Our air conditioning system quit working last evening. In addition to not working, there were about 5 inches of water on the floor of the air conditioner “cabinet”. So we put on all of our ceiling fans and managed to get a decent night’s sleep, even though the temp in the house was up to 81 this morning! I called John’s first thing this morning, and spoke with Cindy, who was very helpful and promised someone would be by between 1 and 5 o’clock this afternoon to take care of us. Right on schedule, Adam was at our door. He assessed the problem, assured us that everything would be fine and left us with a working system and a cooler home!! A big “thank you” to Cindy and Adam for making our first experience with John’s a very good one!! We will definitely be using them for all our air conditioning needs!!

Great place. They installed our air conditioner 5 years ago and have used them since. Our air conditioner stopped working last night and Cindy changed schedules so that we were first on list this morning. She went above and beyond to help us. Adam was the technician and he is wonderful. Listened to what it was doing and took his time to figure out how to repair it. He was very polite, friendly and cared. Will definitely ask for Adam for anything in the future.

Every part of my experience with them has been first rate. Weve had them out for service a couple of times in the last few years. This year it was time for a new system. Josh installed the system with his helper and it was a clean, professional installation. I used to build houses so I know. Today we had Adam out for a tweak to the system. He really knew what he was talking about and addressed the problem with an adjustment to the fan speed. Problem solved and he made sure that this wouldnt create another problem later. Adam showed up 5 mins before appointment. Professional and honest. Was quoted an outrageous price by a different A/C company for it leaking freeon (and It wasnt even leaking)! The young man that came out that did the service on HVAC was amazing, however the receptionist is very unprofessional she gave other people information on our home with out permission, I called to talk to the owner about this matter the receptionist was rude and raised her voice at yelled at me, I raised my voice back and asked her not to talk to me that way she hung up on me !! Would not let me talk to the owner , she gave out information about our home to the buyer of our home which had no issues but the receptionist gave her two cents not the owner or the technician which now have the buyers Leary of this company and the work we had inspected and had checked out because a nosey receptionist thinks she’s a technician and can give out advice to someone else besides the homeowners then she lied about everything !! Just beware they do not care about your privacy and will share your information with anyone !! Now wondering if she’d give out ourOnce credit card information!! Very once again your receptionist lied I did not throw the F bomber nor do I use that language !! Your receptionist is rude and I asked to speak to the owner or a manager why didn’t she take my information and have you call me ? I was on speaker and in a public area I have witnesses to what I said and how your rude receptionist talked over and raised her voice !! The owner now wants to blame everyone but the person that caused this problem once again very unprofessional !! Then you call my realtor instead of the owners of the house !! I told the truth the technician that came out was very professional and polite young man !! Very unethical and unprofessional receptionist !! You do not share your personal information to anyone without the owners permission once again when is a receptionist a licensed HVAC technician to give any advice she’s not certified !! I called these guys late on a Friday and they came out and got me up and running on a Saturday when the company I have always used said no. Adam in particular was awesome and these guys will get my business moving forward bc of him.

Called up John, and he personally answered my call. I had a persistent ac drain clog that I was unable to clear with just a wet/dry vac. He gave me a few ideas to try before having to come out and service, and saved us both a lot of time, money, and headaches. Ill call him any time I need service.

Last week another company came to do an annual check on my HVAC system. They told me that I needed a completely new system at a cost of $6 -10K because my unit could catch on fire. I remember that John had done some work on my daughters HVAC system and she spoke very highly of him. I called and talked to Cindy in the office. She was great. John came out Monday. He told me that my system just needed a part. He ordered the part and completed the work in about an hour and the cost was reasonable. Cindy at the office was so friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Best of all, she squeezed us in for an appointment on the same day I called! Keiland, the technician, arrived right on time, checked the HVAC system of our new house, installed a new filter and showed us how to do it, gave us advice on pouring bleach versus vinegar into system, and walked us through using our digital thermostat to set up humidity controls as well as temperatures for different times of day. He too was very friendly and professional. Great company to worth with!

This is the second time we have used Johns A/C service. Both times the service was rendered within a couple of hours of my call for help. Both times were, of course, after hours. Keiland Smith is the service man who responded to our problem. He was professional, courteous informative as to how we can avoid the problem we had. Johns is very customer oriented. They installed our current A/C unit 4 years ago and, the few times its had problems, they have been easy to work with and very professional. I had a medical issue earlier this year where I was in the hospital for multiple weeks. During that time my parents called on them to fix an issue, where John came out himself to complete the work so my parents wouldnt have to deal with a hot house. The most recent scenario, the service manager (Keiland Smith) came to the house and immediately got to work to find out that we had a controller card that was fried. Rather than making us wait until they got the part, he made some modifications to get us by until the part was available.I have worked with multiple AC vendors in the area and they are without a doubt the most trustworthy I have ever worked with.

I just want to say that this company is very customer service oriented. Called at 3 when my AC went down. Garret came within 90 minutes after saying it would be by six. Great service and customer service. They also offer a 10 year parts and labor warranty which came in handy today.

