Ive been coming here for years. Recently, there has been issues with opening on time, especially on the weekends. Im sure I dont have to tell anyone how much of a hang up it is to have a tight schedule for the day and a bloodstream full of pre-workout, only to have to wait outside from anywhere from 5-30 minutes past opening time for someone to unlock the door so you can workout. Your customers time is important, we need you guys to fix this.EDIT: Thanks for the response, unfortunately Ill believe it when I see it. Its currently 7:10 on Saturday Aug 14 and the doors arent open. You should either change your weekend hours or hire people that can be on time.

Crunch fitness Bradenton is the go to gym. It has a lot energy, great music , equipment and staff. If you go there ask for Noah. He is awesome and will hook you up!

Crunch is the best gym I’ve ever been a member of! The equipment is top notch, the staff is friendly , the class I took with Patti was one of the best cycle classes I’ve ever taken! The club is spotless. Definitely recommend checking it out. It’s $24 month to month, can’t beat it

Not trustworthy. Had knee surgery. Cancelled my agreement but my trainer filled out pause on training, hes no longer there. Went to cancel. they just shoving the contract in my face and didnt even want to consider what Ive been through. You cant trust these people. My wife was with me and started to speak and the training manager said Im talking to him. Rude and arrogant. Just genuinely bad people. Its ashame beacuse its a good gym and front desk staff is great. Dont trust the trainers.

Be responsible when it comes to closing your account. The staff members just aren’t trustworthy, even after the third stick. Brought my boyfriend in and got it done easily with just a few swipes. I even asked what the issue was and “oh our system just isn’t the best right” was very suspicious on “oh” part.

Brandon did a awesome job today being very positive and contributing to the wonderful location. He also did well promoting this location without making me feel any pressure. Brandon deserves recognition.

The General Manager over talks you, as if he’s right… DIDNT give me a chance to tell him the reason for my call… they deducted money out of my account on a date I didn’t approve. The management team is horrible and they’re staff stated he was a GM and he was only a member of the team!!!! I don’t recommend my friends nor family to join this Gym…. The showers have a drawing issue the water doesn’t drain when you shower. I switched to another shower to only have the same issue… ANDREW WAS SUCH AN UNPLEASANT OVER TALKING SO CALLED MANAGER THEY NEED TO REEVALUATE WHOM THEY HIRE AS MANAGEMENT AND TEACH THEM HOW TO RUN A BUSINESS

I love it here ! They have everything! From fitness classes to massage rooms, to tanning, to sauna ! They also have place for childrens... the childrens spot!

Best gym in the area hands down. Very affordable and has all the equipment you’d need to hit every muscle group.

First, they have fabulous trainers, thank you, Jose. Next, they have heavier weights, different types of machines, workout classes, bike classes, and of course all the standard things. They have weights heavy enough for body builders and light enough for beginners. A few things they dont have are rock climbing and water things like a pool or hot tub. They keep the place clean and you can pick up your own personal spray bottle to clean your equipment before/after use. Friendly staff and no pressure. Good place to workout...both cardio and lifting.

I had an issue and I called the gym and spoke with Brandon, the manager, and I was seconds away from canceling my membership and Brandon cleared a lot of things up for me and I am happy to say that I stayed with my gym membership and I am happy of the changes that are being made to this gym. Awesome location Cody AKA Codester signed me up with a great personable attitude he really gives Crunch a positive vibe. Its really clean and has all the amenities you need and more. Plus the people who go here are as friendly as they come.

Has more then enough equipment to keep me busy without having to wait for someone to finish. The facilities are clean and well maintained. If you need assistance it’s available. Bathrooms are well maintained and also have a dry heat sauna. Personnel are friendly and courteous.

Great gym. Happy there are some new hires there and they join ones that have given great service.. The gym is excellent. Legs or upper body this place is packed and has every piece and bench of free weights equipment you could want.

