Our overall experience at Verona was exceptionally good. We felt safe in the community whether the gates were open or not, the staff and maintenance crew accommodated everyone of our needs and the area is convenient for all your shopping needs. I recommend Verona at Boynton Beach to anyone.

My experience with Verona declined quickly after a good start. The positives are they have a responsive maintenance team, but they do not seem to be provided with the necessary equipment beforehand. They could not get screens for the windows for months and the old water filter smelled like fish so they removed while another one was supposed to be ordered, but never came. Additionally the actual units look nice on the inside.That being said, parking is really bad, the gate was broken most days, ants were everywhere including inside the vehicles, and there was dog poop on the sidewalks during the lockdown left that were never taken care of.My biggest issue with my tenure at Verona was the noise and the response to that noise. We had a family move into the unit above that had 2 loud dogs. For over a month 1 dog would bark nonstop for hours when the family was not there. I tried to talk to the neighbors and they seemed receptive but nothing changed. When I went to the management office they told me that they did not own dogs. After they confronted the family, they admitted to having one dog and they said that they just got it. The office then asked me to find proof that they have two dogs and when they finally realized there were two dogs there, they allowed them to stay without addressing the noise issue. After calling the office every week addressing the noise issue, they started to become a little better with the barking. But the dogs and the children would play on the hardwood floor above the bed for hours into the night. Most nights I was unable to sleep or I would have to wear earplugs just to get to sleep at a reasonable hour for work. I was eventually told that there was nothing they were going to do and that I needed to just deal with the noise until I moved out.

Management is awesome, the apartments are great, and when we need help with something, they are super responsive. Thanks guys!

Verona is an absolutely amazing place to live. From the moment we first visited we were blown away. The welcoming and friendly attitude of the management (especially the wonderful Chiquirra) sold us on that very first day. Since then, the management has been extremely responsive and quick to resolve any problems, the apartment is FANTASTIC, and we overall just feel very at home. Highly recommend Verona at Boynton Beach.

I have lived here for a year and I have transferred from one apartment to another. I have to admit that not only Verona at Boynton Beach and its wonderful staff and team have been very accommodating, very courteous, very pleasant and very helpful. I have to give them a thumbs up. The vicinity is nice, the area is quiet and even the maintenance team is helpful and friendly. They keep up with maintenance at all levels. I command them and encourage anyone interested to take it from me. I am a very detailed person and I am proud of living in this community. I would however like to see more events to meet our neighbors since I believe the majority of the neighbors including myself are the working class. Just moved here. Very happy with the floor plan, the amenities, the location and the staff. I really bagged it a great price with so much living space compared to the other units I’ve looked at elsewhere. Special thanks to Elizabeth, Tatiana and Natasha for the superb customer service!

UPDATE:The air conditioner was replaced electric bill went from 230.00 a month to 70.00 a month issue was resolved by the property management.I also want to express my sincere appreciation to The Property management in assisting me relocate to a 1st floor apartments after a major surgery and illness. There kindness through this difficult time was very much appreciated,Air conditioner is older then dirt and they do not seem to care that my electric bill is more then double than my neighbors is. The unit runs constantly. 238.00 electric bill 185.00 is pulling from the A/C despite numerous attempts nothing has been done to rectify this.

