This place was great and the coaches are awesome. If you need a change i would recommend this place. Im down 7.6% and 11 lbs in just 6 weeks. Thank you Legion for the support and to continue to push.

You get what you put in to the workout you have to work hard you have the follow the diet or you will fail the coaches are there to help you succeed and only if you really want to lose weight you have to want to change your poor dieting habits and put in a commitment to your self again you need to put in the hard work only then will you succeed Im thankful for the help and the knowledge of the coaches. I love everything about Legions! They are professional, friendly and definitely knowledgeable about everything they are doing. This is an awesome place! Started on January 9, 2017, and cant be any happier. The coaches are amazing and other people that go here are very supportive and friendly. In 3 months I have lost 42 pounds and feeling fantastic. I have tried pretty much any diet and other gyms out there but there is nothing like Legion Transformation. Their program and coaches keep you motivated so that you can achieve whatever it is that you want. Highly recommend this place.

Mixed reviews. I will say that its a great place and team of people. I signed up as a member instead of starting with the 6 week challenge because I wasnt sure I could commit to 5 days a week starting. I made the right decision.The workouts are INTENSE and I was in a ton of pain after both of my first workouts. It took me about 4-5 days to recover after each. If you are already in moderately decent shape it may not affect you as much, but going from sedenatary to this will be challenging. However! The trainers are fantastic. The HIT style makes it bearable and some of the exercises are even fun.I think Legion is a little too out of my league presently, but would still recommend it to those who want a challenging, rewarding atmosphere with accountability.

Legion is the best solution not only to weight loss but also to get in shape, in the 6 week challenge i lost 25.2 pounds and since that i have improved my movility and i feel great. The coaches are great, i made friends, legion is a family to me and i recomend legion 100% no matter your goals or condition they will find a way to help you!

Lost 80 lbs in four challenges and am now a proud member!!!! Great environment to workout and challenge yourself at any level. They teach you what to eat and show you how to workout. Worth every penny!Edit: Lasted a month as a member to train with two awesome coaches who were fired on a Wednesday without warning or cause, so we cancelled our membership since the remaining trainer was uncertified and lack luster. Decided to train on my own at home. Why pay over $100 a month for a place without stability??? I only became a member to train with these specific coaches. I feel bad for the people in the middle of a challenge. They luckily waived cancellation fees for us that cancelled, but the whole situation was just uncalled for, since the owners were never around and made a decision that was not in the best interest of us. If you want a jump start, lose the 20 and get your money back and join a gym or take what you learn home.

A year ago I won the muffin top challenge, losing 7 lbs but many inches. This got me hooked but I failed to stick with the plan. I recently found myself going back for more and signed up for a challenge for 6 weeks. I met that goal because of the motivation and push from the coaches. Working on 2nd challenge and looking for more motivation and push. The coaches have knowledge of proper form to avoid injuries and have LOTS of energy. It’s a love/hate relationship 😂. You will get addicted. The supplements are great too.

The staff is always helpful and positive and they keep you motivated and coming back, they have modifications for ALL of the workouts and surprises are unexpected but worth it at the end. Too expensive and not worth it. People working there dont even do the programs cause there fast and out of shape if there in shape they have a gym they go to. Not this expensive program. Advertisements are false as well. Nothing free about anything here but the aggravation. Thats free!

Great place to work out if you really want to get in shape.

The business practices are very bad. You are asked to do a challenge and you advise them that you are thinking about it and tell them 30 days in advance if you do the challenge you will pay in cash and they charge your credit card a month later, than there customer service in located in NJ and communication is only done through email. I am going to report them to the Better Business Bureau for shady practices and changing dates on people contracts and trying to make you do the challenge. Here is some advise for you and your company: Be honest and stop doing things out of order. DONT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD. Would not recommend anyone to attend this company. Chef Cathy

To expensive for what they offer

All I can say is #fitfam! I lost 20lbs and 5% body fat in the 6 week challenge and now Im a member. Truth be told I would have joined even if I didnt meet the challenge the support, push, and the guidance from all 3 coaches is amazing! Could not be happier!

Now, with that being said let me say this. Having worked in the corporate world for years I completely understand change and that people are at time let go for any number of reasons, I have seen it first hand. But when a company handles and does things the way that yesterday happened its just wrong.We have had to beg for equipment, for a water cooler in our gym. One of the co-owner moved to Florida to take care of the Brandon gym I have seen his face at the gym twice since he moved here and that was only when many of us voiced our concerns regarding the broken equipment. Most people dont even know who he is. He does not return calls, texts, emails. He is non-existent even though the owner tells you otherwise. Its easy to think things are Bri g taken care of when you love states away. Out of sight out of mind.Our location has had no guidance or leadership from the owners since it opened. It came from the people who worked inside the gym. They shed blood sweat and tears to make sure each person that walked through those doors succeeded. They made the place home and family. To rip them from us for not naming phone calls...seriously?!?! Their job was to train us. Of which they went above and beyond to do. Your business is driven by word of mouth which my mouth has been one of the biggest cheerleaders. Your business is driven by OUR success. Your business is driven by us sharing our stories, our pictures and your advertisements as part of our requirements.You took two individuals who helped us become healthy and went above and beyond to reach out to us to be our cheerleaders when we felt we couldnt do this. Where were you? No where to be found. I have been at the gym for almost a year and have seen first hand that you are only driven by the number of people that attend orientation, at least in the Brandon location. I cant attest to the other areas. I do not say this out of anger but out of facts. Look at all the other locations compared to Brandon. There is no comparison, Brandon is pushed aside.You ripped away two I individuals who eat, sleep and breath fitness and left us with someone that has no experience and no certification. Where is the concern for our safety? I would and will never take away anyone bettering themselves and kudos for that. However your first thought should be your customers. Yes , you are getting another trainer and I wish her the best and I hope that she succeeds and does not find herself in this situation.We the paying customers pay WAY more for Legion than should be necessary. Why?! Because of the trainers. They are the heart and soul. Without them you have nothing. If not for Germaine James and Pedro Alvarez I would have never become a member. I would have completed my challenges and left. Speaking of which we had a conversation in regards to your marketing and ads and how deceiving they are. You really should change the wording. But unfortunately you do not listen to what any of us have to say because again, its only about the number.I am loyal to a fault and as you have no doubt seen so are so many of our Fitfam. You may have but a bump in the road but we will not be defeated. I have no doubt that Those two will go very far because they have the love and the drive to succeed for the right reasons.The fact that you are requiring astronomical cancellation fees to people is beyond wrong. You left us with a trainer that has 0 experience except being in challengers with the rest of us. You said he has been given guidance from you co-owner...when? How is that possible when he is never there. Shame on you, this whole situation is just wrong.Before I close let me give a huge shout out to the other two faces of the Brandon location. I have watched these two in their own journey and have been so inspired by them. Anne Carré and Amanda Berrios are the face that greets us when we walk through that door. They cheer us on, they guide us they welcome us with a smile. And again they get no support.

I am so pissed! Woke up early after a 60 hr work week to go to a orientation that I signed up for through freaking click bait through Facebook and this company advertised everywhere emails,texts that this was a FREE 6 week body transformation. Just to get there and its 400.00 in installments for this boot camp. Now I wouldnt have had an issue had it been advertised as such but to waste peoples time who are trying to get healthy when there are actual FREE boot camps available around tampa is just wrong and its bad business practices to lure people in under false advertisements. Ill take my fat ass back to the gym since people cant be honest anymore...this is not free as advertised

Horrid trainers. Owners dont care about client needs. I filed a BBB complaint because of my experience and they never responded and stopped replying to my calls and texts. They took my money and wrote me off.