Been going for almost 2 years now and I would like to say that this crunch has a very friendly staff and great environment. Never felt pressured or anything like that there. If you ever need help, the staff go above and beyond to help their members. Some of the employees that do an amazing job with customer service would be Danny, Cody, Kayla, and Terry who I hope they keep for a long time. The only thing I would change is their weekend hours, where I think they close too early. Hopefully they’ll become 24 hours soon just like the other crunch did. All the employees are very helpful and the equipment is just what I need to get some gains! 5 stars!

Amazing Crunch fitness center! I have been going for a few months now and the staff are always kind and engaging. The actual equipment is kept up with really well and I rarely see equipment down. Also take note they add new equipment offten.

Crunch gives me very mixed feelings at times. It’s a place that I have formed a love/hate relationship with. Having a place to come get a workout with an okay selection of equipment for a fair price, depending on which level of membership you decide on, is fantastic! Staff has improved significantly through good cleaning efforts throughout the day and the friendlier desk staff. Even as far as having an employee periodically walk around and fix weights that are out of place, which is awesome. However, this wouldn’t be a problem of if the patrons of this place actually put their equipment back and in the correct spot. Too many customers here think their “generous” $10 membership affords them the idea they can disrespect equipment causing multiple machines to be damaged, broken or unavailable. Additionally, while the low pricing is nice, it attracts a lot more people causing it to be very crowded at certain times throughout the day and further exacerbated the initial problem. Overall, good gym with room for improvement like more equipment and upkeep of current stuff.

I hope Crunch rewards great manager potential and makes some adjustments. Im somewhat new to Crunch - was working out before Covid and then it was always super clean, great equipment and super (non-pressure) staff! So resuming after 127 days I found Crunch to be EVEN cleaner with great care from staff to go over new policies on keeping it that way. The equipment is still great with lots of options and other gym goers cleaning before and after use to make extra efforts to keep everyone safe! I am happy to be back in a gym- especially this Crunch!

I have not attended this gym in over a year! I moved out of state when COVID first hit. I have attempted multiple times canceling by phone and email to be told I need to do it in person. Last month I disputed the charge from my credit card. To receive emails stating I would be charged late fees!! They put a new transaction on a different credit card unauthorized it says in person for transaction. DO NOT TRUST them with your information they charge without authorization. I will be contacting a manager.I AM NOT DRIVING TO YOU TO CANCEL, I do not live by a Crunch. You are the only gym to have this policy. I had multiple gym memberships and have cancelled them all when I moved with zero aggravation. You have charged my card without my authorization. You stored a second card used my information and processed my credit card after I disputed your transaction. I can go to Better Business Bureau and file complaint since you are refusing to help.

Highly disappointed with the fact that it was already crowded, and now it’s even more crowded now that they have closed the two rooms with plenty of open space. It’s closed and unoccupied. I didn’t sign up for the gym that it has become. Then when you do find a spot to workout you’re ask to move for staff to train. They cut back the hours. The bathrooms are closed during operations to be cleaned. Now we’ve been told our workout bags have to stay in the lockers in the locker room. I hate the new version of Crunch. I “originally” signed up because the awesome staff, atmosphere, and open space. Crunch Fitness

Crunch has shown extraordinary leadership in the fitness industry during these uneasy times. They have allowed us to have full access to world class trainers online and are always posting new at-home workout videos. I certainly miss my gym and my community and am looking forward to getting back to it!

Great place to work out

If you like an environment where rap music is being played so loud that you cant hear your own music through your personal earbuds, this is the place...and staff will not edit the type of music or volume to be reasonable and diverse to all members.

Great gym. Lots of cardio machine as a stairs and jacobs ladder. Also well equiped powerlifting zone. Only missing some good pwl bars and nice bench. Chalk is missing too. But stuf are very friendly and hepfull. I like it.

I really like this gym. They have EVERYTHING. A sled, jacob’s ladder and all of the equipment with lots of space. Had an initial personal training appointment with Gaving today and was seriously pleasantly surprised. Ive had multiple personal trainers over the years but Gavin’s motivation and attitude have really sparked my own motivation today! Really excited for the first time in a long time about getting into a new lifestyle that will help me get to my goals with the help of Gavin!