Ill start with the positives. Ken is quite literally the best maintenance guy to walk the face of the Earth, that man deserves a raise and a promotion! He deserves that and so much more for the amount of care he put towards his work as well as his friendliness and attitude towards the residents. He helped me with some issues I was having with my car without being asked to just because he saw my girlfriend and I struggling with it. He made sure to educate us when there was something going on with our AC or other appliances so we can try and fix them ourselves in a pinch if no one was available. He is by far the greatest maintenance guy Ive had at any place Ive lived and it will be near impossible to find anyone half as good as him anywhere else. I hope that whoever reads this shares it with Ken and his boss to make sure he gets a substantial raise.Id have given only 1 star, but Ken deserves better than that.Parking is an absolute nightmare. The total amount of parking spots is barely enough to cover 2 vehicles per unit, but the issue is that most of the residents have several more than 2 vehicles leading to massive shortages in parking. The layout on the north side of the complex is also very poorly designed which makes parking even more difficult. Ive had to park on the other side of complex quite a few times and walk from one end to the other just to get to my apartment. Another issue with parking is that, every day there are anywhere from 6 to 10 cars illegally parked in tow-away zones and the complex management does nothing to remove them because theyre afraid of backlash from the residents. Ive nearly been hit at least a dozen times trying to get out of my unit because there are 5 cars lined up on both sides of the street block my view and turning it into a one way street. This needs to be addressed.The gate is another issue. There is only one gate which means that residents and guests have to share the same entrance which leads to people at the keypad having their access stolen from them because someone else drove around them. At least once a week I would see someone at the keypad and watch as another guest drove around them to wait for the gate to open for the person at the keypad. The only thing this gate brings is frustration to both guests and residents. There was an issue I had one time where a guest was trying to get into the complex, but instead of waiting for the gate to open after putting in the code at the keypad, they drove up and waited as nothing happened. I became pinned between them and the car behind me since the gate wouldnt open and nobody could go anywhere. The person behind me offered their keycard so the guest could get in, but as soon as she was able to get in, I drove up and scanned my own card and this person stopped in the entry lane, got out of her car, and proceeded to yell at me for not offering my own keycard for her. Its not my responsibility to let people in who dont have their own access or cant get in for whatever reason. For those of us who had keycards, there were times when the card reader simply didnt work, or the gate was somehow stuck. I went to the DD across the street one morning only to come back and not be able to get in because the gate refused to open. I had to park in one of the 3 spots in front of the office in order to go home. The exit gate also gets stuck sometimes as well and cars will start to line up because no one can go anywhere. The gate causes far more problems than it solves and frankly there is no reason for the gate to even be there. If its meant for the guests to feel safe it isnt really helping considering the people that do get in sometimes as noted by the altercation I mentioned previously. It should be removed.The final major issue is that the price is absurd for the quality of life provided. I was spending $1425 for a ONE bedroom apartment. Every single person Ive mentioned this too said that this is astronomically high. From my experience, this is not a luxury complex and should not be charged as one. My new 2x2 is less.

Revised Review - Its a good place to live. Renovations are slow but Im hopeful someday theyll be completed so the tenants can enjoy them. This will be our last lease due to a growing animal family, Convenient location right off I-95 as well.

We lived her for a year and I do not recommend it. They try to make it seem better than it is. The office people are overall nice and will help out when things go wrong but they go wrong often. The gate was left open often and it was not just because they were doing renovations. We were told originally they were done with renovations then there were more and more. When moving in there was a breed restriction list. However many people have dogs that are on that list some of which are actually vicious (I love every breed but hey if its on the list and your dog isnt trained it shouldnt be in a complex) and lunge and people and dogs. They put rules in places but enforce none of them. Not to mention PARKING IS HORRIBLE.

Found my dad an appointment here to move from Nj. Tatiana was very helpful, looking forward to visiting.

I absolutely like calling this place home, for so many reasons!! Tremendous value taking in consideration the quality of the community and the prices. I have rented here for 3 years, I am as happy today as the first day I moved in. The community is very well maintained and the staff at the Leasing Office are super resident friendly, always attentive ,quick to respond for service/maintenance requests when needed. Also, the location is excellent, very close to I-95, 5 minutes to the ocean. Great place to call home!!

I lived here for almost a year. I would highly recommend this community. The property manager has done great things with the development. Staff and Matience are always friendly and quick to help. Apts are upgraded and if I ever return to Florida Id love to live here again.

Ive lived here going on 6 years now and I will say since Verona and new owners have taken over, there have been a lot more changes for the better. Love the new look of the building and cannot wait for my upgrades. The staff is great and on top of any requests or issues. Plan to be living here a lot longer

In general this is a very good place to live. Ive been a resident for 2 years, and my girlfriend a resident for 5+ years. The location is excellent, near 95 and all the places that you need to visit on a regular, living basis. Its very dog friendly, which is a huge benefit in the strict south Florida rental market, and very much appreciated. Its recently under new ownership with new branding. The same friendly, responsive maintenance crew is in place and the office staff has improved in my very limited experience with them.They are making great efforts to improve the look of the community and bring it up to the standards of comparable Luxury apartment rental communities.The staff is doing an above average job of pushing new technology features and the adoption of the community portal in an industry thats notoriously 10 years behind the tech curve. Its a difficult change to enact, but great to see the effort being put forward.My reason for 3 stars, is that everything is still new and yet to be executed. Itll be nice to see what its like when everything that is advertised has been completed. A pet spa(or service?), newly renovated gym, new dog park with a pet swimming area, and newly renovated units all have great marketing/sales value. Unfortunately, they arent here yet...which means an excess of construction noise, vendors on the premises, amenities closed or to be closed for renovations and an increase in rent to cover those improvements that dont yet exist.Ill update my review after the growing pains have subsided. Keep up the good work and Ill look forward to the improvements.

