This was the best experience I have had at any auto repair shop. We took this to another auto repair shop and Meineke beat the price by $250. Also, the other repair shop charged $165 just to check the A/C while Meineke of Brandon was only $35. I won’t use another auto repair other than this shop!

I came in and the guy working the front desk was professional but what was important to me very friendly! I had a weird sound coming from engine and I came for a diagnostic. But come to find out there was something stuck in my hub cap that was causing the weird sound. They quickly diagnosed the problem and at the end I was thinking I had to pay, but the friendly guy was HONEST and nice and helped me free of charge ! I’ve had bad experiences with auto shops, but this was the first time in my 31years that I’ve had a friendly, HONEST and great experience. I definitely recommend Meineke to anybody looking for a true quality experience.

Being from out of town and losing a trusted mechanic is tough. Sal and team are very professional and straight to the point. They give a realistic opinion without jumping to the worst case scenario just for the extra money. In other words, they aren’t there to screw you over. Needed a broken exhaust system repaired. The Guys at Meineke gave me a quick estimate and repaired within 30 minutes. Instead of telling me I needed a new exhaust, they offered to repair. Repair was thorough and well done - I will likely be a repeat customer.If I have a complaint, it is regarding parking/location. During hours of traffic, a little challenging entering and exiting the parking lot with a full size truck.

I scheduled an appointment through their online system, arrived on time, they quickly gave me an estimate, and the work was complete 30 minutes later. The exhaust repair appears well done. If something changes, Ill post an update.

We’ve been going to Meineke in Brandon for over 15 years. They have been the most affordable and honest mechanics. We have always had our issues fixed. They are professional And personable. I’ve been to other shops that are all about the money. These guys take pride in their work.

I have been a returning customer there for about 5 years now and the services they provide here are some of the best locally due to how polite, patient and transparent with what they do and don’t pressure you to get extra stuff done unless your car will blow up which brings me to another point of how they will do as much as they can to save you money on repairs with coupons or checking for warranty on parts, i recommend going there if you need something done to your car, The twins that run the store deserve a raise and did I also mention they have a cool parrot in the garage? That buddy is huge!

Requested a quote online through their website service for new rear brakes (rotors and pads). Received a text following day. Whoever it was responding typed in ALL CAPS, was very curt in responses and just down-right rude. First response was WE UNFORTUNATLY DO NOT INSTALL PARTS ONLY. I was thinking to myself, what? So, you dont install new rotors or brake pads but you do brake repair? Price for brake pads was outrageous $159, and rotors a whopping $369 all not including tax. I asked if the price was for new rotors or turned ones and it took over an hour to get a response. When said person responded (in all caps) they typed SORRY WE ARE BUSY AT WORK AND I AM TRYING MY BEST. They couldve sent me a quote via email but it was they who chose to do the texting thing. I looked up how much new rotors and pads were for my vehicle, together around $195-$220 from the dealer service and parts. A difference of $300 is pretty sweet for an hour or two of labor. I decided to take my business elsewhere.

As always the service is always exceptional. This team Sal and his family are very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The level of service you get here you dont is outstanding which is something you dont get from most. Ive taken my car several times to the Meineke on the corner of SR60 and Kingsway. They are always helpful, honest, a great price and great service. Its honestly the only place I take my car. I have a 2008 Nissan Altima, and they help me keep her on the road. Thank goodness!

First time customer, and I was SUPER IMPRESS, Mr. Sal and another wonder team member assisted me today, with my loud muffler, after the free inspection of the issue I was shown the problem from a display poster, service was excellent w/warranty. As I was being nosie I heard Mr. Sal inform another customer of his car issue, customer ask if he should hv a particular service done whe he was there and was informed that he actually should not because is was not needed at that time, and if it was done it could cause an transmission issue. Honesty over $, is honorable and respected.Made appt online, coupon was also honored.

I Had a screw in my tire...Sal said it would be about 10 minutes before he could look at it.. within about that amount of time he had not only looked at it, he had it plugged and I was pulling out of the business and back on the road. Fast, Friendly and Great service.

