Crazy times in the car industry. I had a Cherokee coming off lease, I priced it around and Branhaven gave me a fair price for the car. I also put a deposit on a new car for lease. The new lease was supposed to take at least 2 months to arrive but it came in 6 weeks. The guys at Branhaven worked hard for me to retain the rebate which existed when I put the down payment but no longer applied by the time the car arrived. I’m sure, in this market, they could have told me to go pound sand and they could have sold car for much more than I paid. Instead, they stood by their word and worked diligently with Chrysler to make sure I got the rebate. I would absolutely go back to them next time.

Hospitality is not this dealers model. The experience from the very beginning was off. The seller gave us his back the majority of the time. No effort to make a sale. They wanted to stick me with a higher payment on a longer lease. Maybe if I were a few shades lighter, they’d service me better.

I recently bought a used wrangler here about 6 weeks ago. I bought a used 2018 4 door with the dual top option. The jeep had the hard top on with the soft top in the back. When i decided to put the soft top on i noticed the frame was bent and unable to install. Multiple calls later and emails. They ghosted me. This is a cetified jeep that I put 10 thousand dollars down on.

Because of the pandemic, a lot of dealerships have low inventory on hand because of the rippling effects of Covid. I saw the Jeep I wanted at Branhaven. Went there and started getting the new purchase rolling. Everything was great until the end. I could have gotten a better tour on the new Jeep especially when it came to the diesel fuel aspect of things.I have never owned a diesel truck before and could have been educated more on the additives That go along with the fuel requirements. Last time I bought a new Jeep, they walked me through what every button does on the dash. Thankfully I can read and have been studying the manual like crazy and going to the forums to get help.Would I buy from them again? Yes I would but would insist on a better tour of the truck before I pulled away.

Purchased a brand new RAM 1500 Classic in 2019 from Branhaven Motors. I love my truck! Great service and friendly employees made buying my vehicle super easy. I left there knowing this was a great choice. Fast foreward to present day. 3700miles, truck still running like a dream. Till one day the serpentine belt turns to shredded cheese in the engine compartment. I call around to a few local garages and am told “serpentine belts don’t just fail”. My anxiety rises. So the decision is made to have the vehicle towed to branhaven. I know I have a 36k mile warranty and am just waiting for them to tell me there’s nothing they can do for me and I’d be responsible for allllll parts and labor. So now I’m waiting for them to tell me the water pumps shot, or the alternator is fried which is what caused the belt to break and it’s gonna cost me a fortune….I could not be happier with the outcome!! Branhaven got my truck right in, diagnosed the problem as a bad tensioner, ordered parts and had it running again like new only TWO DAYS LATER! I was in constant contact with Sam from the shop who assured me they would work with Chrysler so I don’t get raked over the coals on the price. That promise was kept. When I went to pick up my vehicle. I was shocked! Repairs AND an oil change……$56.31. I cannot say enough about the great service I received from the men and woman at Branhaven Motors!

Service takes wayyyyy too long I’ve waited over 3 hours for a change of oil and not ones did they check up on me or let me know everything was going smooth . I got up and asked how much longer they told me 20 mins which could turn into another whole hour. Will not be returning back to this place for service .

The service i received here was mediocre at best. from the ambivalent demeanor of the front desk, the totally uniformed staff (salesperson wasnt able to answer most of my questions bout the car), the near total lack of knowledge about the companys own incentives, the cryptic process of getting a trade-in price, everything just left a lot to be desired. I personally will never buy a car at this dealership. I give it 2 stars just for the fact that they sell cool cars, and the people working there seem to mean well, theyre just not very good at their jobs.

I will never bring my vehicle back there again for service. I have them rebuild my HV AC system. The air conditioning does not work very well at all. They did not repair the exhaust like I asked them to do. Because Chrysler does not make that part anymore. There are plenty of that part aftermarket they refuse to use aftermarket parts. They did not do the trailer wiring like I asked them to. Because they did not want to order the wiring harness. So for $1,200 my Jeep is worse than it was when I brought it there.

