The Villages of Banyan Grove is a very nice, peaceful place to live and I am happy to have been a resident here for the past 2 ½ years. The apartments are spacious and nicely updated. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and my neighbors have all been very friendly. But what really sets the community apart are the people who work here. The maintenance team is the best I’ve ever encountered. They always respond quickly and professionally to all requests and do their very best to resolve any issues as soon as possible. The office staff is also incredible. I’ve had the pleasure most often of dealing with Stormy and the assistant manager Jessenia, both of whom are always willing to go above and beyond to make sure that those of us who live here continue to feel welcomed and happy with our homes. What a great team!

I give Banyan Grove an easy five stars. I have enjoyed living here. The neighborhood is well kept and a great location to close everything. Jessenia, Stormy and everyone in the leasing office are so friendly and go over and beyond to keep the residents happy and comfortable. The maintenance is prompt and friendly. The property staff is probably the most friendly staff I have encountered. They made moving easy and simple. The space is big enough for me and my two pups, who loveeeee the courtyard area. Yet it’s also cute and cozy, making it feel like a home with a back yard!

I have been living in Banyan Grove for 5 years and I love it. Leasing office is very responsive and pleasant. Maintenance is really the best, most work orders are completed within the same day. I would highly recommend The Villages of Banyan Grove! I absolutely love my unit. Ive never had any major issues with the unit. No leaks! No mold! No mice! No bugs or roaches whatsoever! Whenever I place a work order whether on the online portal, calling the office or via email its addressed immediately. The location is superb, its right off Gateway Blvd. close to shops and dining. The community itself boasts of beautiful views, attached/detached garages, outdoor pool, covered BBQ area, air controlled package concierge room, walking trail, tot lot, dog park, volleyball court, tennis courts, state of the art fitness center and a very nice welcoming club house. Its important to note there is security patrolling the area at night time, in addition to Palm Beach County Sheriff. The community is peaceful and quiet night and day. The neighbors are friendly and courteous. The office is always having events for the residents, as well as providing specials perks! The floor plans are all very spacious and just has a nice flow to them. The maintenance team is awesome. They get it done right the 1st time. The office staff is very kind, helpful, and professional. Stormy who was my leasing consultant was so accommodating, professional, helpful, kind and patient with me. She took her time and explained every single detail and aspect of the application and moving process. Stormy is extremely knowledgeable, detail oriented & meticulous. Stormy made me feel welcomed and a part of an extended family. Give Stormy a call, you will not be disappointed! While living in Banyan for almost 4 years, I had the greatest time. The pool and gym were always on-point and clean. Never had any issues when reporting maintenance check-ups. The office staff offered us a wonderful and attentive service, specially the Assistant Manager Jessenia during our time there from the moment we rented our first apartment through our transition and moves to other apartments. Would recommend this complex to anyone!

Stormy Loiseau has been super helpful, compassionate, and diligent over my three years at Banyan Grove. She helped me have a seamless and painless process as I moved from Phoenix to Florida, and has always been responsive to any of my needs and requests. All of the maintenance staff and management have been too. As the kids say, I can 10/10 confirm that Stormy and Banyan Grove are awesome.

I love living here the apartments are nice and spacious for my family. Stormy is AMAZING in the front office. This year has been emotionally rough for my family and she was there for us every step of the way. She responds fast and address any and every concerns I have.

Ive only been here 3 months, but I absolutely love it! The property is beautiful, great amenities, and I have a really spacious apartment. From touring units to application and moving in, the management team made everything a breeze. Moving is always stressful, however I moved from out of state and was living in a hotel, so the help of the team here made the decision that much easier. Love the walkway and the trees. I feel relaxed in this community. Price is fair for what you get and location is perfect for my job!

I was so sad when I moved from Banyan Grove. The Staff is so great including maintenance who was always fast and efficient. Stormy and Jessenia in the leasing office always made sure me and my babies were taken care of.

I absolutely loved living here. The pool is awesome and so close and the gym was always clean. Any issues in my apartment were addressed super quick and efficiently. So far so good! Ive been here a year or so, and have had zero problems. Ms. Jessenia was awesome with showing the property, handling the paperwork, and going above and beyond to make a new resident feel like family. The best part of the community is that many of the staff live in the neighborhood and are quick to remember a face and name as you are walking about the campus. The facilities are pristine, with new improvements coming frequently, dedicated landscaping teams beautifying the area, and last but not least, the quality of residents in the community is top notch with everyone feeling like a friend. Resigning the lease was even easier than the first time, done and done in ten minutes. Ive lived in many places, and must say that Banyan Grove is one of the best I have had the pleasure of residing in. We had a dying tree outside of our kitchen window that wasnt just an eye sore, but it obstructed the view of the gorgeous lake and landscaping. The guys who do our tree work took it down and gave us a great view of that lake. Thank you!

