Located in brandon the MAC is awesome $10 day pass with no commitment or you can get a membership, the summer they offer $60 for the months of june to August. I suggest going, they are nice Christian organization with tons of things for you and the family to do.

My sons have been involved in the basketball camps and the Upward Basketball League for a few years at this facility. I love it and they love it!

I go often and this is a well equiped facility with great staff. Very family friendly with programs for all ages. Only downside is hours of operation.

Love the MAC. My grands have done basketball and now volley ball teams there. Safe environment and indoors so this grandpa is cool and comfortable. Staff and volunteers are exceptional people, demonstrating Christian character.

Great location, convenient, not expensive, offers Upward Sports. Basketball, Volleyball, Soccer, Gym, group classes, upper level walking track, classes for senior citizens, weights, cardio, women only room & classes, kids play zone, & child care for certain days/times.

Very friendly place. Open to the public. The yoga classes with Denise are so relaxing and challenging at the same time. I highly recommend it. The childcare area is very clean and there is a multi story treehouse my children love. Very affordable for the monthly family rate!

Such a great place to workout. Everyone is super friendly and welcoming. The place is huge. Two huge basketball courts, racquet ball, spin room, walking track, play zone for the kids and tons of equipment and group classes.I have been going for over seven years. Have recommended to many friends!

A Mac is a great place to go to get your exercise, have every kind of machine you could want the people there are very nice very friendly they have large basketball court they have exercise room for coed at exercise room for women only racquetball conference rooms you name it they got it would you recommend it to everybody who wants to exercise and take care of their body

Super clean gym, decent weight room and a good variation of cardio classes. The indoor walking track and basketball courts are great in the summer & the kids daycare area is fun. Just wish the daycare hours were longer in the summer.

We love this place! We work out here and my kids are involved in organized sports here.

The gym had everything a family would need for fitness to include activities for children and offer classes for everything from stress to how to workout to a walking track upstairs. It is also affordable.

Good programs for kids and adults. Cost of programs extremely reasonable.
