I called AAA and waited 2 hours for no show. I got tired of waiting and called Bullet Towing because of their rating. They were to my location at the time promised under 30 minutes. Nate and Charles was great. Thanks Bullet Towing for helping me out.

Charles V to the rescue!Got locked out a brand new 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee because of key FOB issues. The car was running and the fob was in the vehicle when it completely locked me out. The rental vehicle company requested a towing company that gave us a run around (Do NOT use Dream Towing unless you’re free for the next 3 days) that resulted in a 4 hour lock out. We made a couple calls to other towing companies in the area to get a time estimate and Bullet Towing is the real deal! Less than an hour from calling to explain the situation Charles was on the scene with the fix! If it wasn’t for Charles and Bullet Towing I would be sleeping on the side of 64 til morning. Thanks guys!!

I had a rental car with National that had a flat tire. After nation completely lying for hours to me at 2am, the guys at Bullet told me they had it handled and they delivered. Left the car and had zero doubt they would deliver it back to National. BEYOND excellent service- do NOT use any other service than theirs. Seriously, tremendous company.

Its definitely not the towing service or employees affiliated with the company but the fact that you tow a vehicle with a guest parking pass on the 3rd night in a 7 day period even though the vehicle was not parked for 24 hrs is completely absurd. Its only fair to return the vehicle for 9 hrs and then we will accept the $250 tow fee. I understand the economy is kind of messed up but dont make it worse.

Originally ordered AAA, they said itd be a 4 hour wait which wouldve been around 1:15am so I had to find another option. Thankfully bullet was available with a flatbed as a bmw 745 Li needed to be towed. The guy came, handled business efficiently & got me on my way. Even recommended I contact AAA & get my reimbursement for them not having anyone available.

Both of my tires blew after hitting something in the road and bullet towing took the anxiety out of the whole situation. Collin took care of me and explained everything he was doing and that helped take the anxiety away. He told me what to expect at the shop and I followed him right to the shop of my choice. I highly suggest giving bullet towing a call if you need the fast and reliable service you can depend on. If you can get Collin you’re blessed and in good hands!

Awesome!!! Bullet towing transported my classic 68 Chevy Nova from a storage facility to my permanent residence. Although the distance wasnt far, the 2 gentlemen that completed the move were friendly, courteous and professional. They took such good care of the car as if it were their own. They knew exactly what to do and how to move it without a hitch. This was my dads pride and joy, many fond memories of him working on it. Now shes home with me. I am truly grateful!!

For some reason my vehicle broke down on I75 in Bradenton. I was stranded on the side of the road. I called Bullet Towing and spoke with a very kind gentleman who kept me calm and sent me assistance which arrived in approximately 20 minutes. I havent had to use too many towing companies in my days but I will say that this was the BEST company I have ever dealt with! I have a low riding Porsche Boxster that cannot be towed with a normal truck and to get on a flatbed without scratching the bottom is almost impossible! These guys towed it without a scratch! I highly recommend them and will use them again if needed.

Awesome service!!! Let’s face it, no one wants to use emergency tow service. Kind of like auto insurance, the less you use it, the better life is. That all said, I had to use Bullet Tow Services the other night because my 2001 alternator died on me in the middle of a very busy/under construction intersection. Chad the Bullet driver to the rescue! Showed up within 15 minutes, got my SUV on the back of the truck bed, & got me & my SUV safely home within an hour! I’ve had pizzas take longer to deliver! All at a great rate!Don’t hesitate! If you’re reading this and need a tow, stop reading & start dialing! It took you longer to read this than Bullet Towing could’ve gotten to you. I’m not a paid employee or associate. I’m a super satisfied local customer!

Chad and Nate’s customer service is repulsive. I recommend considering another profession, one that does not deal with people. Both are vile, Chad hung up when I explained their company illegally towed my vehicle. He did not listen to the customer, address my concerns, or work to resolve the issue. Their crude level of customer service is demonstrated by their responses to critical reviews shown here. My vehicle was parked within HOA community guidelines, but the tow driver Matt did not review policy prior to towing. In addition, damage was done to the rear end of the vehicle. Further measures will be taken.

My car was damaged during towing, the hood was scratched on one side . When I called the company I spoke to Chad over the phone, he told me that it is impossible. But I know for sure there were no scratches on the hood the night before. Chad was very nice every time I talked to him over the phone but whoever handled my car (loading and unloading) did something that left scratches all over. Very upsetting.P.S. You can fix the damage then I will believe you are sincere in your response below. But something tells me you are not.

It’s a scam running between HOA and this company, whose the manager or the owner by the way the most rude person ever talked to, parking in the right place in stonehaven for 2 hours ended by paying $215, as they tow my car FOR NOT HAVING visitors PERMIT on the dashboard ( not overnight ) just for 2 hours. Talk about scam , they have the lease contract that supposedly says this in page 6 section whatever.Yup it is obviously a scam but the bad review for customer service .Sarasota county has to do something .

Bullet was extremely fast and helpful in all aspects after my girlfriend totaled her car. Nate even helped us find a recycler. This is the first company I’ve used for towing since I moved to Florida and he will be my first call for sure!

These guys are great and arrive when they tell you they will. Had a special situation that needed front of my car lifted minus a wheel and not cause damage....boooooom...did it like it was nothing!!!!

I unfortunately lost control and went into a ditch every tow company I called wouldnt come do it but these guys were willing to drive 30min out if they’re way to come pull me out the driver even took the time to drive me home so I didn’t have to spend even more money. Horrible service, it seems the guy that answers the phone wasnt in a good mood to be Monday (8/31/2020) and he yelled and screamed on me just because I needed an ETA since I was late for work and need to communicate to my manager. I wont ever tolerate anybody’s bad mood and cursing just because that person is sitting in the wrong place. Get another job dude! You def are in the wrong place.

I used Bullet Towing a friend of mine gave me their number! I’m so glad I did, he was so polite and courteous - and time went by fast. Nathan was his name so please ask for him! Totally guaranteed!

This company drove through our condo complex and towed our car from our assigned spot because the decal was hidden after I inadvertently left the back window down (I’ll own this is my fault). They towed our car to the next county, charged us $235, demanded cash payment, and were very rude on the phone: the guy refused to give me his name or even say that would have someone come out to help us get our car, and hung up on me. The place they towed to is obscure, not well marked, and took us forever to find. My husband is ready to put the condo on the market it was so frustrating.

My boyfriend and I broke down in a parking lot and I called 24 hour towing and Nathan from bullet towing got to us in under 45 mins just like the guy on the phone said. Anybody who had their vehicles impounded over 15 miles report it to the sheriffs office of manatee county because they are scamming you for more miles for more money.

They treat customers on money by taking vehicles to the furthest lot from where the car was towed from and no the sheriffs county of manatee county does not know that they do that so if any of you were charged for more than 15 miles this is a lawsuit plus nobody wants to work for them because nobody likes working dirty like that

I was stranded 40 miles from home and was left hanging by AAA at 11pm. I called several other local tow companies, most of which were closed by that time; those who werent were charging nearly twice what Bullet charged. They sent out two of the nicest drivers, who showed up in 30 minutes. They were super fast and competent - I watched as they hooked up my car with skill and respect and was relieved that they towed it on a flatbed. Cant say enough about how kind and patient the two drivers were, dealing with a stressed out lady at midnight!
