When AAA could not come tow us (in the middle of the night) Norms helped. The office lady was very helpful and the truck came to help within the hour. Really disappointed in AAA, but contacting Norms worked out just great. A midnight emergency with overheated car and no one to help except Norms. I say, Bravo!

Norms Service - you should be ashamed of yourselves, towing people out of the Bradenton Beach Post Office parking lot yesterday, Memorial Day, when the post office was closed. Its open to the public to park there after hours, but you guys towed ruthlessly, car after car, as if it were a normal Monday when the post office was open. It wasnt. SHAME on you all for the inconvenience to many on a national holiday. I hope many Bradenton businesses cancel their contracts with you due to the ruthlessness you showed to make money yesterday at the unknowing publics expense. HEARTLESS.

Scam scam scam, be aware of these people. They will take apart parts of your truck just for fun. They enjoy when people are angry with them and charge you more than they said. These people need God in their hearts. I pray for them.

Met under difficult circumstances , Ive had some pretty bad experiences with towing companies here in Bradinton However Norms towing was like meeting up with a old friend he not only made it possible to return my vehicle but also helped me solve some very very difficult problems Ive had with my vehicle. We were clueless as to what to do when the axel came off of our trailer. They were able to get the trailer with no wheels and a boat ON it onto the flatbed with no problem! And without damaging the boat. I couldnt even watch him do it lol. Reasonably priced as well!
