So this was my first time getting my legs waxed and of course I was nervous. But I have to say I was in there over an hour and it felt like 5 minutes. Terri is amazing I definitely recommend her she makes you feel welcome/comfortable and if your anything like I was face your fear and get your wax because you won’t regret it!

Just got my back and neck waxed by Terri whos new to this location previously at the Tampa locale. Shes amazing!!! No pain and in and out quick and she has a great laugh. Great for this dude who only gets waxed before Vegas trips! lol!!! Highly recommend Terri!

I have my eyebrows waxed by Reese monthly and every time I go she does an amazing job! I highly recommend 10/10! Over the weekend I got my first Brazilian wax with Kayla and she was AMAZING! She made me feel so comfortable and at ease. Reese is the best! Ive been going to European Wax Center for a year now and no matter what I did directly after wax to care for my skin, I always broke out. During booking, there was a 1st time client offer - BOOK FIRST SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE THE LUNCHBOXWAX SARASOTA DIFFERENCE FOR YOURSELF. First-time guests only. Offer good for one complimentary service of equal or lesser value to be book at checkout of 1st visit. Complimentary service must be used within six weeks of first visit. Not valid with any other offer. This is still on there website as of this review. When I inquired about my free service, Daisy said she was unfamiliar with it. She called the manager and came back to say, that it is not valid at this location. She apologized and said if I had any questions, I could call the manager. As far as the service I received - - - Daisy was GREAT! She made me feel comfortable and was very pleasant. I had the extended Brazilian. She was quick and efficient. I was in and out in a half hour - - at my prior waxing shop, it took a minimum of 40 minutes. The waxing hurt less. The waxing experience itself was great. I rated down solely for the false advertising on their website.

Have been here the times now. First time was ok, second time was good, this time not so much. Hair was broken off, not lifted, so a couple of days later and regrowth is already very apparent much like if I had shaved. I used to manage a wax studio in GA so know the difference between a good wax and a sub part wax. This definitely feel injury the latter category. There are other chains that do a better job. Will not be returning.

So this happened to be my first visit , I ended up scheduling with Reese for a Brazilian who was so sweet and reassuring. She got me in right on time and took care of me. I was very nervous as usual and she made me feel as comfortable as possible. I had tons of question and was probably annoying lol but she definitely educated me and answered my questions with no issue. I will definitely be coming back and would most definitely recommend!

Very nice waxing salon! Conveniently located and plenty of parking available. Several services offered. I had a standard eyebrow wax done and it was 23 dollars. The salon was clean. This was my first time ever getting waxing done and didn’t really know what to expect. However, Alicia created a surprisingly comfortable environment for me while I was there. The sign in process was pretty straightforward and quick. The actual waxing process was explained in detail beforehand and was very quick! Worst eyebrow wax ever. This location may be fine for body hair waxing, but do not utilize their services for eyebrow waxing. A chunk of hair was waxed straight off the bottom of both of my daughters brows. No shape was added. Her brows are now uneven and shaped like rectangles. I have made an appointment to have them fixed at another salon. The associate who did her eyebrow waxing obviously had no training in how to shape a brow. Hands down the worst eyebrow wax I have ever seen.

Have done a manzilian before at another salon and they just waxed TOO hot. I was nervous to try it again but Kayla had already promised me she wouldnt burn me so I tried it. The staff is very nice, but after my second bikini I noticed a lot of hair on the inside of my upper thigh, about 1-2 from the crease. I called to ask if I could get a touch up and the girl proceeded to argue with me that the thigh isnt included in a bikini. Really? My last bikini there was great, but that girl left. I can understand if its halfway down my leg, but inner thigh is always a part of a bikini. Basically, not going back. My advice- throughly inspect your wax and be clear if its not up to par before leaving.