Recently relocated from GA to FL May 2018. My family and I looked at several apartments in the area and chose (Aventine) now named Verona. The office staff are always very friendly and accommodating. The two times I have had to contact maintenance they have answered almost immediately and they are always pleasant, our neighbors are great, pool is always clean and never crowded. Environment is safe. The gym is a great bonus and again is not crowded! Recently under new management, apartments were nice before but now in the process of getting stainless steel appliances. The location is perfect! My family and I are very pleased, this is the first apartment we have lived in (as a family) and I cannot say enough good things about it. Come check it out for yourself 😊.

They have only owned the complex for a few months but the changes they have made are remarkable! New fresh paint on the buildings, the staff if SUPER nice and VERY responsive with issues. My fridge broke on a Friday night and it was replaced in a couple hours. They really want residents to feel that they live in a luxury apartment. New renovations will be done soon and Im excited!

I have lived here for 9 months and I have no complaints. The community is quiet and the residents are friendly. The new management is implementing some new changes that will make this community even better. I cant wait to see all the changes and continue my stay here.

My husband Alfredo and I have lived at Aventine for almost 2 years now. We would definitely recommend this community. The 3 bedroom apartments with the sun room are very spacious and are at a good rental price in comparison to other rental communities in the area. The staff Michelle and Crystal in the office are very courteous and have always responded promptly to any of our needs as residents. The maintenance staff do a wonderful job at maintaining the community. The grounds are always cleaned every morning, the apartment hallways are pressured washed every so often and the landscaping is always very well kept. We just want to thank the entire staff, please keep up the good work!!

We have enjoyed living here for the past 3 years. Under new management, Verona seems to be on top of things. The new renovations promise to be top notch. Wish they were replacing the washer and dryer though.

I very rarely or ever write reviews. I just dont have the time. I want whomever is reading this to know that I am NOT an employee of Verona at Boynton Beach and this review is 100% legitimate. I moved into Verona at Boynton Beach in May of 2018. At that time it was under a different management company, with an entirely different staff with the exception of one of the best maintenance Techs in the business, Ken. Thank you Ken; for always being both diligent and professional. When the property was sold to Robbins Property RE - a lot of the residents were skeptical on what changes a new owner/management team would bring. I on the other hand, have lived at another one of Robbins Properties REs property in the Boynton Beach area. So I knew good things were coming. Then the day came when i saw who the new Property Manager was.... no other than Jenissa M. I was ecstatic, as I knew her from the prior property I had lived at. I knew at that point that we; the residents were in excellent hands. To no surprise, renovations of the property and the apartments were underway. Jenissa and her team made life untouched even when we had construction crews on property. The professionalism shown by Jenissa is top notch ! The upper echelon of courtesy, professionalism, empathy and fairness. My lease was set to expire this year and I had planned on moving out (not that I wanted to) because my family dynamic changed and I no longer needed a 3 bedroom (2 kids off to college). I advised Jenissa of my intent to vacate. Jenissa did what Jenissa does best, be real, be approachable. What did she do? She talked to me. Read that again... she talked to me as friend, as someone who really cared and didnt want to see me leave the property or the area. There was a 2 bedroom available and she offered it to me. I just felt like, she didnt have to do that. She could have tried to get me to stay in the 3 bedroom or she could have said, ok turn in your keys at the end of the lease term - but she didnt. So I am now staying in the BEAUTIFUL property - a place that I call home. The residents are great, I have made many friends here. The staff that supports Jenissa is just as amazing. Tatiana will always go the extra mile for you. She is always smiling and acts like she is glad to see me, even when she may have had a rough day. The new assistant manager Maryann is great as well, I havent had much interaction with her, but yesterday I stopped by to sign some paperwork for my new unit and she was kind enough to wait for me, until after normal business hours. This is what you look for when you are looking for an apartment complex to live at. People who care, people who like their job. I dont want to come home - have an issue in my apartment, have to call the leasing office and get someone who is miserable or doesnt know who I am. When I call, I say Hi, its Shannon they know who it is and what unit I am in. That means a lot and has to count for something. I could go on and on about all of the positive things that this staff can do, but I really need to get back to work. Living here is great, the complex is simply beautiful - the two summer kitchens are so nice, the dog spa is a real gem, the gym is top notch, all new equipment, there is always coffee in the leasing office, along with MAC computers and a printer that always works. You will not be disappointed if you decide to rent here. Thank you for EVERYTHING - Jenissa, Maryann, Tatiana, Ken, my dude Lawrence and the new maintenance man (sorry I dont know his name) who also is a doll. He always smiles and says,hi to me in the morning, and my dog loves him (she loves you too Ken and she misses you.)

