I went here for a Brazilian Wax that was scheduled for 4:15pm, I was not seen until 4:55pm. The establishment was not packed at all, as I was the only one in the waiting area. For starters, as I lied on the table exposed the esthetician opened the door twice. The room was small and my pubic area faced the door entry. When prepping for the wax, the esthetician wiped back to front multiple times which can cause infections. As the waxing began, the same wax strip was constantly used for multiple areas and was not exchanged for a clean strip until it was full. This can also cause infections. After the wax, the esthetician went in with tweezers to pluck the many hairs she missed and to treat ingrown hairs. This process was painful as she plucked and scraped my skin in a rush. Also the tweezers she used were not the proper ones for treating ingrowns.Overall, I would never come back to this establishment as it left me feeling disgusting and unsatisfied.

I had my eyebrows micro bladed/powderbrow combo and I am very satisfied with the results. Mai is extremely attention to detail and spent a good amount of time (3.5 hours) until she was fully satisfied which is awesome! The facility is clean and modern. I had non-existent eyebrows and now they are full and natural looking. I will return for follow up, as recommended, but also other services as well.

I’ve been getting my lashes done for years and by far this is the best I’ve ever had them done. They look nice and full, great for my eye shape and stayed full for 3 weeks! I highly recommend

This place is awesome! Mai (pronounced “my”) is very knowledgeable and does wonderful work. She is also concerned about the health of your natural lashes and uses products that are not harmful. The place is very relaxing, clean and I felt so comfortable and cared for. This is a new business and is currently offering half off services to new clients. I highly recommend!

I had a most extraordinary experience. I am lucky as I just moved across the street and the minute I notice this place, needed to try for the first time lash extensions. Their $75 discount is an unbelievable price for such a terrific, but lengthy job. I never thought would have this procedure done and I am so happy I decided to have it done at Lash and Wax Studio. A clean and welcoming environment and the owners are absolutely delightful. Also, Jenny who took such care of me when doing my face waxing which was long overdue.