Tried to buy a used Jeep Gr Cherokee a while ago. Had decent inventory. Made a reasonable offer but these guys wouldn’t budge. They took the approach if you want to buy from us you will pay what we say you should pay. Went to Crowley in Bristol. Bought an even newer used Jeep with less miles, more features,and, at a lower price. It was worth the trip.

My experience wasn’t the best. The Ram website said 0% for 72 months. That offer should be valid WITH ALL RAM dealers. Apparently that was not the case. I had to walk out and come back a few days later. The first night the finance department got the “magic phone call” 0% interest rate was not applicable. So I walked out.ALSO everything on the “rough paperwork” was WAY OFF. I know a bullsh!t artist when I see one. I’m not going to call out anyone. But my credit is as high as it can possibly be. So I knew I qualified. 3 days later they made it work out with 0.9% and $500 off the truck so my finance charges were nullified. Finally Stephen Lakomski was great to deal with in the finance department. Thanks Stephen. I would go back as long as Stephen was the finance guy I deal with. I can’t say the same for the first clown I delt with.

Most of my driving is in city. My days of shiftn R done. My cars need sunroof already in it. Indeed a dealbreaker if not equipped. Actually the vast majority of the staff are super friendly and helpful. However I have to go one star to reflect the disgracefully impolite service manager, Butch. Ive had two services here (one a series of recalls and one a simple oil and tire rotation). The first visit was great (no Butch), so good in fact that it prompted me to go to Branhaven for my routine maintenance next time. So I booked my next service with Branhaven. However after meeting Butch, I wont be coming here again for any service and probably not a purchase either. Expect to be walked away from mid-sentence, refused answers to quick logistical questions such as where to wait, and barked at condescendingly (Butch actually used the phrase For the final time, leave your keys in the ignition. lol.) Shows you the power of a good customer experience!!! Good service, eager to come again; rude service, never come again.

I had the best experience at Branhaven! I called Branhaven after another dealership had brought in the wrong car for me. Jennifer answered my call and found the correct jeep for me. She then took her time to make SURE that all of the specs were correct before I traveled 1.5 hours to the dealership. Within five minutes of talking with her on the phone she had emailed me the window sticker and made an appointment for me with Matt from sales.When I arrived at the dealership everyone was friendly. The dealership itself is very clean. Jennifer came over to me and let me know that she would be introducing me to Matt from sales. (I have to mention the snack bar because my mother and I definitely did a number on the pretzels and chips. They also had a mini-fridge filled with sodas.)Matt from sales worked with me to ensure that the process was smooth. He was incredibly professional and answered all of my questions. Not only did they beat the price of the other dealership (other dealership had claimed that the price they offered was so low that they were losing money by selling me the car) but they provided an amazing buying experience that was honest and transparent.I really appreciated that the owner personally came over to introduce himself. Was very disappointed with my experience from start to finish. There salesman Brandon was very unprofessional. Then I meet with Jonathan Minichino who apparently has no idea how to register a vehicle in Massachusetts. Was told that all was taken care of so I drove 70 miles brought my truck home and then found out that the registration was not corrected. Spent 2 weeks wasting my time listening to his lies. Ended up having to do it myself. When I did pick my truck up there was a dirty mask on the floor and of course the gas tank was not filled. I would not recommend Branhaven to my worst enemy.

