If you value your life and car. Do not move here. It was great when i moved in in 2018. But it went down hill after the first year. My car was broken into twice. Parking is a nightmare. If not home before 6pm. Had to park far away from the building. The roof leaked for a solid year. The Bathtub was broken and never really fixed. Only patched the hole. No communication on work orders placed. The front gate is always broken. They are telling new residents that its open during the day and closed at night. Which is a LIE!. They never cleaned the carpet after having it get soaked from the the roof leak. Never replaced the drywall from the leak. Just patched and painted it. The one good office person they moved to another complex. Cops are always there on the weekends. Found out they are allowing section 8. Have had one of the dumpsters set on fire. This is not going to get any better when they just let anyone move in. Took away amenities then tried to charge extra to get a key card to get to them. If you have issues with loud neighbors. The office refuses to do anything about it. Just to tell you to call the none emergency police line. When AC goes out due to clogged drain. They just pull the sensor out and leave it hanging. Nothing is maintained correctly. Had repeated issues with the fridge freezing everything. All they would do is send a maintenance guy out and defrost the freezer. Then the next month it did it again and again.

Hello Google, Im taking the time to share my recent experience with the Assistant Manager of The Cove. Her name is Dara. I called the office to inquire about a discrepancy in my monthly billing. Dara listened to my question without interruption. She gathered all the information and placed me on a brief hold as she investigated the issue. When Dara returned to the call, she explained the cause of the discrepancy and shared with me her solution. Dara could not have been more pleasant and professional. Exceptional effort and work should always be recognized, and it is in the spirit of this tenet that I share this experience with you all. Thank you, Dara, for representing The Cove so well. Been here for two months now and it’s been nothing but work orders. First time having to deal with so much issue in a unit. Not to mention the lack of space, the closet. The whole design makes no sense. I’m having all the issue because I was told prior to moving in, that we couldn’t view the unit. I honestly regret moving here.

Hi, would have been helpful to know you need a money order or certified check to move in prior to arrival and then have to leave with a car full of furniture to go to the bank. Also, called because during move in we noticed that the dryer was very hot to the touch on the outside (possible fire hazard) so we unplugged it and called only to get an answering machine. Please note we did not use the dryer at all.

I live living at the Cove! The complex had the most beautiful trees and green spaces I’ve seen in any apartment complex I’ve lived in. I’ve loved exploring the property with my dog, walking along the gorgeous lake and finding all the hidden courtyards scattered around the complex. It seems to be a great place for kids too. I don’t have any, but I often see them playing all over the place! The staff is very friendly and helpful as well, and all my maintenance requests have been handled promptly. Overall, a great place to live for a reasonable price.

We gave 5 stars because Jake was great, he was very nice, informative, professional, and always made sure our questions were answered. He made our whole process very fast!!! Keep up the good work Jake

I absolutely love this community! The staff at the leasing office is awesome and very responsive to your needs. The community is clean and well kept. It is gated, and the people are nice. Kamiyah was very helpful and friendly! Moving is exhausting and tiring, but she made the process fast, and pleasant. If you’re looking for a community where the agents really care about the tenants needs, this is it. Five stars for me.

While the neighborhood itself is calm during the day, its extremely unprotected in the night, Ive known multiple vehicles broken into including my own, as well as my scooter stolen.This place is largely unguarded but named a so called gated community.The gate itself has been broken with temporary fixes for the past 3-4 years of living here. They take no substantial measures against theft and robbery in the community itself but rather add LEDs to the broken gate and copious amount of unnecessary speedbumps around every corner.Ive asked multiple times for further security measure, something akin to a camera to monitor the entrance of the community itself, but they chose to simply respond with vague promises and carefully worded lies.its a decent temporary measure for housing, if the security here was risen to what some would consider a standard, there would be far less problems here.

The man was efficient and very knowledgeable. You should consider him a very valuable employee

We movers here about 2 months ago and we are very happy with our choice. Moving from another state everything seem so different and a bit scary. But Jake made everything nice and easy. Very quick move in. thanks to him we got to celebrate our daughters 2nd birthday here 😊 territory is huge, tons of trees, well maintained swimming pools. The maintenance guys are very nice, and always show up next day. Love it Here.

Any time I have a maintenance request, they take care of it immediately.Very nice community and great locationIt’s convenient for us, with shopping close by, without being too congested with traffic.The property is lovely, and the pool area is spacious and scenic. It never feels crowded.I am so grateful for the staff. Gabriel and Jake made the transition so smooth and fast for us!! Keep it up guys!!

Nice complex on the outside. The 2 bedroom here is decent but not for the price. The front gate doesnt have any real security as anyone can go in and out as they please.

Hi,I recently helped move a friend At The Cove Boynton apartments and loved it!!!! The office staff specifically Jake Lucien was very responsive, friendly, and eager to assist. Also, I want to mention the maintenance staff was the same very friendly, and would go out of their way to help. When she moved in the apt it was clean and ready for her. The layout was perfect and had tons of storage. I give the highest rating to the apartments along with their staff. Great job everyone!!!!Lindsey

Once in a lifetime experience riding around on the bike seeing animals as curious as they are its a big complex with a big lie I give it five stars for the environmental and what is doing and the bike it has very good bike paths in exercise God Bless America and less work out and get healthier and live longer I give it five stars

Our request was not complete. What was done is appreciated. However we still do not have our dining room light fixture fixed . Also the maintenance man didnt even go in our bathroom once to fix or even look at the outlet. It has now been a few months that we have went without a working outlet in our bathroom. The sooner these things are complete the better as we are 3 weeks from having our baby. Please come fix the rest of our issues asap! Thank you.

