Ive dealt with this office for many years and I cant say enough good things about the staff and also the support I get from them whenever I need it. They are always extremely courteous and friendly to deal with and I would recommend them to anyone with insurance needs.I especially want to call out my personal agent, Jennifer Godfrey. This was our first visit to their office. Our prior agent left State Farm last year but due to the Pandemic we hadnt stopped in to meet anyone in the office after we transferred to this agent. We had made an appointment with Heath regarding a policy that was expiring but we had a couple others errands before that and arrived 20 minutes early. We were prepared to wait but after just a couple minutes Tim Fraher came out and said he could help us. He went over our policy and was very knowledgeable about the options available to us. After giving us printouts to think about at home and decide on he went over the rest of our policies we have to see if anything needed updating or changed. He was very thorough and kind. We then briefly met Heath. We were very pleased with the service today.

Heath Marston- State Farm provides incredible service for its customers. I have been with them since I moved to Florida 12 years ago and short of relocating I would not think of using any other insurance agent. They are always there whenever needed and will work tirelessly to make sure they get you all the information you need in regards any questions and concerns I regards to your insurance needs. I would highly recommend giving them a hard look when it comes to your insurance needs. I have dealt with Heath himself on a few occasions and interacted with the rest of the staff and you couldnt ask to work with a greater group people.

I have been with State Farm for 6 months. Let me tell you how unhappy I am with them. Started my journey in Lakewood Ranch office. Then I was informed after that my agent no longer works for State Farm. Okay can over look that. The last straw was. When my Daughter was on vacation. Her truck broke down out of state. When I called to have her towed. Was told I had to pay cash it wasnt covered. I pay extra to have towing on my policy. Called 4 times to have a refund sent. Was not called back once. Was told the check was sent 10 days ago. Had to drive 40 minutes to pick up a refund check. Sorry I pay way to much for State Farm insurance to have a agent whom dosent care about me or my families needs. Going with Farmers Insurance. They have already called to see how Im doing. From one very unhappy and disappointed customer.
