Great service. Reasonably priced. He has towed my Camaro twice, and he has a flat bed truck, which is great for cars like mine that sits low because of rims. I will definitely use Cruz if I need a tow again.

Price gouging their loyal customers. Called every other towing company after I was rudely told to check my other options and every company was $20-$50 cheaper than Cruz’s towing. Please for peace of mind dont use these scammers. Worst part is is ive used them before and they charged me correctly every other time.

Called AAA to have my van towed to the mechanics shop. AAA dispatched Cruz towing, the driver called me and told me that he was enroute and would be here in 15 minutes. The driver called me back about 10 minutes later and said that his supervisor is pulling him off the call and someone else would be dispatched. I called AAA to find out what had happened and was advised that the towing company cancelled without explanation and it was being dispatched to another company. I requested a formal complaint be filed via AAA against the company, I get that these company make very little off of a AAA tow, however it is that endorsement of AAA that helps to keep these less than reputable companies in business. Knowing how AAA works the tow company does not have to accept any request for service and the fact that they did, then no showed wasting my time is poor business practice. I would not recommend or count on them in an emergency.

These guys were super helpful. Willing to come out for a tow late night. Will tow at an owners expense as well. Had someone blocking our driveway, waited over 12 hours and they never came for their car. Well, bye bye vehicle. They towed the car and were respectful of the car. Great customer service. Thank you, will be calling back for future tows

Car broke down late at night. He arrived quick and was very very friendly. Gave us a ride and brought the car back home. Reasonable and fair price for late night pick up. Quick, painless and professional.

Called around to pick up a vehicle on our companys private property. Said would be here in an hour. No show and no courtesy call. I called, no answer and followed up with a text and his reply was, Yeah, sorry been so busy the other guy forgot about it but yeah youre more than welcome to call someone else.Great way to do business, fellas!

This company came and towed a vehicle out of my yard without notice.they didnt even register with Manatee county sheriffs department. They then charged $250 to have the vehicle returned. We had to pay another tow company to bring the car home. These people are thieves do not use themthe only reason they got one star is it doesnt go negative in the star column. I repeat do not use them run them out of business.

Great guys, friendly & reasonably priced. I called a few places & all them acted like i was disturbing them. Cruz towing answered their phone in a professional manner and was appreciative that I called.The driver was courteous, helpful and well mannered. I called late in the day & he was probably at the end of his shift.I will use them again should the need arrived. Thank you for making a bad situation better!

Very helpful and professional!!! Helped us move our fifth wheel during our hurricane prep. He said he could be there in 30 min and was there on time. I would definitely use his services again

Most horrible towing company ever! You can tell its a low end trashy company. The owner ben doesnt fix his trucks right cause he doesnt wanna spend the money to. The trucks are not safe to even be towing other vehicles. The trucks are constantly being worked on, trying to put a bandaid on the problem, instead of actually just fixing the trucks. please go with a higher end company. Also you cant even hardly understand some of the workers. I also know he treats his employees like their garbage. I wouldnt recommend this towing company to anyone. They need to be shut down!

Horrible towing company, they allow there dogs to climb all over and in the vehicles located inside the lot. The owner BEN LUVIANO is an alcaholic i have seen him driving around town on multipe occasions with an open container of beer while driving the tow truck, as well as showing up to tow vehicles drunk as well, this is not the type of company i would want towing my vehicle, unless you want it scratched by dogs smelling like dogs or have all your belongings taken before you either get it back or dropped off at the destination

Well as a operator and owner of Brennan recovery I will say that Ben owner and operator of cruz Towing is by far Fair to the public and is very considerate to the people around him the negative publicity about Benjamin is by far just brought to those with negativity who once worked for Cruz Towing those people know who they are I will say that its not fair for him to get a bad rap because of a few bad apples but I will keep supporting Cruz Towing so long as he continues to be fair and generous to the public