I am relocating from Orlando to Palm Beach for employment with my four daughters. I am a single parent and was very stressed and overwhelmed about where we were going to move and only had less than 2 weeks to figure it out. Been here for 2 years... Not so bad..Our neighbors above us are a little noisy sometimes but they do have kids..our next door neighbors have been here 10+ years and are very nice! Never had any issues other than trying to find a parking spot some nightsWork orders are handled promptly and the office staff is very nice! Gabriel is a pleasure to deal with

Yes, I do work here. But I truly love this community. I’ve worked at a few different properties since entering the industry in 2017 and The Cove is by far my favorite. I can promise you that every property is not without flaws but the management truly cares about the people who live there. I would definitely recommend living here, not just because I work here but because I would live here...

They always have great move in deals, so it is appealing. I have been here now 5 years and the changes are significant.The gate never works, the maintenance staff is constantly changing. The pool is now on a pass only access rotation, the gym hours are also restricted.The amenities are not being fully utilized/accessible but included into the monthly rent.The quality of the property has also changed significantly with the onset of the new management company. Long term residents have since moved out, if not scheduling to move out.....

I love the apartment! Staff is very nice and understanding. It has two pools and a very nice gym! The lake is beautiful, and as a human I care about wildlife. My only problem is the people that live here(There are a bunch of people that bring dripping garbage through our front door;Do not pick up their dog’s poop; there is a group of residents that go everyday to the pool and don’t social distance and when we ask them to please give us space they curse us out.(I live on right side of the lake) I believe there should be some type of vigilance for residents. If this is how it’s gonna be the pools should not be open. People rip out the plants which bothers me a lot. Honestly before you move in meet the neighbors! I would move into the other side if I could! Thank you!

This is place is fine. I was responding to an email about a work order and telling them my experience with that specific work order. And somehow it ended up as a review of the place on google. Not sure how that happened.

I normally don’t write reviews but we had such a great experience with Kamiyah. She was extremely helpful and was very intentional in making our experience more than your typical sales/customer service interaction. I would highly recommend working with her!

I can’t say enough good things about kamiyah. She was so patient when I called her months ago just asking the details, she followed up with me in a timely manner making sure I knew every bit of information that I needed to make this move as painless as possible. She did an amazing Job if I could give her 10 stars I would!

I had a few problems with my application online and she helped me with that, making the whole process a lot easier for me. The process was pretty quick, it took less than a day. Lived here for years. Overall satisfied. Love the community and location is close to just about everything. The staff are friendly and courteous. The maintenance staff respond to and resolve issues fairly quickly. Some of the newer tenants leave a lot to be desired. Used to be more quiet in the past. Otherwise, wouldnt mind being here for a while.

Jake was very informative and easy to talk to over the phone. When I arrived for my tour he was on time and very professional. He was pleasant the entire time, answered all my questions, and gave me additional information on the property.

Everything that has been promised to be done has not been done. Ive been here for almost 2 years and dont think I will renew my lease. And the 2 years Ive been here the gates have only worked 3 months. We have no access to the gym if we work a 9 to 5 job. The maintenance service is not what they make it out to be. You are promised one thing and nothing happens. The amount of illegal activities that occur in the area do not allow you to go outside at night in fear.

The maintenance guy came out minutes from the time I placed the request. He took care of the issues quickly. Thank you.

Current resident for 2 going on 3 years - and the latest/newest property manager, Jennifer, has really done WONDERS for this property! She has gone above and beyond for myself, personally, and is doing a wonderful job with beautifying the property, maintaining, and managing happy office staff, which makes it enjoyable, in turn, for the residents. The apartments themselves are very spacious (love the split floor plan with double master suites) and the maintenance staff is attentive and friendly too!

My boyfriend and I moved in a few days ago, and we have nothing but good things to say about the place! Everything is updated. We love the flooring and the white cabinets in the kitchen. The appliances dont even look used! When we walked in, it smelled clean and seemed so clean that we didnt have to do anything extra before moving in. A new paint job in a pretty light gray color ties the entire place together! We are excited to play tennis in the afternoons and hang out by the pool! Our pup LOVES the place and how dog friendly it is, with all of the doggie bags and receptacles around the property. She is adjusting well and loves her evening walks! Compared to other places we looked at, this is by far the best bang for your buck! Diane was our leasing specialist and she was there every step of the way. We had a million questions and she answered every one with a smile. We couldnt have had a better experience and were happy to be living here!

The staff at office is very helpful and knowledgeable. The apartment is beautiful and very clean. Our apartment was updated and has stainless steel appliances from whirlpool. Definitely a plus. I havent had a issue yet seeing that I just moved but so far so good.

Came with my girlfriend to view a 2 bedroom the ladies in the office were both really nice. Africa toured us and was great! She was knowledgeable and extremely detailed. The only down side was that we had to wait about 15 mins to be seen but they were super busy with other people so we didn’t mind. overall really liked the property but decided to not to apply, prices a little too high for what they’re offering

Read this before you move in!!As you know, we are going through a difficult time. The Cove at Boynton Beach doesnt care about you at all!! They will not work with you regarding rent money and will evict those who just lost their jobs due to the ongoing circumstances. They are also manipulating residents reviews in order to have better score.Move somewhere else.

This is not for me. It appears they have troubles keeping up on the maintenance.