I 100% recommend Branhaven to anyone looking to buy a new car. I am on a tight budget and was working with another dealership in my town that was being difficult, not negotiating, and telling me I had to put more money down on my lease to make he numbers work out and I was so frustrated. They didnt even have a lot of stock. So I turned to Branhaven, even though they are ~1 hour from my house, explained my situation and my budget, and right away they came back with a monthly payment that was within my budget with the same money down. Definitely worth the drive. They werent pushy at all and were extremely accommodating. Bill Larson (sales manager) and Jonathan Minichino (business manager) were incredibly professional and personable, made sure I understood everything in the paperwork and about the cars features. My fiancé and I were in your dealership last week wanting to buy a new Jeep. The gladiator to be exact. Started off pretty good but it ended up pretty shady. The salesmen seemed like if we werent going to buy he didnt want to go thru the process. Long story short they didnt give us any paperwork just said it will cost this and this. So we left. Went to a different Jeep dealer they were amazing gave us 4k more for our trade in and our payments are $40 less a month! I arrived a little early for my appointment, I was brought right in, registered, they listened to my concerns and I was directed to a pleasant waiting room. At one point they came out and gave me an update on what they had found and that my car would be ready shortly. In a little more than an hour I drove out. All my issues were addressed. I love this place! They are so kind and really work with you. I bought my car there a year ago and only bring it here for oil changes and such. They give fair prices and I totally trust them. I stupidly went to another dealership closer for an oil change. They charged so much more and also told me I needed $2000 worth of brake work. I took it here and after it was all said and done I paid $700!!! Ive been to places in the past where they actually break stuff to have you come back! Not here! They are honest and do their best which is the best. Sam and Amillio are great. Ive worked with them both and they want you to get the best service for the best price. They arent pushy at all either. The sales part on the other hand can be very pushy. Especially in trying to sell the extended warranty. Which Im glad I did, but I did not appreciate how hard he pushed.

Please beware of Jonathan Minichino. I finally had my issue resolved after 3+ months only because I went to social media. The girl was very nice and told me I thankfully would not have to deal with Jonathan any longer. He gave us the runaround since august, for months telling us “I will call you back” and we would never hear from him again. Anyone who complains about this place has no brain at all. The staff is friendly knowledgeable and willing to do what it takes to make customers happy. I drive longer distance to go to them then a closer jeep dealer. Purchased 2 cars through them and almost a third. They are so honest, that they said wait a little bit and come back and I can get a better deal. I don’t even go to auto shops because I know if these guys do the work it will be done right. Sam is the best! He deserves huge bonuses for his work done. I travel with military and he knows how hard it is for me and my family, but makes it work. The manager I forget his name but anytime I want to talk he is right their for me. I had spent time researching and locating the new Jeep I wanted to purchase. Communicated via email with the dealership and was told to just come down. I was going to head down there on a Saturday, I called first and tried to speak with the Finance person I originally spoke with. He wasn’t available but I was connected to someone else. I asked if I needed to bring anything else when I made the purchase. He told me what I needed, I asked if I needed an appointment and he said to just come down.When I arrived I spoke with reception who went to go talk to some people and was gone for an honest almost 10 minutes. She came back and said she is working on getting someone for me. I asked her if there was an issue because there were quite a few salespeople around and I was told the internet sales person I was dealing with was transitioning to a different position so she wasn’t sure if she would take this meaning me. She told me she needed to see if she would be taking me. I saw the receptionist walk over to a saleswoman who was in the middle of completing a purchase of a vehicle with two people. The receptionist sat down and I figured that would be the person I had to deal with so my husband and I waited. This woman, who I believe her name was Melanie, walked past us several times and didn’t even acknowledge us. We would have been ok if we knew what was going on, who we were waiting for, if we needed to make an appointment despite what we were told earlier.My husband and I walked out after an additional 20 minutes of waiting and not having any communication. The receptionist looked at us while we walked out, didn’t say a word and we left.I called the dealership and asked to speak with a manager. The person I was connected with was a woman who managed the internet sales department. I was told that it was a Saturday and very busy. I needed to make an appointment before coming in and that Melanie was busy with other customers. I asked why I couldn’t work with someone else and she said there was no one else. When I told her I called before coming and John (I think) in Finance told me to come down. The internet sales manager didn’t have anything to say to that.So ends my journey for a Jeep. I’m not sure if so just spoke to a few women that were having a bad day or what but hard pass on being treated like garbage when you are trying to purchase a brand new Jeep.I’m only giving two stars because the individuals in Finance seemed personably and I had zero issue with them.

Went in for a recall on a challenger and the service was done promptly and efficiently. Would recommend this service department to others.

