I called Omar earlier this week about getting the water pump replaced on our 2012 Dodge Ram and he gave me a price to replace it on the phone. When I called him later in the week asking about bringing it in he got it right in the shop and back to me when promised. They only had it for the day and he let me know what else needed replaced before doing it. Omar was excellent to work with and did an excellent job! Took the car in on 05/05 for a check engine light which I already knew the issue it’s the break pedal switch. Was told they had to order the part, signed the consent to fix at 5:27 pm that day. Called the next morning at 11 am and was told they were waiting on the consent, said he would start the job and the car would be ready in the afternoon. Never got a call or a message, called 05/07 at 8 am to be told the part didn’t come in that it would be there today and I was sent a message through the portal that I never got. Said the job would only take 20 mins and the car will be ready today. Si far not feeling comfortable with communication or trustworthiness in regards to what he says will happen. I’ve been stuck in Bradenton since Wednesday and I live in Tampa.

I have been taking my vehicle 2011 Prius to Automedic since I purchased in 2016 now it is 2021. Omar and his staff are probably the most honest and hard working people I know. When I need work done on my vehicle, I know I am in the very best place I could possibly be. They performed a complete engine swap in my car with surgical precision. That was over 60,000 miles ago! So what ever the issue with your vehicle happens to be, if you can get an appointment at Automedic, just know that it will be resolved correctly, swiftly, and as affordable as possible.

Omar and his team gave me an appointment time, an estimate how long it would take, and roughly how much it would cost.They were ready for my vehicle, nailed the timing down to the minute, and then it was less than expected. I cant say enough about this shop. It was HUNDREDS less than the Kia dealership down the road wanted.

Incredible service! It’s hard to find a mechanic that is honest, knows what he’s talking about, and is also priced fair- but Omar did it! As long as I live here I’ll never take my car to anyone but him.I took in my Ford Edge that needed a water pump replacement (Which is a labor intensive service, some mechanics I called wouldn’t even do it). With Auto Medic, I received my car on time and now it runs like a charm.

This is way more than a repair shop, they treat you, your vehicle and your wallet with respect, which is very important to me as a single mom. The owner Omar is a car God, and his guys are little car angles, there is nothing they cant do or fix,they will fix your vehicle at the best possible price and Omar guarantees all his work. If I can’t get something done at the time I need it done, he comes up with different solutions to get me by. He explains everything to me. If something goes wrong with anything he’s fixed on my car, he makes sure he fixes the problem. I won’t even get mad (aggravated maybe lol), because I know my car will get fixed. He’s my go to. After having had 8 used cars, I have met and worked with all the chain shops throughout SRQ & Bradenton - Midas, Tire Kingdom, Jiffy lube, etc. I have also worked with 4 separate private mechanics. None of these dozens ever matched Auto Medics team in price, honesty, reliability, and skill. I now currently drive 50k+ miles per year and I have taken my Kia which I bought new in 01/2017 exclusively to Auto Medic for oil changes, other wear and tear items, and every concern (few as they are) that Ive had with the car. They will always fix it the right way in the most affordable and transparent way possible. At 125,000 miles my car is still running and looking like new. :) If you live anywhere near, you owe it to your car and your wallet to come here. The sloped driveway by the garage is the front - they also have a large parking lot behind the building.

Classic case of you go in for one thing and something WAY more serious is what they tell you needs to be done. Then they dont do what you originally came in for and over charge you on the thing that they do. Omar has LIED to my face and stolen more than $2000 and 3 months of my time(keeping my car at the shop), not to mention that I had to rent a car for 3 months......they start out nice and then their true colors shine through. IF YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF then this is the place for you! Great mechanics, terrible management.

Went to auto medic to have a timing chain done along with other repairs related to the timing area. Omar prosimed a quality job and would be the same as I was quoted from Nissan if not a better job. Long story short they did the work and when finished my truck wouldnt start and was told every excuse that it had nothing to do with there work. Had the truck brought to Nissan and they had to redo the entire job. Removing the front of the engine again. I ended up paying double for a timing job due to lack of experience in mechanics. When questionin omar on the work he became upset and practically was ready to fight. Dont waste your time and money on Auto Medic.....
