My Manicure and pedicure were great. They were very clean and professional . Loved the service!!

I only give it a 4 because Ive had good and bad experiences here. I came in to get a dip manicure and the girl seemed clueless what to do. I actually had to tell her how to do it. But I wanted to give them another chance so I went back and saw Alex and he was amazing, knew exactly what he was doing even told me I needed to wait longer in between because my nails were so thin. Very Knowledge. I highly recommend Alex here.

I live down the street and decided to make a last minute appointment for a gel manicure and pedicure. It was my first time there and I wish I had gone here sooner! I love how thorough my technician was! Everyone there was super friendly as well! I felt so welcomed. I already made my 2 weeks appointment in advance before I fly out the state.

First time visiting this nail salon and overall, I enjoyed it. I called first to see if I needed to make an appointment, they asked me what time I wanted to go in and I scheduled it. I got there, and there were 2 other customers in there. They took me right in. Once she did my nails, I showed her a picture, and she was able to execute it to my liking. I will definitely revisit

Had a really nice pedicure here today! I was on a bit of a time crunch but they were super punctual even though my appointment was at 9:00am when they opened. The salon is really cute, I love the way that it is decorated. It seemed very clean and inviting. I definitely plan on coming back in the future.

My friend and I had an appointment for 10:30AM. We ended up sitting and waiting for a half an hour; management must have accepted more appointments or walk ins than they had capacity for which I think is unprofessional. The team seemed very distracted and/or disorganized. Higher priced for the service offered compared to other salons I’ve been to.

The new place in pearl plaza is just as the name implies: lovely. It’s clean and nicely decorated. They did a great job on a mani for my kids.

I walked in yesterday asking to get my eyebrows done. Evidently a Muslim, I was told they do not do eyebrows and the lady was disrespectful and spoke down to me. She pointed me to the door and told me to go next door. I had gone in before so it didn’t seem right. I called to see if they did eyebrows and was told they do eyebrows and i set an appointment using a different name. She gave me an appointment over the phone, but when in person the lady unprofessionally told me they didn’t and discriminated me based on my appearance. She refused me a service that is listed on their website

I had my nail appointment cancelled on me due to the snow storm so after a quick search i found this place only 8 minutes from me. I called and they were able to see me right away. She did a great job with my nails. I’m definitely coming back.

This place Is a total rip off. Just went in for Gel Polish nothing on my nails to remove just wanted gel Polish no manacure no filing nothing but polish. No prices listed anywhere in the salon. Took less than 10 minutes to Polish my nails. $28.00. Lesson learned ask before your service. Price gouging at its worst!

They are very amazing with my nail. I love my nail everytime they do it . They also help me keep my nail long and healthy. Definitely a place to come and experience. 💕

My experience was wonderful. I had a mani-pedi and an eyebrow wax. It came to $78. I thought that was high. Dont remember paying this much before. They did a great job.

If i could give this zero stars i would. first when she was drilling my nails she cut three of my fingers, and didnt let me wash my hands to stop the bleeding. my nails are so crooked and sharp, and the paint is uneven. after i was done, she then used the same tools she used on me on another person! very unhygienic, and unprofessional. i dont recommend even with the other reviews saying its good. they also didnt clean the stations after each person, and were in a pandemic so you would assume it would be sanitary!

First time going in and they did such an amazing job. Ill definitely be back!

I think I was robbed by the owner today. She charged me $95. Even though I had gel pedi and full set(very short) with gel polish it shouldn’t have cost that much in my opinion. I’ve had this same service at other nail salons and I definitely did not pay that much. I also think they steal good pictures just to lure clients in to their establishment. Either that or the person that does a good job was not there or doesn’t work there anymore. Not to mention the lady who did my nails, did a sloppy/horrible job. Both she and the owner knew I wasn’t satisfied with her job but they didn’t care because they’re money hungry. I will not be returning.

Honestly i went in with a picture for my nails and vivian matched the colors for me perfectly as well as the design... a full set and full pedicure only took 2 hours and i left with a smile you could see through the mask. Thank you so much for my first set of beautiful nails in 3 years!

I let Vivian do an overlay on my nails & she is amazing designs nobody else could do she did my nails lasted more than a month she is the best my toes even looked amazing highly recommended!!!
