent. She feels that she is adequately informed and that she can trust them.

Excellent service! They diagnosed the exact problem and resolved it with no extra fuss or added charges; no pressure to fix other issues. They simply presented the other recommended work and offered to work out a plan to fix the rest. My only wish is that they were open on weekends, but I cant bypass the service here.

I like working with Coopers . Everyone is friendly and helpful but especially Jason is my guy. He explains everything to my satisfaction. He checks over all the work and if it is not acceptable to him he will have the mechanics take more time to do it better. Makes me feel I have someone on my side, looking out for me. We have 2 cars that go to Coopers and for one I need to translate to Spanish, the problem, the options, the cost etc. Jason is patient with the extra time. These guys are the most honest and quality mechanics I have ever found. They told me once it was better to scrap my car them have $1200 worth of work done because other parts looked to be going out. They could have made a bundle off me, instead they won my loyalty as a customer! Bring all my cars here now.

These guys really know what they are doing. Called around to a few different highly rated repair shops and no one was able to help us fix the sliding door of our minivan, but they assured us they hadnt had one they couldnt fix. They quickly found the problem, called us with their report, price quote and time estimate; turns out it was going to cost half of what we expected, and itd be done in half the time we thought as well. They found a few other minor issues with the van and gave us that little list but they werent trying to sell us on anything, I actually had to ask how much any of it would cost and if theyd have time to do any of it. Everyone was so friendly and easy to work with. They are honest and reliable and we highly recommend going to Coopers.

OK, So my family and I rented a home in SIlverdale. The home we rented uses Fuel oil for heat. Well we have never used this before. On top of that the tank was empty. So we called Coopers because It is February and cold. The person who took our call was very knowledgeable and informative about what we needed. Now here is the kicker...., The person told us that they would do their best to get us a delivery that day. We were hopeful but ready to hunker down with space heaters for another night. Well, literally 20 minutes later like an angel, There is a Cooper truck in my driveway ready to fuel us up. The driver was friendly and quick. Overall I would give Coopers a ten star rating. I will take all of my Auto repair and heating oil needs to Coopers.

I am new to the Bremerton area and didnt have a clue where to go for car repairs. I read the reviews and noticed Cooper had more than one review with the honest in it. I can say truthfully say those reviews were true. They were friendly,informative and very honest. I will definitely be recommending them to everyone. We were having problems with our cars A/C. Philip gave a very thorough explanation of the possible causes of the problem and the steps they would need to correct the problem. He gave us a range of cost estimates based on the work they might need to do and the time it might take. They would test for leaks and go from there. He let us know that in the case of a leak it could be very costly detect and repair. He gave us this information and allowed us to make the decision whether or not to proceed. In the end, there were no leaks detected, so the overall cost was less than expected. Phil also advised us on how to monitor the effectiveness of the A/C to make sure the problem was solved.

My family and I have been bringing our vehicles to Cooper for years. Always kind, courteous, punctual, and honest. I do a lot of the regular maintenance on my 03 Tahoe my self, but for anything big or particularly difficult I trust these guys to take good care of my truck, and I always get a lot of positive feedback about its looks.

Discovered Cooper Fuel & Auto Repair a few years ago, and have been taking our vehicles there ever since. These folks are friendly, courteous and professional. They treat us like family and our vehicles like they belonged to them! Always friendly and helpful, I recently brought in a vehicle I just bought to have the oil changed since it was showing on the windshield sticker. Instead of going ahead with the oil change, they realize after looking over all the previous owners records that I brought in, that it had been just changed & the sticker just wasnt updated. I took my 2011 Toyota Tacoma to Coopers on a recommendation from friends regarding a fuel efficiency issue. I received some good education regarding the injection system, etc. and we developed a plan of attack to restore the engines power and restore the fuel efficiency. Ill be back when I need my 90K service.

I appreciate Coopers attention to detail. They catch the little things like checking my tire wear while checking the brakes and providing free tire rotation, based on their observation. They also offered to modify the work plan on my Camry (for the day) based on finding a front brake pad that was paper thin. After they installed new brake pads they did a temperature check of my rotors under hard braking to be sure my calipers were performing properly.

Coopers does such a consistently outstanding job that I voluntarily listed them as a five-star rated company on Angies List. My experience has been ongoing since 2006 during which time they assisted me in the restoration of a 1979 Chevy pickup truck. Additionally vehicles I have purchased for my grandchildren and daughter I have had Coopers do the updating and service work on them. All their work has been correctly performed with nothing missed or overlooked.

I trust them with my car. I find they do good work. Also they have a two year warranty on things like lights. I had a light go out months after I got it replaced by them and they replaced it with no charge.