**Update**I received a call from the owner John. He made no excuses and his apology was sincere. I appreciate the response from the owner.***I can not recommend this company. After a power outage in my neighborhood, my 7 yr old AC unit would no longer power on. I called Johns air conditioning for a service call. The tech arrived and informed me that I needed a new blower motor, fan control board and capacitor. The tech did not quote me a price on repairs. He stated another person will come by in an hour to discuss options and charged me a $79 service fee. (The tech also left without putting the capacitor in its proper spot- . He just left it hanging. - -attached pic- - He also didnt screw back in the blower and left the blowers screw on top of the panel.)The sales person arrived and was focused on selling me a new AC unit. Only quote he provided before leaving was for a new AC unit. I had to call to request a quote to repair the issue. The quote to repair the AC was $1100+. The quote for a new unit was $7200+. I was warned against the repair because the issue could happen again.I contacted another local company who also came out later in the day. This other company was able to correctly isolate the issue. The issue had nothing to do with what Johns Air Conditioning stated. My 2012 AC unit didnt need any of the repairs mentioned and definitely did not need to be replaced. I would strongly suggest getting a 2nd opinion before selecting this company.

He knows a lot about A/C systems and explained the advantages of a UV light to improve the air quality and security...and offered to add the light right then! I have found John’s air-conditioning service to be extremely honest and a reputable company. I had an exceptionally great experience with one of their technicians recently when my mothers air-conditioning system was having some problems. I am an electronics manufacturer and technician and sometimes do some diagnosis on air-conditioning systems for myself and friends and family although I am not a certified technician. I went over to my mothers house and was able to figure out what was wrong with her unit prior to John’s technician arriving at her house. When he got there and saw that I had figured out the problem he was very gracious and actually helped me by giving me some wire nuts and sheet metal screws. He could not have been any nicer. He didn’t even charge me for the service call!It is very refreshing to see a company that is honest and straightforward with their customers and tries to be helpful in resolving problems. I highly recommend this company and will not hesitate to call them in the future.

I have called Johns Air (installers of this system) on two occasions when the air quit working. Both times response was FAST, important in the Florida summer heat. Repairs were minor consumable items and they had things up and cooling in no time. I was even able to schedule a Monday repair on Sunday evening prior. John’s guys did a great job installing my new heat pump with air handler. Service was prompt and professional, the guys were very friendly, respectful and very knowledgeable on any questions I had. After getting several estimates from different companies, I have to say that the knowledge and professionalism that Keiland supplied was our decision maker. Our request was to move the air handler from the first floor of a two story townhouse to the attic. John gave me a quote and has never wavered from that. Were very prompt in coming to help me with my problem. Diagnosed the problem and made suggestions to solve. My problem ended up being a big deal, moving my air handler and installing a UV Light, rerunning all the duct work. My tech pulled in 2 other guys to ensure the job was done in a day which was appreciated. I would use again for sure.

3mI highly recommend Johns Air Conditioning and Heating Servie, LLC. I had a condenser coil that was damaged and spoke with John and he had a service tech at my house same day to look at AC. John then gave me a quote and I booked the repair service. They were there next day. When Tech arrived, he replaced the evaporator coil, then realized it was condenser coil that had problem. The previous tech had typed in wrong code the day before. The condenser coil is much more expensive than evaporator coil. John not only stood by the original quote, they left the new evaporator coil in m y unit. The tech Tony that did the installation went above an beyond with service. Johns AC company is reliable, honest and did a fantastic job. My AC is blowing cold air and I feel I was treated incredible. I highly recommend this company. Decided to call back thenext day and he came out within the hour and assessed the situation.Jarvis removed and cleaned coil and fan but, there was more of a problemwith our 12 year old system. My AC went out on a Sunday in July. I called Johns AC and they had a tech call me back within a few minutes. Keiland (the Service Manager)called me back and was able to come within 2 hours of me calling. Keiland came and found the issue as to why my AC stopped and even showed me something that my installing contractor (another company) had done which could have flooded the AC and my hallway. Keiland looked up my AC warranty since it is only a year old and found that the part to replace was covered under my warranty. He came back on Monday when I was home after work to replace the part and actually found after tracing out the exact line to replace the part that it had been loose from the factory causing it to malfunction. He was able to save me some money without having to replace it and reconnected what needed to be and quickly the house cooled down. Thank you for your quick response and honesty. I will use Johns AC in the future and recommend!!

I had 2 other techs come out to look at my unit- neither of them could figure out the issue- (I have a complicated communicating system) John took the time to research the system, trouble shoot it completely and diagnosis it - turns out we needed to replace the thermostat- but this one no ordinary system - he saved me hundreds by replacing it with a Honeywell WIFI thermostat and even found an issue with the thermostat wires in the attic!!! making the unit run and much more efficient - I highly recommend JohnsAC for their professionalism and honesty - I did my own research and even had a friend follow up who is in the industry and John was spot on!!!
