I did my eyelashes, my manicure and my pedicure today with Cristine, she treated me very well, she was very kind and does some very good pedicures, I will return because they treated me very well

The best nail salon and Spa Ive ever been too. The owner is super educated, and her works as well! Great environment and awesome job! 👏🏽

I went there for the first time for waxing.. It was the most painful wax I had..Christina was all in rush and she wasn’t even listening to me when i said I’m in pain please slow down. , she even waxed my piercing and hurts like hell..my skin is so red and irritated “ after two days”DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS AT ALLPlus she didn’t let me purchase the Groupon and made me pay cash

Went for waxing to Christina. Loved her. She was fast, smooth and very friendly and on top job well done. Would definitely go there again and would highly recommend this place.

They were sooo great! I went there to get eyelashes extensions and a pedicure, let me tell you they were the best! Super sweet and great to talk to, 10/10 would recommend if you’re in the area

Had a very pleasant visit. Paid for 2 deluxe pedis, a gel set, neck massage, and a full set for myself and was highly impressed would of paid almost dbl the price at home.. Staff is very pleasant in a quiet enviroment. Will definitely visit again before going home.

I have been going to Limage (now Zaza) for over 10 years, and unfortunately after my visit this morning I will not be going back. As a disclaimer, this post does not reflect the service provided by Lina or Nancy-- they are wonderful!!The new management has run this place into the ground and they are losing all of their good staff. Lina and Nancy are the only 2 worth seeing at this point. The new owner is blatantly rude to her customers and I have never seen her without her airpods in- often talking on the phone for long periods of time while actively with customers. The only reason I continued going to this salon was for the other staff members.Kim, Oanh, and Anna were some of the best nail technicians LImage had, and now they have all moved on (which I can imagine was in part related to new management). When Christina took over sometime last year, she forced Oanh to pick an American name because Oanh (pronounced One) was too hard to pronounce. The new manager thought that Mindy was more fitting for her and made her wear that on her nametag. How disrespectful?!As for my visit this morning, my sister and I made appointments for 12pm. We arrived on time and were asked to pick a color and wait- which we happily did. We then proceeded to wait for 45 minutes before being brought back to a pedicure chair. My sister was seen by Lina and I proceeded to wait for another 15 minutes before someone came over. The woman who did my nails was brand new and honestly it seemed like she had never given someone a pedicure in her life. She was very nice but was clearly not trained-- she had to ask another nail tech which bottle was the top coat. Thankfully, Nancy came over and did my gel manicure while I was in the pedicure chair. Nancy efficiently finished my gel manicure before the other tech was able to finish my pedicure. Both of them were apologetic for our wait- but when it was brought to Christinas attention she directed all of the blame to Lina and Nancy, and it clearly was not their fault. We also witnessed Christina being rude to several other customers in the 2ish hours we were there. All in all, Christinas customer service skills are absent and I will not be returning. Hopefully Nancy and Lina can move onto a salon that treats employees and customers better!!

I go to Zaza nails for body hygiene being a 21 century male and open minded and Tolerent. I get eye brow wax and back typically every 3 or 4 weeks since with performance arts of acting for film 🎥 and stage keeping you face clean and body clean is a must because its seen as your calling card for casting whereas Im open minded I get play both genders. The women and husband and wife owners are very nice and friendly whereas they are welcoming to customers needs and wants, prices are reasonable and expensive. Often times for spring and winter with dry skin and skin and nails parched and dry I will get an manicure and pedicure with winter rough weather Personally one does not want to look old with rough leather like skin line from tbe movie back the day grump old men or tbe Golden girls . I Give an overall grade of 4.7 out 5.0

DO NOT GO HERE. I repeat do not go here ! I booked with them three weeks in advance. Used Groupon which they tried to make me cancel. My Appointment was scheduled for two o’clock. The night before my appointment she text me and asked if she could reschedule for five I said ok that was fine. On the day of the appointment she asked if she could reschedule later or another day? I said later because I have a flight at 10am it has to be today I’ve been waiting all day for my appointment. She said ok 7pm.They cancelled the day before my vacation at 6:45pm I couldn’t get my eyelashes or a wax anywhere else because every other place is booked!!!! So unprofessional! Why have Groupon deals if you treat people who get them like this!!!!

Fast efficient and love my eyelashes and she did a great job on my eyebrows! I had a question a day later and she was even great with that! I was very hesitant to do eyelashe extension but I’m so happy I did it cause I don’t even need makeup!

I went for a Brazilian wax purchased on Groupon. What happened is that the lady made me cancel the Groupon purchased, to pay her in the salon, but I had purchased that more than two weeks before so Groupon would not cancel the purchase she took my phone and did it anyway( she said let me look and when ahead and canceled it without asking me), which resulted on Groupon given me credit and not the money back but guess what? I still had to pay her for the service. The waxing was fine but, when it was done she said pay with your card honey but you have to give me tip with cash!!! She did not wait for me to offer he tip, she demanded it! And I said I have to do it on the card bc I currently don’t have cash on me... she was like I see money on your wallet😱 I had in fact $5 there I did not even know I had it! It was in between my cards!!! I gave her the 5 dollar and left. Never going back there!!! What’s the point of putting an ad on Groupon if she doesn’t honor it?

My nails constantly broke and were mis sharpen. I started going to Tulips in Neponset, much better with the nail care

I went to this place to get my eyelashes done for the first time. The person who was doing my lashes was Extremely unprofessional. First of all she was late to the appointment, she got up and left to eat while she was in the middle of doing my lashes. When she was done, she asked me to look in the mirror and one side of my lashes were drooping inside my eye and I told her that I couldnt see much and if she could remove some of the lashes. Instead of her putting a glue remover on the lashes, she pretty much plucked the lashes off of my own lashes which hurt really bad. Also, I asked her how to take care of the lashes because Ive never gotten them done before and she told me to look it up online. I would not recommend anyone getting their lashes done here because I had a really terrible experience and I would not be going there again.
