Except for routine vacuuming, the inside of my car hasn’t been cleaned since it was new 3 years ago. The exterior has been subjected to snow, gravel, dirt roads and a lot of grime. After their detail, my car literally looked new both inside and out. The people are great and it was worth every penny. Bringing the big truck next time! Do not hesitate to bring your vehicles here - you won’t regret it!

I just had my black Civic detailed today— both interior and exterior. INCREDIBLE job both inside and out! 😍 It had YEARS of the built up water spots on the dark paint and they got them all out! I’m so impressed. For the first time the outside of my car looks like it did when I drove it off the lot!!! Also, everyone I communicated with there was very friendly and professional! 100% recommend. Definitely GO to The Detailer!

Pushed so hard to get bugs etc off dislodged the right front facia. Had to put back together after getting car home. I believe their quality has gone down since my first detail of vehicle there.

Never have taken a car in to be detailed so this was a first for me. After reading reviews for other shops and for The Detailer as well, I was impressed by what was said about this shop and thought, okay Ill give them a shot. Well, I wish I wouldve taken before pictures because the way my car came out, no one would believe what she looked like before. I am thoroughly amazed by what they could do for my car, looks new inside and out. Money well spent. Thanks for giving my car new life, love driving it more now than before. 5 stars in my book.

Great attention to detail, very friendly and helpful. I took our Jeep Grand Cherokee, which was just a mess, and they turned it new, engine and all! Took my second car back to them the next day... awesome resource, Im a full regular now!

Brought in a 2003 Mustang for a complete detailing. I had just bought the car and it was rather clean to start. I asked the lady when I setup the appointment if they would do all the plastic and chrome including the exhaust pipes. She stated for the price they do everything. Though it was raining on and off the day I picked it up I wasnt to thrilled. The instrument panel lens was covered in residue and they didnt touch the rear view mirror and between the rear view and top they missed part of the windshield completely. None of the plastic trim was touched. I ended up using wipe new and bringing it to life. Then I noticed the chrome tip exhaust was still dirty so I polished them myself too. I took the car in at 0715 and got it back around 1640. I could have spent half the time and a third of the coast doing it myself. Will never use them again.

The Detailer is one of those special small businesses that puts customer service at the top. My car came in to their shop a stinky dogmobile and I drove away in an immaculate brand-new looking ride. They rock!

We had a Subaru that we were getting ready to sell and took it to Rick. When we got it back it looked brand NEW. I had to re-convince my wife to sell it. Now we bring our cars in Annually. It’s amazing how this makes you feel and how much longer your car will last of your proud of it.

Wow. Wow!! WOW!!! My Subaru Outback looks BETTER than brand new! The paint is glossy again, the interior is in MINT condition and smells clean and not like a fragrance cover-up! I thought the wheels were permanently stained. Not anymore!! And the black trim looks rich and conditioned. Rick and DJ really pay attention to detail. Hence earning the name The Detailer!! And they truly back up their work. This is gonna be a yearly thing for me!! All in all......you wont be dissappointed!!!

Came home to water damage inside my car; quick and easy appointment setup and two days later, my car looks brand new! Fantastic service for a great price-highly recommended for any of your detailing needs!

They did miss some areas around edge of carpet near driver side door and a pretty obvious white spot on the gear shift, looks like toothpaste. Otherwise, they made my 2009, 90,000 mi Civic look practically new again. I did a full detail. They shampooed all the fabric and carpet, polished the outside, buffed the headlights, cleaned up the trunk, and more. Mostly very satisfied. My only warning is make sure the radio works after. I have an issue with mine not working after (it was on the way there) but I already signed their waiver before I realized 😒 lesson learned. In their defense, I had the radio (stock btw) looked at and there is no sign of water entry, corrosion, blowing fuses, anything to suggest that it was human error. It might just be a bad radio that coincidentally went bad during the detail. so I did not deduct a star for this but for the missed areas that I stated earlier.

First time I decided to take my 2011 Tundra someplace and have it detailed inside and out. Looked at various places in the Bremerton area. I stopped by first and talked with Edna to get the details and what to expect for the price. Very informative up front. So today I pulled the trigger and dropped off my truck in the morning. Edna called around 1:30 PM and said my truck should be done around 3:30 PM. My wife dropped me off around 3:30 and my truck was sparkly shiny and ready to go. I talked with the owner Rick and his wife Edna about what all they did with my truck and future care to keep it looking good. What a pleasant couple they are. Will be giving them my business in the future. They are about customer service. Some other business could take some lessons from these folk.

Couldnt be Happier. I commute 100 miles a day basically live half my life in my 2013 CRV. I was given a gift card to The Detailer so I took my car in to have a full detailing done. The service was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. And my car looks brand new. They did such a great job Im sending all my friends and family to them.

Rick is hands down the best detailer around. Ive never had something rubbed out so good. His special wax jobs are amazing. The best in town.

Poor job. Ended up just going to buy my own car cleaning supplies and finishing up the job. Completely missed everything on the roof- the visors still had finger prints and smudges, there was a large black mark that was completely missed over my sunglasses holder that I spent quite some time scrubbing myself. Windshield is streaky, there were a few obvious areas that needed vacuuming that were overlooked. I will never be going there again. I wish Id never gone in.

Just picked up our vehicle from The Detailer and couldnt be more thrilled with the result. Our black SUV has never looked better and their customer service was outstanding. They were adamant that if we took it home and found any problem, no matter how small, they wanted us to bring it back to be fixed. We will be back but it will be to get the truck detailed again next year!

Expensive and even tho they did a pretty good job, they missed a number of things that should Have been caught. I should have taken it back, but it wasnt worth the trip.

Our car bit the dust a week before we moved from Poulsbo to HI. We had to buy a new one quickly and it was not in great condition. There was a smell that we could not get out and it was so stressful to think of moving with this stinky car to our new home. We took it to the Detailer and try not only got the smell out, but they also made the rest of the car look amazing! Their work is meticulous and definitely worth the price!

Just had my KIA Sorento detailed in preparation for having it shipped to HI. It was short notice but they got me in right away. My car looks brand new and for all the services included you cant beat the price. Plus, they have a military discount.

I was able to drop my car off early morning before heading into work,. When I looked at the car it looked 100x better with all the swirl marks, grime, and oxidation all taken car of. The guy said it took guy about 4 hours to do. Not bad for the price and the time it took to detail the inside and out.

I dropped off my e28 BMW. I only requested an exterior detail and still received a clean up of the inside. The car looked brand new, and its 30 years old. I could not ask for more, they are honest, and will keep you informed of anything that comes up. Give them a call and see if they have an opening, my car continues to get compliments and the paint is looking perfect. There isnt anything these guys cant do to make your car/boat/motorhome/truck/spacecraft look brand new. The price is absolutely fair for the service. Dont spend your time heading across the bridge to Seattle where you will pay $400-1500 for a detail.