My huband, toddler and two woofers moved in just over 2 months ago. We LOVE it here! We are in a 2/2 and the layout is perfect for us. The office crew is kind, patient and they actually stop and listen to concerns and questions. Ken and his crew are ALWAYS working hard to keep the grounds and common areas clean, safe and looking good!We find the employees to take great pride in the property.So happy we found this place!

Just moved in on Saturday but my partner has been here for almost a month. ELIZABETH DESERVES A RAISE!!! She is absolutely phenomenal and made the best recommendations to suit our budget. She helped make the process so seamless and always answered my 10000 questions. I say this because I dealt with her directly but the whole staff is SO friendly and helpful! The amenities are incredible, apartments are reasonable priced considering the modern features you get, and you’re FIVE minutes away from Publix, Walgreens, conveniently right next to 95, and my favorite part... THE BEACH! Couldn’t have asked for a better place to move in to after a terrible experience in student housing! 10/10 recommend :)

I have been living at Aventine for a little over a year now. Ive just renewed my lease because I love it! The apartment is beautiful with large rooms, huge walk in closets, and a spacious patio (where I love to sit out and relax). Its very quiet and I never hear the neighbors above me or beside me. The pool, landscaping, and the property grounds are kept clean and well maintained. Ive only had to call maintenance for minor issues, such as the patio light being out, and they always come within 24 hours. Portia and Michelle in the leasing office are great! Theyre very helpful, efficient and professional. My experience at Aventine has been nothing but pleasant and I would recommend this place to anyone.

It was love at first sight. The place is absolutely stunning. The staff was friendly, no I’ll go a step further, they treated us like FAMILY. Rebecca was on top of her game and handled the paper work and process flawlessly. She is amazing!!!! When her manager came out to talk numbers, and move in dates, she was super professional, kept us laughing and gave us an amazing move in special....I’m just blown away. It’s day 4 of moving in and I’m still on cloud 9!Thanks Ladies!!!

Well today I learned the Verona will not be providing tenants with shutters for the hurricane. This is truly unfair. It is my honest opinion that the management company can care less about the safety of there tenants. Their staff is not any different. They expect you to pay money out of your pocket to protect property you do not own.If you are looking for a nice community that cares for the safety of the tenants. DO NOT CHOOSE VERONA. Under the old property management company and management staff, this would never have been an issue.Christie J.

I have been living here at Aventine for over 4 years and plan to renew my lease in a few months. I have moved several times in the area prior to finally feeling at home here. It is a shock to see some of the reviews listed below. The maintenance staff have always been here when I call for a request and the office staff is amazing. Crystal and Michelle always go out of their way to help each resident feel at home. If there are any issues one of them always will get back to me or keep me informed until its resolved. I would recommend this place to anyone and even have a friend who moved in here. Besides the wonderful staff the landscaping always looks good and my dog loves having a dog park to run around in. They are constantly updating the community and it always feels and looks great.

The new management has been updating both the apartment buildings and the grounds. Rebecca and Kayla in the clubhouse are super helpful and sweet. The apartments are spacious and up to date. Maintenance is fast & efficent. The new owners are taking the right steps in improving a lot of aspects of this complex!

The apartments are fine -- not amazing, just fine. The grounds are terribly kept, the mailboxes are frequently in shambles, and on more than one occasion at night the front gate was broken preventing many of us from being able to get into the community to our apartments.Save yourself the trouble. Even under the new management these people are idiots.

When we first moved in, the place had fleas. After complaints and numerous bombing of the apartment and being expose to those chemicals, we asked them to remove the carpet. At first they denied that there were fleas until a neighbor confirmed that a dog was living there prior. We were bitten over 40 times. Later during the year we moved and asked how much to break the lease due to some issues. Had the money to pay for it and the office manager said nothing and had me sign a release form. 2yrs later there is a collection stating that we didnt pay 2000. Called numerous time for almost a year and finally got a call back to say they couldnt find anything. go figure

Decent apartment for 15 years old. Office staff is lazy and cant even look up access cards to reprogram them when you renew a lease. Maintaince really lacks at emptying the dog waste cans and trash around the pool/playground areas. Pool is locked at 10am this Saturday and many have had plans ruined. We are here via our company who provides our apartment, most issues go unanswered until we call our company! Office staff acts like they are doing you favors instead of treating you as a honored resident who pays their salary! Maintaince staff is pleasant but spend alot of time hidden. They do not enforce Florida laws on picking up after your pets and the Ferrell cats run rampid here.

Apartment we rented smells horrible. Im guessing animal urine since the patio was covered in fur. Several things were broken and paint peeling when we moved in. What a disaster!
