I had lighting installed over the kitchen island. Andrew was great. He troubleshoot an issue with a missing part and it looks great. Very respectful and time efficient.

I had an appointment for a plumber scheduled today between 10 - 2 pm. When the tech didn’t show up by 3 pm I called the company. I was told he was running late and that someone would call me back in 5 min. No one called. An hour later the tech called said he was on his way and would be here in an hour. 3 hours go by never showed up and no phone call. Spoke to dispatchers who said they tracked him to my house and it showed he was at my house working at site. Obviously not here. By 8 pm still didn’t get an answer as to what happened to tech. Got the run around all day from multiple people. No communication to the customer whatsoever. Very unprofessional!!

Checked everything. Made recommendations for future repairs, drained and flushed water heaters, replaced some valves. Was very courteous, explained things to me in language I could understand. Will be glad to have both of them back when I need more service. Did a good job of training his helper. Thank you.

He even took photos to have a visual presentation...This company is very responsive. Customer service is point in every time.Techs are prepared, knowledgeable and take time to thoroughly explain your systems status.No hard sells, they dont push unneeded nor unwanted repairs or purchases.

This was one of the worst encounters I’ve had with a business. The initial call was placed by my neighbor as we share a wall where the original problem existed. The original repair took a few days as this company has issues with diagnosing the problem. Once the original plumbing issue was resolved my was completed damaged and needed about 10-12 blocks of masonry repairs (understandable). However, the process to get my wall repaired was at least two weeks on which I had to reach out to a manager. I was satisfied with the work, but a few months after the repair I began to see water leaking again. There were a few calls placed by myself and my neighbor to repair the leak whoops under warranty and the company took at least a month. The first technician came out on two occasions and questioned our repair request. The second technician came out and repaired the original leak but did a piss poor job with the masonry work and showed no effort to help find a solution after the work while damaging the wall a second time. It’s been six months and we’re still going back and forth.

The representative was punctual, courteous, and responsive. The estimate itself was quite a bit higher than what I expected, so I will put this project back on the shelf or figure out how much of the work I am able to do on my own to keep costs down. The representative stated that the underground cable that was part of the project work scope would need to be buried to a minimum depth of 36 to meet code requirements. This was a big deal to me because I have a lot of limestone within just a foot or two of the surface. After my meeting with this representative, I checked with the Citys electrical inspector and found that the minimum cover depth was 24 and shallower depths were acceptable if metal conduit was used or if a non-metallic conduit was encased in 2 of concrete. I was surprised that the representative wasnt better versed on local requirements.

Geno was very professional and easy to talk to. Seemed very thorough in his review of my needs and was both courteous and friendly. I would not hesitate to use his services except for the fact that I have received a better price for the work to be done and so I will be going with the other vendor. This is in no way a reflection of Geno but simply that of the limited resources in my wallet. Mark was professional, informative and I didnt feel like I was being taken. The prior tech. Did not go above and beyond as Mark has. Infact I felt taken and paid for an expensive coil job I dont think I really needed as the coolant continued to leak apparently and now Mark ended up coming over a holiday weekend and looking at the entire unit as a whole. I had a bathroom sink faucet installed and the service technician, Dre, was absolutely professional, polite, courteous and very skilled. He was on time and completed the job straight away. I would recommend the company’s services and especially the technician Dre to anyone needing plumbing repair and installation .

C. Dean was the technician. He was very efficient, got the repair done fast and was polite. I also appreciated that he provided an explanation and options for the repair. He represents the company well and did a good job on the repair.

The representative was extremely polite and professional. He replaced the kitchen faucet and garage disposal and removed old unit. Cost was considerably higher than expected but job was handled very professionally.

Christopher did a good job with my plumbing repair arriving on time and explaining what work needed to be done. He made sure everything was done cleanly and cleaned up after his work and went above and beyond to make sure the job is done correctly the only downside is his truck should’ve had the correct part needed and he needed to make an unscheduled trip to a hardware store that added an hour to the repair this is more of the fault of the business and not the technician

Emilio did. Great job on my annual service call. They installed a new system almost two years ago but I never had them out since. Called for a service check to make sure everything was ok. He came out and walked me through all he was doing. Was very happy with their service.

Bought a new AC from them in the middle of summer, and was amazed at the level of professionalism and knowledge the tech had.After a few years, last night had a clog in my drain line, and called and a tech was out within 45 minutes, in the middle of the night. Over all good company, work was done fast and got what I needed done. But for the money wish thanks could have been cleaned up by them to. Lots of water in the laundry room and garage. Over all good work would use them again.

Ive used them for plumbing and today for electrical. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They replaced the balasts in my kitchen florescents and replace the bulbs with ones that will not need replacing. Discussed repair options and prices before beginning work. OOPS!!! JUST WHEN you think everything is okay, get a second opinion!!!What was laid out to us as a complete do over of duct work, new A/C, etc , called a friend for 2nd look. (1) piece of duct at front was loose, rest was a beautiful job he said, the a/c, running fine, and -0- wrong with heat!!!Went from a $13-17,000 job, to $300 and he fixed the dryer vent, the roofers had clamped down.Marks a nice guy, but I will not accept any thing without a second opinion.Star----0---,!!! Get a 2nd opinion!Mark was exceptional. We had no idea with the purchase of a new house here, just what the inspection missed. Ryan called this morning with an arrival time and actually arrived at his stated time. He examined the issues with the bathroom exhaust fan and the outside motion light. He said that replacing the fan motor would fix the exhaust fan issue, he did and it did. Ryan found the Internal switch for the flood light had been painted over and the motion sensor had frayed Internal wires. He replaced the switch and installed a new light. Ryan also explained Best Home Service Family Plan and we opted for that plan. It was a productive and informative morning.

