I got a quote which was significantly lower then the policy I Jane now so I told them to go ahead and start a policy. I gave them all info including my license and declaration page of current policy ,etc.. I have them all my credit info and within 15 minutes they email saying that the rate had increased by $500 once they ran the report!!!! Like what is the point of a quote if it’s that inaccurate. They wasted lots of my time and I would not recommend them at all!!!

Ive worked the the Robbins agency for years. They will not only find the company and rate that fits you best, but they do it with a smile. They are incredibly competent and professional. I wouldnt go anywhere else for my insurance need.

Got auto insurance with them no problem 6 months ago then when I call to add renters insurance the lady said theyll call me right back. Well no one called, so I called again the next day and left another message on their VM. No call back that day or the next. 3 days have passed so I went else where for renters insurance and got a good deal in 5 minutes.

When having to contact the agent involved in our home insurance we are never called back the same day. Its either the next or by me following up with another call by me and sometimes its with leaving another message. I knew Mr. Robbins back from the beginning of his company and I know he would not be happy with this type of customer service.
