I had extensions applied yesterday by Stephanie. It is a long process but Stephanie is an artist. She really has a masterful touch, is warm and welcoming. And I always leave feeling beautiful. My level of trust for Fisher Experience is 10 plus. I have also had hair cuts, color and have never been unhappy. They are the best. TY

I got escorted to the hair washing station and I said I had already taken a shower and washed my hair. Her response was she just wants it wet. She then proceeded to wash my hair anyways. Wasn’t happy asked her to stop and just rinse and she acted surprised that I didn’t want a wash. Then I get to the hairdresser told her I want a 3 on the sides. She started with a three and grabbed a timer. Moved on to a 2 and kept going. Now mind you I don’t ask for a 2 because it’s too short and it shows a birth mark im self conscious of. Well it’s showing and now I get to live with anxiety for next week or two while it grows in. The end result haircut looks good. Just way too short. I even showed a picture saying this but a little longer. Needless to say I won’t be going back.

Lindsey is awesome! It was my first time there and she was on time, detailed, explained everything, and was only focused on me for an entire 3 hours. She did not work with 5 other clients in between processes of my hair which I really appreciated. My color came out amazing and I will definitely be back.

Wendy is just a pure professional. She listens and remembers every detail of your needs and wishes and always comes through with a fantastic hair style. I can’t thank her enough.

For several years, Fisher was my go to place for hair color and cut. The stylist had been at another salon and I changed because I wanted to continue having her work on my hair. Sadly, a couple of months ago I learned that she had not been vaccinated. Also several others working in the salon were also unvaccinated. I had to make the decision to change salons to a smaller setting where everyone had been vaccinated. It was not a decision made easily but the necessity of keeping both my spouse and myself safe overrode any other considerations. The salon seems to do a very good job with sanitizing, etc with the exception of unvaccinated workers. Before this event, I would have granted 5 stars.

CORA IS AMAZING! If you’re a blonde go see her!!! Little background story on how I ended up at Fisher.... I’d been going to a salon right down the street for years and was fed up with the inconsistency of my services. I never switch up what I do yet every other time I would leave my appt at this other salon I was unhappy with how it turned out. I have a friend that recommended I go to Fisher and see Cora because she’s really experienced with blondes. I made an appt with her and my hair came out literally the best it’s ever looked! She was super nice and listened to everything I told her I wanted. My hair was lighter and felt incredible which amazed me because every time I’ve gone lighter my hair has felt dry and over processed. Her assistant gave me the most incredible shampoo and hair treatment at the sink with a massage which was like heaven! She blew it out and curled it and I literally couldn’t believe how gorgeous my hair looked. I couldn’t be happier with my experience honestly. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. I’ll never go anywhere else from now on for my foils!

So, I have been having issues with my hair for YEARS. I grow my naturally ash blonde hair out, go somewhere (always a nice (and expensive) place) and have my hair destroyed. It is a vicious cycle.My mom has been going to Fisher Experience for years- she is in her 50s and her hair is absolutely head turning and jaw dropping - gorgeous blonde and it is hard to believe she does not have extensions. Her hair was always beautiful, but was always super fine. Well, Lindsey completely transformed my moms hair.I decided to take suggestions and saw Lindsey for the first time last night. I did not even have to tell her what to do. She took her time, answered all of my questions, and did her thing.My hair came out absolutely amazing. I do not even have words to express how happy I am.I am going to be consistent, take all of her suggestions, and I cannot wait to see the final result!Also, the price was absolutely fair. I always stayed away from Fisher because I heard it was crazy expensive. Not true. First off, you get what you pay for, second - for a full head of highlights, cut, two treatments, blowdry - it was under $400 (you only need a full highlight a few times a year).Finally, most salons seem like a revolving door on the SS. Lindsey has been at Fisher for almost a decade.Thats my rant and I could not be happier! Thanks Lindsey!!!

