The team at rising sun detail took great care of us! Stayed in touch throughout, did a great job finishing out the interior of our car and refinishing the plastic trim (looks Brand new!). Would reccomend, will be returning!

Joey was on time and well prepared to do the job as we discussed on the phone. I had originally just wanted a paint correction but towards the completion of that job, I requested the ceramic coating. The car popped after he was done and in my opinion, earned every bit of what it cost. Great job Joey!

This is a fantastic business to get your vehicle ceramic coated. I was able to get my motorcycle coated and it looks absolutely amazing, will update this review after my 2000 mile bike. Update. When I got back from my ride it took me maybe ten minutes to get all the baked on bugs off of the bike and its as beautiful as when I first got it.

I responded to their social media post, and received a quick and polite response. In order to determine whether they would be able to address my particular concerns, they needed to see the vehicle first. So, we scheduled me to drive to their location the next day at a particular time. When i arrived, nobody was there. i messaged them, and they apologized, stating their vehicle had broken down, and they had simply forgotten about the appointment. So, they requested a rescheduled appointment for the following day, and they would meet me at my home in their backup mobile vehicle. i gave them a large time window of arriving between 2 PM and 6 PM, and simply requested 30 minutes advance notice before they arrived. They assured me that would work out. But, they didnt show up during that time, and didnt call, text, or message me. i reached back out to them, and asked them if they forgot again, and they said they just finished a job and had to go look at their truck. They apologized, and referred me to another detailer, who would be able to help me more promptly (there was never a rush implied on my part). So, its likely because they perceived that theyd ruined their reputation with me at that point. While i appreciate their circumstances, i was not the one choosing the dates, and wasnt in a hurry. And, they still failed to notify me in any way of their inability to make their scheduled appointments. It seems they are not ready to do business in a professional manner, and need to work on both their communication with customers, and their organization skills. They were quite polite otherwise, so i hope they get their act together.

Joey is awesome! I got a ceramic coat put on my new vehicle, it looks great! The price was very good the service was great and I love the finished product. He even came back and washed my car again just to check his work and check if the ceramic coat was working properly. I highly recommend these guys!

I was looking to have my wifes convertible detailed for her 60th birthday. Of course I was last minute but they got me right in. They did a great job. I would recommend them and will be back.

Very easy to book an appointment. Easy place to find. Loved the notification to come pick up! Loved that I could pay online. All the places you rarely notice, like behind the gas cap door and hinges on the hatch, were clean! Really good eye for detail. Polished around my protective car film the dealership put on!

I ran across one of their ads on Facebook. I messaged with Chanel, who handles the office, and set up a time for her and Joey to come and take a look at my car, which needed some paint correction and ceramic coating. They were perfectly on time for the consultation. Joey took a look at what was going on with my paint and made his recommendations. We set a date and time for him to come back and do the work a couple of weeks later. (They are understandably quite busy.) On the morning of the appointment, I received a text that Joey would be arriving in 20 minutes or so. He arrived right on schedule. We discussed the services again quickly and he gave me an estimate for how long it would take him. With that, he set to work. When he ran into one small unforeseen issue with a spot of paint on my front bumper, he asked me to come and take a look, so we could agree on what to do in that case. It wasnt a huge deal. But it was really nice that Joey was so upfront about everything and communicative throughout the process. In the end, my 35-year-old cars original paint looks phenomenal. Now I just need to organize our garage better. 😅

Rising Sun is very much worth your money. Professional, courteous, respectful, and very fairly priced. The results on my car are incredible. And they came to my home! Joey was outstanding. Had a great conversation with him on the phone to start. He was able to fit us in reasonably soon considering how much folks are lining up for his service. The best detailing of our vehicles we have ever had. Both our Dodge truck and Mercury Mariner were heavily used work and family vehicles. Add to that a baby and two dogs and you can imagine what was being cleaned. When Joey was done they were in excellent shape and the level of cleanliness was tremendous. The best part was that he came to our place. Prices were fair for the level of service provided. Would be a great present for a friend or family member or just on going care of your vehicle to line up service with Rising Sun Detail.

Wow! Joey with Rising Sun Detail exceeded my expectations! I got a 2017 Lincoln Contenintal that I love but the paint condition was poor at best! Joey managed my expectations which were very reasonable, and then greatly out performed my expectations! Stellar job applying ceramic coating to another one of my vehicles. What a great way to protect a vehicles finish. My last vehicle had sun damage. Yes, in Washington State ; ) but no more. After doing a bit of research for a good car detailer in our small town I found Rising Sun Detail. I contacted them through Facebook to book an appointment. The response took a couple days, due to vacation. Well we just had both of our cars detailed today, and I could not be happier. I have my cars detail frequently due to my job but since moving last year I hadnt found a great source. Well Joey made me a happy lifetime customer. He was pleasant, fully explained what they do and the cost for additional services and followed through on what we ordered. It was by far the best detailing job Ive had on our cars.

I was extremely happy with Rising Sun detail. My car is always outside and I havent had it detailed in a couple years, so Joey really had his work cut out for him!! It rained while he detailed my car, but he put up a canopy and the rain was no problem for him. My car looks fantastic and I am so pleased!! I will definitely be calling Rising Sun detail again!!

Showed up EARLY and spent hours cleaning the car. Amazingly Clean. He missed a small detail and when told about it was out to correct the issue the very next day. This guy puts his heart and soul into his business and it shows with top quality work. I recommend him to everyone.

Best mobile detailer in the Kitsap area. I didnt have a garage for the job to be completed and Joey went out of his way to find a suitable location. He performed a decontamination wash, paint correction, and applied a 2 year ceramic coating to my car. For the amount of work done, his prices are very hard to beat. The job came out amazing and I am very happy with it. Joey knows his craft and he will take care of your ride whether it is a beat down daily driver or a high end vehicle.