We dealt with Nicole the Internet Manager and got an in writing price. We reconfirmed over the phone. We drove 30 minutes to secure the deal and “mysteriously” were told the numbers were wrong and the deal was going to be several thousand higher. No care to offer us a counter deal rather we got an “oh well”. We even wrote to the owner of the dealership and never got a response. Be warned that you too may have a price change, check all of your paperwork carefully. We thankfully secured a deal at another dealership.

Bad experience. Will never buy a car here or recommend this place. Left a deposit, liked car, would have purchased today. Salesman Rich D’Andrea got irritated and quite rude throughout our appointment. Seemed bothered with our questions (when we asked for service history, wanted to see certification documentation, etc.) Made comments several times about having other customers. I guess by wanting to be educated buyers on a $25,000 product we were taking up too much of his time. Spoke to Manager - no better. Walked out after I got my deposit refunded.

Please beware of putting a deposit on a used vehicle at Branhaven. You will likely be told it is refundable but will have to jump through hoops to get your money back if you do not move forward with the purchase. In addition, the used car manager, John, is disrespectful, and extremely difficult to work with. When I called to inquire about having my money refunded in a timely manner I was yelled at, told he didn’t have time to deal with me and told to have my husband call back to talk with him.

Care-less attitude.The face and voice of the service department, Cheryl, is very nice, professional and accommodating. That’s where it ended.I made an appointment to have my company work truck looked at 10 days in advance 👍🏻. On the appointed day, I brought it in first thing in the morning as they requested. It was to diagnose the problem only. We would then set up a day for the work to be done. They said they’d call me in a few hours. I had to call them 30 minutes prior to closing and they said they had no news for me and that they would “probably” have an answer the next day. So I lost a day. And I went and got my truck. No apologies from them, but the guys, not Cheryl, asked if I’d like to “schedule an appointment for another time”. I don’t think so. But as I was walking out to the parking lot, he did say, ‘have a nice day sir’ , which indeed the circumstances is just another way to say gfy.Madison Chrysler/Dodge is 10 minutes away. I’m reasonably sure they will be able to service me much better.

I really wish I did not buy my car from here because anytime I deal with them it is terrible. Almost every time I take it in something else happens right after getting something else fixed. I took my car in to get fixed a few months ago and when I got it back the radio did not work and it was put back in crooked. Then, when I called and told them my radio no longer worked they said it was for another reason and I would have to pay for a replacement. Then, right after taking it in again my car started to make a rattling noise. The customer service is terrible and there is an issue every time I am in there. I went in a few months ago to discuss possibly upgrading my car and the salesman was so rude and condescending towards everything we said. I will never ever purchase a car from here again.

I went to this dealership to buy a Ram pickup.they treated me fair. I was very happy with the service I received. I highly recommend this dealership.

DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE! I was a continued customer at this dealership and purchased my new truck and was also about to purchase 2 new trucks for my fleet of business vehicles. I brought my truck in for service the other day and the service department not only lied and said they put 4 gallons of DEF fluid in my vehicle but then proceeded to charge 14 dollars PER Gallon. Anyone who is familiar with DEF you can get it at a gas station for about 1/4 that price. I reached out to the dealership owner and left multiple messages and have not heard back.

Best dodge dealer around, finally found a dealership that gives you no pressure and has great prices. Very knowledgeable and answers every question you have. Great experience. If you go there try and talk with Brandon in sales I’ve been dealing with Brandon and he’s been nothing but the best and helped me out so much.

Branhaven has been outstanding throughout the entire process of leasing my vehicle. The staff were extremely helpful and made sure I was getting into the exact car I wanted and needed and that I understood every step that was taken. They made sure I knew what was on every document I signed and walked me through the entire process carefully so that nothing was missed. Everything was done in a timely manner. They had to factory order my vehicle, and even then the wait time for it was cut in half! They were even able to speed up the shipping time for me. I am extremely satisfied with my vehicle and the service provided for me. Everyone involved worked very hard to make sure my payments were where they needed to be and they put in so much of their time and efforts into making this process as simple and stress free as possible. Id recommend this dealer to everyone. The atmosphere is so comfortable and the staff are amazing people. Definitely go see them if youre looking for Jeep, Chrysler, Dodge or Ram products.