Went to Fisher Salon to see about a hair piece for my very thin hair. I did not know anything about hair pieces. Kayla educated me as to how the hair piece could do what I wanted to achieve, a full head of hair. She went over every aspect including human hair vs synthetic hair, partial pieces, color matches, and care of the hair piece. I chose a style and Kayla made the color match. When the piece came in Kayla explained the care and she minimally cut with the advice to wear it for awhile and it could be cut even more if that is what I wanted. It was a very good experience with very helpful, competent people.Thank you for all your time and efforts to make me feel comfortable with my hair piece.Sandy

I love coming here! Most of the times I schedule an hour massage. The SPA is super clean and very relaxing. There is a relaxing waiting area where you can sit and have some tea or snacks prior to your session.Michelle is the best masseuse. She asks where I have tension and adjusts pressure throughout the hour.The one hour massage is a bit pricey but once in awhile I get an email with a discount. I will keep coming here for the superior service.

This is a full-service salon with highly professional and talented staff. It could be on Newbury Street, Rodeo Drive or Madison Ave. but fortunately is not!

I love the salon and wanted to go back for my eyelash extensions. I went online and booked an appointment. Two days later I receive a call stating if I didnt call by the end of the night they would cancel my appointment. I called and told them I did confirm my appointment online. Receptionist stated if I wanted to keep my appointment I needed to give her my credit card number. I started I pay cash. Receptionist stated if I didnt give the card she would cancel my appointment. I cancel my appointment with them. I dont understand why they would turn down a cash paying customer. I am surprised the owners would agree to this. I do not want my credit card number on file, it is not my method of payment. Please explain.

I had a wonderful experience at Fisher Salon and Spa. I enjoyed a facial, manicure and pedicure. Everyone I came in contact with was extremely friendly; treatments were amazing and well worth the price. I would definitely recommend this Salon/Spa to anyone looking for these services. I have not had any hair services but my sister is a long time customer and has always been happy with her cuts and coloring services. Very much looking forward to my next visit!!

Ive been seen by Laura today for a color, highlights and cut, she did an awesome job with all and the scalp massage was the best ever. She was very professional ,polite and easy going , I felt very good with her doing my hair, and that doesnt happen often. She advised me to get hair extensions just to fill in the hair to make it fuller , I think it was a good idea as well since Iam loosing a lot of hair from stress of wedding planning. I was also seen by Michelle , very knowledgeable, precise and caring for my comfort, she did my eyelash extensions, the appointment was about 2 hrs and the results are amazing long mink lashes ,no mascara needed. The whole fisher experience was the greatest . I will return for other experiences since they have a lot to offer.

We recently moved to the Boston area from Colorado. Because we have natural curly hair we have had some interesting experiences with hair professionals. Needless to say, it takes a tremendous amount of time and willingness to have bad hair days while testing out new hair care professionals. The Fisher Experience was our first attempted and we are so very pleased. Best hair cut I have ever had. For our daughter her curls were very dry from mistreatment due to college life, they have been treated and are on the mend. Her cut is super cute as well. I started coming to Fisher sometime last year and I can say that it is one of the best salons that Ive ever been to. The usual forced politeness as (seen at many salons) by the staff - but I know Bruce runs a tight ship there.Best thing about Fisher: he head massages during the hair wash. OMG. Heaven!Prices are -well, PRICY. Especially for Braintree. We are not rich here in the Quincy/Braintree area. It would be nice to have a choice between the bargain places and the places that think they are on Newbury St. in Boston.A friend of mine has had 2 bad experiences there with the owners wife...treated her mother not so nicely....but that is a long story....Id go regularly to Fisher f it wasnt so expensive - and if I had a choice of stylists.When you go with a coupon, you are limited to the stylists that actually are affordable (Even WITH the discount!!). When most of the stylists that have some experience start out for a BASIC haircut at $80....$25 off isnt much when there are places that are almost as nice (in Marina Bay) that offer haircuts at $45 - AND offer Groupon discounts on top of that.Just b/c some of us are stuck living here in one of the most expensive areas in the US, doesnt mean we are loaded with $$. Folks like me (living on disability pmts) need and want nice haircuts too.
