I have had home and/or flood insurance through Insurance Time for 2-3 years, and when I first applied through them with agent Patty Clark, the service was good. Howevrer, once I had my policies in place, it became EXTREMELY difficult to communicate with Ms Clark or anyone else in the office. Their phone menu is almost incomprehensible and messages DO NOT GET RETURNED, routinely. I often called and left voicemails AND sent emails, and would get no response. This week I tried all week to get hold of someone and finally, Friday afternoon, got an email from Joy, who also answered the phone. So I am glad she is working there now, but in general I would not recommend this company, based on my past experience.

I HIGHLY recommend Insurance Time of Bradenton and here’s why:Last year we bought a condo, in Florida, and we needed insurance for the loan company and I didn’t have time to shop around. Our lender recommended a company who we went with even though I thought it was high.This year we decided to have five companies bid on our policy and I’m so glad we did. All five companies had very good reviews. The one that stood out was Insurance Time and it was on all criteria (the cheapest is not always the best). However, they were the cheapest and it was by a lot (30+%). They even beat out the current company. The part that really stood out was their customer service throughout the entire process. We worked with Katie Howard who was Awesome to work. She was the first to answer questions/pricing and get back to us and keep us up to date. Her professionalism greatly outpaced the competition and was greatly appreciated!I’ll state it, again, HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Do your DD but I’m sure you will come to the same conclusion we did!
