Received a mailer and was skeptical from the start as they had they estimated annual premium at $913.99 and I was quoted $4,313.00 and only if I bundled with car insurance for someone whod never made a claim. If that alone doesnt turn you off, please read on.The Coverages listed on the mailer were in range of my current provider so I called up and the first thing I said was, Ill bite but Im fully expecting some bait and switch or some other qualification like active military, first responder, or something to get close to this rate and was assured that cant happen in the insurance industry.Over 2 weeks later, I get a quote after having to call and leave a voicemail asking for a response.Fine print on the mailer reads: This is merely a proposal and not a policy of insurance or offer to insure. The company reserves the right to accept, reject or modify this proposal after investigation, review of the application and the review of all underwriting information. Your actual premium may higher or lower based on a number of factors. Coverages and discounts are subject to policy terms, conditions, qualifications, and availability.I write this because I had noticed I was being pushed more on switching my car insurance than the focus on home insurance. The written response was, as the POST CARD stated - the Offer was based on multi-policy discounts...Obviously, the mailer wasnt base on your current providers declaration pages.Yes, it so obvious because my current coverage is $301,000 for the Dwelling and their mailer that states my exact address, year it was built, and accurate square footage,. It showed a sample coverage of $300,222 for the Dwelling. Super obvious this wasnt based on my current coverage. The other coverages like Other Structures, Personal Property, Loss of Use, etc were all in range, some exact to the dollar...so tell me if it was so obvious.I cant blame the insurance agent as he obviously doesnt set the premiums, so take it on yourself to blame whoever authorizes low-balling people by almost 5X in their direct mailers.Good luck!-daveTampa

After noticing my insurance jumped up $40 in a month, called to discuss why. Was told I had been paying that amount for months. Tried saying I have never paid that much, only to be told MULTIPLE times that I needed to recheck my bank account cuz Im wrong and have been paying what she said. After taking time to email photos of my bank statements to prove otherwise, I get an email back apologising because she made a mistake and was looking at the wrong policy. Then got the corporate response of insurance has gone up and we understand your frustrations. A simple phone call instead of an email to apologise wouldve made this review different. Definitely not in good hands here

He didnt provide a quote. I ended up going with all state but used some one in Venice sent me a flyer. I was supposed to get a quote and never heard back. Finally did send quote, but was higher than other allstate agent?

It has been THREE weeks since I reported my windshield being fully cracked and Im still waiting for it to be fixed. This firm was not proactive about the matter and their inconsideration has cost me $120/day to rent a similar car to the one I am insuring through Allstate.

I just went through my first major accident and Allstate took care of everything for me. My initial feelings of dread didn’t last long when Allstate got me a rental within minutes of calling. Getting into an accident in which I was not a fault is automatically frustrating because you now have a enormous amount of work to do to straighten everything out (towing, rental, repairs etc). I didn’t know that my insurance company would take care of everything and I wouldn’t even have to be in contact with the at fault party. This was a huge relief. Updates were posted timely with estimated wait times explained during each part of the process. The total cost of my car and my deductible were returned. Never long wait times when I called and everyone was very helpful.

We have been long time customers of the Miller Insurance agency. Every interaction has been stress free, positive, and fast, which is wonderful considering you only talk with your insurance agent when you NEED the insurance (i.e. car accident, etc). As the mother of five I particularly love the road side assistance with our car insurance. It takes the stress out of stressful situations.

I received a nice large postcard soliciting my house insurance business for a great price. I called a Monday morning at 845 and the woman who answers took my info and said a sales person would call to discuss it as no one was in at the moment. I did not hear back so called the next day and another person looked up my info and said my agents name was Mia, I think and she put me thru to her. She was rude and said she did not have the quote back and it could take up to 42 hours for a reply. (Well thanks for telling me that yesterday oh wait you didn’t call me) I finally received a quote from Christine by email which was almost three times the one on my postcard. There is no customer service so will not use this company. If the person who originally answered the phone had said you will get a quote by email in a few days I would have said OK but saying a salesperson would call and they didn’t and when I called back for her to be rude. Nah I hate to see what would happen if I had a claim.

Totally satisfied with our Allstate Insurance. After a recent accident when our car was rear ended by a hit and run driver, Allstate was prompt, courteous and helpful. There was no waiting for payment.