The management is amazing. They are very nice and always helpful. They do such cute things sometimes, like hand out little breakfast bags. The valet trash is so awesome and convenient. I love my layout, its so spacious and is a good price for the size.

I absolutely love it here. Everyone is friendly, the leasing team and maintenance team are A-1! My apartment is bright, spacious, comfortable and everything works properly! The grounds are well maintained including the garbage area! The amenities are beautiful, new and clean. I also want to mention that during this awful pandemic, I feel safe here. Application Fee Scam!!!!I am a transient patient advocate and my hubby is truck driver. Jessenia Santiago thought it was in our best interest to waste our time and money knowing she was going to deny us for lack of rental history even after telling her that as transient workers we have not rented property in sometime and currently own. She reviewed our application; requested our W2s to only deny us over voicemail and ignore my calls. You saw our rental history on Day 2 and asked us to send more income information to leave a voicemail advising our rental history is the reason for your denial. We were on a time crunch ad you saw it fit to make money off the urgency. You are the American Dream sis.I wish you were honest with me regarding this criteria of needing current rental history. You knew we needed this criteria and out of the kindness of your heart withheld that information. We were in dire need of somewhere to live and wasting valuable time was not needed especially now.Thank you for your time and consideration. Great place! Very pretty with long walking trails around the community, great for dogs. The leasing center is very friendly, especially Stormy! My favorite part is how quiet it is even though its super close to the road. Overall enjoyed my time here and you pay a decent price for the apartments. Worth looking into.

Ive been living here for 6 years this is very pleasant place, the lay out of the community is very open and easy to drive, walk or jog.The apartments are fairly nice, with a clean pool, great gym equipment and overnight security.The maintenance of my apt is always on time in everything that I request it.The leasing staff are very friendly and are always willing to help you with my needs.This is one of the best community around this area. It had been very difficult for me to leave.

I loved every minute of living here. I am truly sad to be leaving; the only reason I moved was to be closer to my job. If you are looking for an apartment in Boynton Beach, then look no further. Fairly priced for the quality. Just look at all of the reviews. My only complaint would have been the WiFi, but this was recently upgraded and fixed. The staff is incredible. They remember you and always have a genuine smile when they greet you. Stormy is the best!! She is the sweetest gem in the community. I’ve been here for a quite a while now. The location plus price for the space that you get can’t be beat. The recent renovations and upgrades made it a no brainer to stay and not look elsewhere. The office staff has always been kind and accommodating to me and the maintenance staff is A+.

I am living here temporarily while our new house is being built. The management staff is very professional and the maintenance response is stellar. Everything can be done online, by that I mean requesting maintenance, paying rent, paying water bill, and even conversing with management. The community is very well maintained and the areas to walk dogs is very nice. They even provide doggie bags and disposal units for your furry friends! The walking path stretches all the way around the community and makes for a nice walk or exercise routine. I highly recommend The Villages of Banyan Grove for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, professionally run place to live.

We have lived here for 4+ years and love it here. The community is clean, the grounds are kept well, and the staff is amazing. When you call for maintence the work is done quickly and efficiently. The apartment has a great layout and we are located near many restaurants, the mall, i95, and the beach. I would highly recommend this complex over many others. We feel safe, and have never had any problems.

I have been living here for about 5 yrs and its hard for me to move somewhere else because living here is like living at home. The staff are great, they do an amazing job as far as resolving any problems and they also do a follow-up to see if the job was completed to your satisfaction. The maintenance staff are also amazing they will resolve any issues in a timely manner. The overall community is kept safe from the nightly patrol and is well maintained.

I love living here. Im a local born and raised in South Florida and I have lived many places in the surrounding area and this is by far the best place I have lived. My neighbors are great and very respectful. My leasing agent was more than helpful and attentive. I submitted one maintenance request for a wasp nest on my porch and they were on top of it within a couple hours. I haven’t had any issues since. They took care of it 100%. There is limited noise and I feel safe here. The A/C is a trooper because it has not had any issues and usually that is always an issue in other places. Rent is fairly priced and they work with you. The parking is a little annoying because you have to have a decal but I understand that does help with having enough parking for actual residents so I don’t mind really. The complex as a whole is well maintained and clean. Trash pickup is very convenient. My water bill and even electric are low and im not exactly a conservative person so that helps a lot. They have fun activities within the community. I don’t have any issues with safety or theft which is great. They leave you alone for the most part unless you need them which is great because no one wants to live in a place where they feel like they are always being watched. The neighbors in the hallways even ask their kids to keep the noise down and pick up the trash so everyone is very respectful in that sense. I am used to places where neighbors let their kids do whatever and it gets annoying. I have absolutely no issues with bugs or roaches which is great. All appliances work great. I even painted one of my walls and they don’t seem to mind as long as I paint it back. They provide you with A/C filters for free because they would rather you have them then break your A/C unit. The water pressure is great, I’ve never run out of hot water. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that asks.

