This company is a nightmare! They were not there when I needed them, they didnt have my correct address, I gave them my correct address more than once, they canceled me with no notification, even though I was on auto withdraw and they had my e-mail I was never sent a renewal letter, then they upped my payment to a ridiculous price even though I was always on time with my payment and was a safe driver, then when I canceled and had an effective policy they never started the process, they auto-withdrew my next payment after my policy was canceled, and then said it would take up to 15 days to receive my refund BY MAIL, and they were holding 10%......worst company ever do not waste your time and energy they will take your money and give you nothing in return!

This location has some of the rudest people I have ever dealt with. Ive been with this company more than 10 years all the way back when was Florida no fault. Today Im switching to Manatee auto insurance and losing money to just avoid being treated horrible. I was even told that I wasnt allowed to have the managers number although when I called other locations they said it was completely policy for them to. By all means whatever you do avoid this location. Im waiting on the manager Steve Ware to call me back now and see. As of right now Ive been ignored talked down to and upset after all this quarantine and already being broke. On top of all that Im willing to lose money to walk away from this. If I dont get a phone call back I would say avoid this company altogether and especially this location.

Coming out of The parking lot turning down the one-way direction only to have a employee from the direct auto store barrel down the wrong direction honk his horn and flip me off as he continued to drive down the wrong way with a clear sign stating do not enter and then continued to flip me off and blaring his horn at me not professional at all
