The staff at the Club at Crossgates is awesome! There is always a smile on their face when they greet you walking through the door! They answer questions honestly, and are willing to help. This facility is amazing as the group of members are just as willing to help someone as the staff!

Update 6/21/21So about a week after I put this review up they replaced alot of the equipment finally and negated most of my complaints in my original review so they get an upgrade to 5 stars now.The Club is a great place to go and the staff is very friendly and trainers are very knowledgeable, however there are issues.There is almost always a broken piece of equipment somewhere. They have a stairmaster that has easily been broken in some form or fashion for a year. The row on treadmills seems to have an out of order sign that shifts from one to the next constantly. They are in bad need of an equipment upgrade across the board.I have asked before and have been told its because membership is down. Perhaps it might go up if they fixed equipment. They do have amazing pools both outdoor and indoor which you can always bet will be properly taken care of as if those pools have issues I imagine they would lose alot of membership.Still that being said there are other gyms out there with just as bad if not far worse equipment worries and I am able to look past the equipment for the interim as the Club is still a great gym all around, however if your the type that expects top of the line equipment in your gym this may not be the place for you.

This gym has lots of things to do and I love that they have child care and indoor and outdoor pools

Great place to workout, kids love the pool and the staff is super sweet! Oh and you get to see bunnies while walking the track.

Fine gym. Has everything. Free classes with membership. You will make new friends here while getting that summer bod.

Love this gym!! It has everything you need. My son, who is 9, loves hanging out at the Spot while I work out. They also have a nursery for younger kids. Definitely give it a try. Very impressed.

Ive been a member of several gyms and this one is by far the best. You cant beat it. Awesome equipment. Awesome staff. Non intimidating environment. I could go on and on. David McMillan Landon Stroud and Mr Chuck.... what a team.

Great place

Ive been in search for a nice gym with a lot to offer. I used to attend focus fit but that became a more of a look at mekind of atmosphere. I will be joining the club considering they have so much to offer for a very reasonable price and Dave was a hell of a salesman lol...

My favorite place to work out stress whether its group classes, weights, swimming, or crossfit. The club has a little bit of everything

I got to exercise for an hour, burned 650, used the amazing hydromassage, and then did some tanning! David McMillan and the girls were super nice and the facility is great. Very relaxing and I will be there when I can, at 9 a.m. sharp! They also offer a nearby location that offers 24/7 work out time, so if youre wide awake at 2 a.m., you can work off that energy!!!!

If you prefer a club over a gym, then this is the place. Chuck knows how to do a club. His staff is also great. I wish that they had more outdoor space and parking.

I love The Club! The gym facilities are clean, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and classes are great. The childcare is wonderful! There is a nursery for kids under 6, and a play area for kids over 6. My kids love going to the gym!

Has almost anything you need in a gym, especially like the hydromassage and steam room!

Had my wallet was stolen from there but overrall excellent staff and people to workout with. Great environment. Excellent facility. Its always clean!

Nice but a little high in cost.

Disappointed you have to pay separate to bring your child or grandchildren to the pool if your a member. Ive never had to do that at other places i have been a member
