One of their drivers illegally blocked traffic for no reason to pull a car out of a parking space. The proper way is to push the car out of the parking space so you dont block traffic illegally I would not recommend this company.

My wife’s car had blown out on the freeway at night and called for her car to be picked up. I called Junior’s towing came and picked her car up in less than 40 minutes. Quick response and they were so nice. I was very impressed with them and will definitely use them again. I highly recommend Junior’s Towing.

Nice down to earth couple. Took care of my vehicle as if it was theirs and didnt give me that were the pros so let us do our job attitude when I suggested a couple strap anchoring ideas. Came wayyy earlier than what my roadside company had estimated. Will ask for them by name if I can next time I need a tow through my roadside company.

The tow truck driver himself was great- very nice and professional. However the people at the company office were very difficult. After calling the first time I was quoted $175 cost and told a truck was 10 minutes away. 40 minutes and 2 calls back to the office later the truck finally arrived. Once we got to my destination the tow office called me and told me the new tow cost would be $275 due to a mistake (for a 40 minute trip) and asked me to pay cash. When I informed them I didnt carry that much cash they told me there would be a $15 penalty for using a credit card.

Called MCA and Juniors Towing company was the only company available on today (Sunday). I only waited 30 minutes. They were very nice and attentive. Will definitely use this company again.

Very professional people, husband and wife I was told, and they came out and rescued me late at night on a Friday! Will definitely keep them in mind for any future work or help needed.