Even it was not the cheapest quote that I got but I went with them because Mark the salesman who came to gave me the estimate was super nice first off all and full of knowledge . He when all the way up to the attic of my house to see the size of my ventilations lines . he showed me the calculation how to know the right unit for my house. I was very unhappy with the technician who arrived at my house. He contacts me to let me know that he is 1hour and 45 minutes away. He then calls me almost 3 hours later to tell me that he’s 5 minutes away. He didn’t arrive to my house until 35 minutes later to take one look at my outside A/C unit and conclude that 2 ridiculous prices. I didn’t mention the tardiness but I did decline the service due to pricing. i waited 10 minutes for him to complete the write up and when he was done, he told me that the service with diagnosis was $98. I spoke with the representative on the phone when i scheduled this and asked in 3 different ways how much would I be responsible for if I declined the day of service. She said $19. The technician then stated he listened to the call and she may have misquoted me but it’s $19 + diagnosis. I was furious! He responded with, “I’m just doing my job”. You’re a representation of the company, your service today reflects poorly on the company. Do not use this company nor accept service as prices are not upfront and clear. I am so disappointed. Never again will I use them.

First they advertise giving you your quote up front. Thats only after booking service and thats 19.00 and then they provide the quote. They quoted me 200 to hang s ceiling fan. Mind you the fan was hung and both the ligh and the fan worked with the remote. I just had a red wire that makes the switch operationsl that doesnt work with the new fans and wanted to see if it was possible to make both work. He said I would be charged the 200 and even if he only told me there is nothing he could do, I had to pay and I could reschedule his to hang it when I corrected the wiring issue in the home. Not paying for his hypothesis. Especially is I have the same one.

Driving on 75 around the Tampa area, truck 4617 was driving in the fast lane doing around 72MPh. My husband was behind him and the man break checked my husband to the point his air conditioner that was in the bed of his (The Drivers) blue Toyota Tacoma Shifted from the back of his truck bed to the front of his truck bed. My husband left tire marks and we came within inches of hitting this careless man. We have 3 small children in our vehicle as well as two adults. I couldn’t imagine hiring on someone that has such road rage, and such carelessness for others. We are not from the area, but do have friends that live here and our one and only experience with this company is pure negligence.

He showed me what the problem was but now he has to pull permits and come back to do the job. He came back to finish the job and he did an outstanding job I would recommend him to all my friends he should be recognized as a valuable employee to your company.

BUYER BE AWARE!!! I scheduled an A/C Tune up with Best Home Service as I received a coupon in the Value Pack mail for last Friday. According to the technician, although my AC is older than 10 years it was working fine. I asked the technician if he was able to assist me with having the thermostat set at 74 degrees as it would constantly default to 86 degrees. The technician called a coworker sent him pictures of the system and eventually said he was able to program it. Sure enough later that day the house was hot and when I looked at the thermostat it was 85.2 degrees and it was programmed to go off at 6 am everyday to 74 degrees. I called the company back in which they sent a technician out. I explained to him (Joe) what happened but Joe insisted that the issue was not my thermostat it was the A/C because it was old but he would look at it. Joe eventually called me downstairs and we went outside so he could showed me the panel on the wall were he pulled some circuit out, unscrewed a panel on the AC unit and said its configured wrong and you have some condensation on the unit that. Joe said that due to the age of the AC the earlier technician must have aggravated the unit and caused it to die. Joe said he would check his van for materials to fix the unit. He came back saying that he didnt have the materials to be able to fix the AC and had called his supervisor to provide him reduce price quote of $3,000 to refurbish the unit and a little over $8,000 for replacement since I could argue that they cause the AC to get damaged but due to the age of the AC I cant prove that. He said he would call me in the morning to see what I had decided. I called and paid $75 for another company to come out the following morning for a second opinion. Sure enough, the reason why the AC didnt turn back on it was because he didnt put the circuit back in the outside panel by the AC and turned the power back on to the AC from the Circuit breaker inside the house.I am very disappointed that a company that is suppose to be reputable would do such sloppy work and try to take advantage of me by trying to rip me off. My kids and I are asthmatics and we sleep in a horrible heat because they wanted to charge me $3-8,000.... Total snakes, I will never work with this company again!

I realized our air conditioner wasn’t working at 3am. After calling another “24/7” air conditioner repair company and being told they’d call back during regular business hours, I called Best Home Services. A repairman (Rod Daniels) was dispatched to my home immediately. He was extremely professional, quickly diagnosed the problem, and fixed it right away. He had to replace a part on our outdoors unit and did so in the dark. He had the necessary parts on his truck so the entire time he was at our home was about 30 minutes.Prices were fair especially considering it was a middle of the night emergency call. We have two elderly dogs who might not have survived a lengthy wait for air conditioning repair. I am happy to say our house has cooled down and the air is working great. I am very grateful to both Rod Daniels and Best Home Services for their prompt and professional response!!