I have been coming to Crunch for over a year now - highest membership. The staff are so nice. The other customers who are working out, all keep to themselves and if they do start a conversation, they’re all super nice. I originally started because I had my first Spartan race last December and wanted to train for it but even after that happened, I’m still coming back. I love going. I go three days a week but would go more if I could. Every once in a while I’ll bring someone with me as a perk for the highest membership and they have all loved the place too. The only downside is they close at 10 which has been an issue in the past. It’s not a big enough issue though, to give it any less than 5 stars. I have used everything. The showers - they’re clean, the water pressure is good, and there’s plenty of privacy. The sauna - nice and relaxing after an intense workout. Always clean. The hydro massage - also nice and relaxing after a workout. The tanning just once - ten minute session had me burnt so bad, I was sore for a week. I’m not even fair skinned, I’m surprised I burned so bad in ten minutes. My fault though, I should have brought sunscreen.

They never let you go. Will charge you forever. If you call 1 888 2 crunch. All lines busy. They hang up. Find a better place. Update After i went in to cancel. I was charged 22.95 Had to call and deal with this again. Are you rip offs? Just end me and lets be done.

For a women who has any personal or anxiety issues don’t go here. They are non sympathetic plus is you have a complaint don’t bother no one will get back with you.

I have a Personal Trainer for 3 weeks...saw results today..I also have osteoarthritis...keep the joints moving or suffer in pain...I look better...and range of motion is greatly improved...highly recommend!

Have been going to this gym since it first opened up. Really enjoy going there because the gymIs clean , variety of machines to work out , classes like Zumba , also a small area for boxing . Friendly staff and good price . Basic membership starts at 10 dollars per month . Also there is a sauna , showers , and two private rooms to change out of your clothes . They are open as easily as 530 am and close at 10 pm on weeknights . I love the hydro massage the most because it feels so good after a workout

This place is a good value overall! The staff is super friendly. However, the class schedule on-line is inconsistent. You will check the website and see a class is scheduled.However, when you get there it turns out it’s just not happening for whatever reason. Besides that I couldn’t ask for more.

I find it highly unethical for the General manager of Crunch and another employee to bash Planet fitness on their own Facebook page. Cody Pleszewski and Kellen Braren should be ashamed of themselves. No, Im not a member or employee of Planet fitness but I dont think its necessary for another gym to allow this.

My promised and contracted trainer did not show for our workout. The on duty desk agent sent text and could not reach him. There was zero concern or consideration given for the Crunch misrepresentstion, missed training appointment, and or any apology by or from Crunch. I found the AM front desk staff in Bradenton gym to not know how to provide good customer service. I vote with my money. I cancelled my membership as there are too many choices. I now belong to the YMCA. I did not like that I had to go into a gym to cancel versus from my home. It was required that I sign a form. Good Luck.

I love this gym. I only wish they had more stations to disinfect the equipment after people are done working out. I also noticed that there are only a handful of people that actually clean up the equipment when theyre done. If they had more bottles to disinfect everything when youre done working out, I feel it would improve the over all cleanliness.

Wonderful place to workout. Tends to get a little packed at certain hours. Best time to go is as soon as they open, around noon and early evening. Little less packed around those times. Other than that no complaints. Everyone is friendly, staff is welcoming and always helpful.

This is a great, reasonably priced gym for those interested in lifting or cardio. For the space, they have a good variety of newer, well maintained equipment. It can be busy. Especially if youre interested in weight training, its best to avoid peak times. If it cant be avoided, you can still get a great workout in, you may just have to be flexible in the order of your routine. The staff is both friendly and helpful. The manager is one of the nicest guys Ive ever met. He welcomes me by name on every visit. Very recommended.

Good facility, but the billing practices are abysmal. Whoever is managing collection is incompetent in the best case scenario and immoral in the worst.

The locker rooms too hot. no airflow. .keep asking for ceiling fans to get the air out of the locker room still no answers. I upgraded my membership from 9.99 to full access didnt use it brought it back down and 9.99 and they find me for downgrading back to the basic membership they do not care about their members. Typical chain.They yes you to death.