Came into their shop after leaving one down the road, both shops pointed out my loose resonator and I explained that it was due to the improper sized coupler provided with the downpipe. They said they could take it off and see if they could get it to work, I said that would be awesome, then he added it would be an additional $50 to the already overpriced muffler delete, so I kindly declined and said I would fix it on my own time. So a few hours went by and my car was finished, as I was going to pay I was smiling with genuine joy and the guy checking me out was smiling too but I soon found out it was for a much different reason. As I was stepping out he commented something about a warranty and “if anything goes wrong just bring it on back”, I thought nothing of it. Then the same day as I’m driving to work, I do a pull in my car and the exhaust note suddenly gets much louder and there was a much worse vibration than before, so I thought great the coupler came loose and I pulled over and sure enough you could hear the sound escaping from the bottom of the car. Then as the night progresses I come to think that maybe it was tampered with and upon getting my car on jack stands I see the bolts to the coupler have been loosened causing the coupler to slide off. I don’t know what type of stupid teenager they think I am for trying to finesse $50 out of me, but one thing is for sure and that’s that I will never have to work at a car repair center….. unbelievable.

Sal and his brother run a professional, efficient and courteous business model. They have been servicing our cars for a several years now and even after moving out of the area and switching to an EV, I wouldnt think of going elsewhere. They work around schedules, give affordable estimates and keep you informed of the work being done. Hands down the best mechanic shop in the area.

Sal is always professional, kind, explains everything they do in detail, provides pictures to help me understand, and is efficient and on time with service. Today, I saw their generosity and caring attitude for the community they live in firsthand. I called Sal and told him about a homeless veteran living in his suv. The veteran’s starter was no longer working. The weather was getting colder at night and also his ability to take jobs to earn money was gone. Sal, without hesitation, offered to do all the labor on the veteran’s vehicle for free if we could get it towed to the shop ....since they don’t have towing service (Jones Auto and Towing, like Meineke, stepped up to the plate and provided the towing). Sal got us scheduled right away, fixed the vehicle, and treated the veteran with the same respect and kindness I’ve come to know when bringing my vehicles. I highly recommend Sal and Meineke on E Brandon Blvd! You’ll never worry about your car again.

Absolutely love this place I would not go anywhere else or trust any other auto shop the fact that they are open Saturdays is a huge plus in my book and they do not try to hit you in the head for your chili in the find exactly what the problem is and fix it they have a good quality work and workers and I’ve had a lot of work done on my car due to it being An older vehicle such as work on my AC, catalytic converter, oh my mass airflow intake, tires, alignment, oil change, gear shifter, belts, spark plugs, etc. you get the idea they kind of become like family. So if you live anywhere near this location and I highly recommend going to the store it’s off 60 in Kingsway.

I had a loud sound coming from the exhaust. When I brought the truck in , Sal was very helpful. He recommended that I install resonators to the exhaust.And it worked. It Cut down the noise. Thanks Sal.

I booked an appt online, a prompt asked would I like to use a coupon($24 oil change) for this location with the shops address. Once I arrived, they said their shop didn’t honor that coupon despite the address of this location on the coupon and the price was $42. Services were done in a descent time, but It was false advertising in my opinion.

Very convenient location and hours. Neat facility. Sal knew the problem right away when I described the issue I was facing with the car. He fixed it right and did not try to talk me into any ‘extras’. Job done in a timely manner and the reasonable cost was discussed up front. Reliable and honest people. I recommend this workshop without any reservations.

Sal was phenomenal. This was my first experience with meineke. I was at the 606 e Brandon Blvd location. I came in to get my headlight fixed and a battery terminal replaced. I came here because the place I normally go said theyd have to remove the bumper. Sal was able to just reach his hand under the car and change it with one hand without even looking. Changed my light and fixed my terminal in 15min while I went to go get a drink. He even went above and beyond to tighten up my bumper with a few screws. 100% satisfied. Would definitely recommend anyone to go talk to sal
