I have been a customer with them since 2013. 3 cars insured, they’ve always given me decent rates and service. I plan to continue business with them. Not sure why there are so many negative reviews. Unlucky I guess.

I called this agent back after getting a email from them and I tried getting a quote and after 2 days of calling back and forth the lady named Amanda said that if I dont hear back from her that day then I would definitely hear back from her Monday morning. I still have not heard back from them and at this point I would definitely not be going with them just because they act like they dont care about my business. So I will be taking it to a different agent. Thanks for not helping me at all

Im giving a 5 star to this office because they have been very helpful on helping me and my family on providing insurance for my mother. Jay the owner has been very helpful on answering all of my questions and he is also very patient in throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend this office. I will like to said no wonder this place has those reviews i will give them zero, is still much.. after going in person twice I only did no have anything solved....do yourself a favor type on google progresse select and you will have car insurance for way lower price an without terrible customer services in such a trash office!!!

I wish I could give them zero stars. They cancelled my policy without telling me and there is ALWAYS a problem with my bill. They love to give the run around and they never lose of course.

Was told that I would get a call back, its been almost two weeks.Love State Farm, this is Definitely not an agency that I would work with.

They quoted a price, signed and paid in full then kept getting bills for more money. They said they misquoted price. Wouldn’t make it right, didn’t give a damn. Went elsewhere

Absolute disappointment. Our insurance was cancelled without a single word from our agent. I have an older car with high mileage and within a span of six months I had multiple issues which left me stranded and in need of a tow. Naturally, I used my insurance since that is what its supposed to be for. At any point had my agent or his office called to say that we were nearing or past our limit then I would have made sure to just call a tow company on my own the next time. But no, they just cashed their check every month. Car insurance is one of the biggest scams in America. They require you to have it, but when you use it then it gets cancelled. We were customers for ten years with State Farm. Dont use Jay Leniz and dont use State Farm.

How can I best describe my experience with these guys?All I can really say is they just dont give a damn about doing their job.They forgot about the quote I requested, put the wrong information on my rental insurance and then had the audacity to suggest that I ask my landlord to accept said incorrect information.After that, I received a bill in the mail for twice my monthly payment, which should not have happened as I was on automatic payments. They never bothered to explain that one to me, even after numerous phone calls.Now Im trying to transfer to a different agent. It should be a simple process, but as usual, Larry and crew are avoiding doing their jobs.Id only recommend these guys if youre bored and looking for entertainment in other peoples failures. Even then, there are better options out there.

If I could give them a -number for this review, I would. THIS COMPANY IS TERRIBLE. THEY MISQUOTED ME TWICE for my insurance during a state to state transfer. And when I was informed that my policy had to be re-written with the correct quote, I was told that all I needed to do was sign new forms and wait for my auto pay to come out of my account. I received no documentation or letters about the changes to my policy. THEY CANCELLED MY POLICY WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE and they told me that because the policy was cancelled, I was unable to be insured again. I CONTACTED THE CORPORATE OFFICE To complain about their lack of customer service and LAURIE IN THE CORPORATE OFFICE LAUGHED AT ME and stood up for them even though they were in the wrong. It’s nice to see that Statefarm loves to cover for their offices even when they LEFT ME UNINSURED for my vehicle in a high accident area. I’ve been a loyal statefarm customer since 2013 and never had any issues until I moved to Florida. They are HORRIBLE AND THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM IN ANY FASHION WHATSOVER.

I asked for my policy to be transferred from one agent to the next. My policy has two cars on it. They cancelled one of my policies and didnt tell me. My bill was caught up and no one could explain to me as to why they cancelled my policy. I wouldnt recommend this place. They dont know what they are doing.