Moved here when it was owned by previous management under Sandpiper Cove.Ever since then it has been a consistently downward spiral. Increase in car burglaries, bad maintenance and no grounds upkeep while increasing rent.My rent jumped from about $900 a month to $1,200 a month with no explanation.Management has lost my rent check, lost my lease contract, stolen alcohol from my house, sent in maintenance with out my permission (on several occasions) and flooded my kitchen then used my own paper towels to clean it up , left a trail of insulation from the bedroom upstairs all the way to the front door, instead of repairing or replacing a cracked bathtub just put a vinyl sheet as a patch. The list goes on and on. They spent over a million dollars to renovate the office but have yet to spend a dime on fixing the roadway filled with cracks and pot holes or replacing my 1983 AC unit. Instead of offering to pay for a security guard (the old management had a security guard in place every night) they leave passive aggressive notes on the front door saying there has been more burglaries in the neighborhood. Instead of telling residents to call police and report suspicious activity they ask that you call the front office first.I cant wait for my lease to be over. Do not move here. There are much nicer, newer communities in the area that are gated for the same price with much more intelligent management.

I had been visiting a lot of apartment complexes but when I went to Banyan I was sold. The office staff are very professional, friendly and willing to help you in any way they can. Love the neighborhood, quiet and very clean. Just wish I had come here first, would of saved me a lot of wasted time.

Hands down the most pleasant office staff! Super friendly and helpful! I didnt feel rushed or that I was wasting someones time. They had answers to any and all of my questions. I felt that they genuinely cared about my wants and needs! Highly recommend giving this place a walk through if youre looking for a new place to call home!

Where do I start. Apartment appliances are old. Also, midway our lease, they decided to start construction work, banging the walls and roof didnt go away for a whole week. Also, construction vans speeding through the lawns could had easily kill someone not putting signage notifying tenants that vans will be speed over lawns. They also decided to put pavement besides no parking spots almost ever. Also, pool was look like a war zone undergoing construction and the salon was not ever available to use for tenants. This lasted more than 7 months. When I complaint they were upset. I dont know, look carefully. Oh yeah they also decided to send me a bill for unpaid water that was already paid for and accounted for. This place needs some check up! There are also break ins in your car and security is joke. dont lease here.

I’ve lived at The Villages of Baynan Grove for 8 months and I absolutely love it will forsure be signing another year. Maintance is quick and efficient. Management is very present and seems to care about your needs. Tight quite community. Good location. Would recommend The Villages of Baynan Grove to everybody!

During recent extreme warm weather, the management of Banyan Groves sent out a very informative email on energy savings. Once again Banyan Groves provides excellent residential interaction. Great community and staff.

I love this place.. I moved from The View at Waters Edge.. huge difference. This place is so much nicer and the staff here is the real difference. If you have to rent in Boynton or in the area, its worth the coin.

I have been living here for the past 4 years. I can say I really love the place. The location is near by almost everything. The staff is so very friendly, when you call for something to be fix the respond is so fast.

**Update to my previous review**The first year in the complex was great, we chose to renew another 13 months. Worst mistake! A month or two into the second year lease we ended up with a German Roach problem thanks to our new upstairs neighbors... We had the exterminators in our unit every week for months with no avail to the issue, we spent hundreds buying all new containers to store our food, had to throw out so many of our belongings, they refused to treat the other units in our building so the infestation continued on. Then our upstairs neighbors starting subletting their apartment to a heroin addict, complex once again did nothing. After months of constantly being woken up at all hours of the night thanks to Mr. Tweeker upstairs, on occasions the police and fire department doing welfare checks on the addict upstairs for his fathers fear he had overdosed (this man was well into his 40s or older) & the roaches the complex finally let us out of our lease 6 months early... Upon our final inspection after moving out, the carpet was pulled in the corners of the bedrooms to check for any stains or water damage, coincidentally the two corners the leasing agent chose to pull up there was large stains (not visible on the actual carpet) but only on the underside of the carpet. Both corners she chose to pull up were under large pieces of furniture and there is no way possible any stains or wetness ever reached those areas. If you live here for any amount of time be prepared to be forced to pay for new carpet because they make sure to mark the underside of the carpet before installing it. If you chose a bottom floor unit, be prepared to hear your neighbors talking in the kitchens, their washers bouncing across the floors, anyone coming up or down the stairs will sound like elephants running, off leash pitbulls trying to attack you and your leashed dog trying to take a walk, the list goes on. This place was an absolute nightmare to live in and we couldnt be happier to have moved out. Renters beware!Our family just moved to Florida about 2 months ago, and couldnt be happier. We actually rented site unseen, and were very happy upon arriving on moving day. Clean nice complex, great location, very responsive maintenance & management, nice apartment & amenities, & friendly neighbors. We have actually already discussed signing another year lease.

They said comcast internet would be available in a month or so back in august 2018. Now 4 months later, still stuck with direcpath 1MB speed internet, that shuts down several times every day. Seemed like, the person who lied to us, had commissioned benefits of signing lease with us.

I appreciate the last comment from Donovan Lewis. It has prompted me to look into it before moving in. Management has stated in the answer to Mr. Donovan that it was expected to be solved within 6 months. We are almost in July (7 months later) and management answer now states: Dont know how long it will take for Comcast to wire the complex.Management latest stand on this cable and internet issue points to the most likely true answer: We are awaiting until the exclusivity and non-compete agreement with AT&T expires then we will decide on the next best deal for us.Prospective renters at this complex, this is what you need to know:AT&T internet only for 25 Mbps will cost you $50 (1 year contract).Comcast internet only for 25 Mbps will cost $19.99 (1 year contract+)Thats $30 of your hard earn money wasted because of no competition.At the end of the day, the lump sum of money paid to the landlord needs to be recouped.Some may say that Landlord is bribed to allow monopoly at the detriment of the tenants. There are other scenarios that could explain the above but until then I cant waste $30 monthly.Until an apartment complex allows competition, one should not waste their hard earn money.All I can say is Thank you to Donovan for the warning.To unfortunate prospective renters: Look at the management response below:At no point, did management address their exclusivity with AT&T nor able to give a timeline when Comcast will be allowed in. Any reputable business will have a timeline when any project will be completed but apparently not this one. Probably awaiting for their exclusivity with AT&T to expire. AT&T in the meantime is having residents pay extra for poor service speed since they are the only one allowed.Save your money guys.Response from the ownerDear Resident, We are always looking for ways to improve the services at the community as such we have started working with Comcast. Unfortunately these type of change require new wiring and equipment upgrades that takes months and expect these updates to be complete in 2018. High rent for 1/1. Repeatedly called for pest control for roaches in our apartment, we did not have roaches prior to living here. Took one week for our A/C to finally get fixed after multiple calls to maintenance and my FPL bill increased for that month. Absolutely no parking in front of or around our building past 8pm 7 days a week. New parking security company Spanish guy refused to let me leave he jumped on my vehicle and I had to drive with him still hanging on my car. And the best part is I am 8 months pregnant. The office and the security company will be hearing from me!M

Dont bother if Internet is important to you. You only have 2 choices here, Slow (AT&T U-Verse) or Stupid Slow (Direcpath). IDK these apartment places keep there contracts with this horrid Direcpath company, They have a max of 10 Mbps for $60 a month Comcast offers 150 Mbps for the same price in the community next door. AT&T only maxes at 24 Mbps if your lucky to be close to the equipment. Go somewhere else so these apartment places learn to ditch companies that wont let you live in the 21st century like Direcpath with there instantly slow internet.

I have lived here for almost a month now. So far so good. I planned on purchasing a house and when things fell through Olivia did a great job helping make my situation less stressful and moving me into a nice spacious 2 br apartment! i hope to enjoy my time here at villages banyan grove!Time for an update.. this apartment was a nice place don’t get me wrong… but the complex and their corporate office are immoral and disgusting. They have been after me for the last 5 years looking for 8000$ in property damages that my roommate at the time did while intoxicated. There is proof of the rental vehicle that was wrecked, proof of their mailboxes and property that he damaged , and police reports, yet instead of taking the correct avenues they decided that after we moved out that they would try and attack both of our credit and send us to collections over something he did while intoxicated as I was sleeping that night. I’m willing to testify against him and cooperate but I will not pay for someone else’s screw up because the villages of banyan grove failed to go after Dylan. They have a legal team. They can do the right thing. They choose not to. I will not bow down. I will continue to dispute. Be careful living with a roommate at this place.-adam

My new husband and I just moved to florida a month ago. When we first came down we were looking at several places that suited our needs of having an open floor plan, safe neighborhood, and offered the most for the best price. These apts are wonderful! We loved several of the floorplans, but chose the Andros. Large bedrooms, laundry included, pets welcome (husky friendly :)), 24hrs gym,3 tennis courts....I mean need I go on!! Not to mention we are 5 mins from all shopping-grocery and retail. Staff is friendly and efficient and neighbors are quiet but friendly! We ARE In love!

Scam artists!!! They have you sign reservation fee before you see their leases. I bet they make more mo way in their hidden fees. Beware before you deal with them

The cleaning is fatal but the maintenance of the apartment responds quickly, the maintenance or the cleaning and garbage collection company is super bad and the security is super bad they steal a lot and it is not safe to live I do not recommend it (the office employees They are super attentive and kind
