Definitely got what i was paying for (not in a good way) only lived here for the location. Communication is shared but not very clear at all. Internet sucks in living room when router is in bedroom. Dont expect anything to be done in a reasonable time. Could have been better could have been worse.

When I moved into my apartment, there was mold in the blinds and mildew in the washer and I still haven’t been able to move into my apartment because maintenance hasn’t fully fixed these issues. Since then I’ve had two sinus infections only from being in the apartment to clean. My review is very low because when you move into an apartment you expect everything to have been checked and maintenanced for your safety, while being a The Registry they haven’t. My health risk wasn’t prioritized to the other request and I was told the mold was gone, shortly I get back only to find more mold. The Registry needs to replace things that are infested with mold or mildew or roaches and this hasn’t been a priority for them.

Me and my roommate were told we would be matched with random roommates who were similar to us in age/interests. We’re both 20 and WKU students, we were matched with a 35 year old man and told there were no available units to switch. Don’t live here if you don’t have a full unit.

Yes, the rent is cheap and it is close to campus. The disorganization from the office is baffling, I have had so much trouble receiving gifts and mail. They have repeatedly misplaced my mail and then do not seem to care. They notified me my package had came in, and then lost it on multiple occasions. If you are trying to have things shipped here, or family members send you anything--think elsewhere.

I only lived at the Registry for a year, but honestly I couldnt be more pleased with my experience. The management worked with me and ultimately let me move in a few days early so I could stop couch surfing. Any time I had a maintenance issue, it was quickly resolved. All the staff was friendly and helpful when I picked up packages or needed anything. The apartments sit in a wonderful location. I saved money by walking and not having to pay for a parking pass. I felt safe because there is a security guard that patrols at night, which is when I typically got off of work. Overall, people can say whatever they feel about the quality of the apartments... but its college housing. Its hard enough to move into an apartment after a totally responsible, adult individual... let alone moving in after college students who dont have as much respect for property. No my carpet wasnt perfect, there was a burn hole in my counter top, and my dryer was kind of on the fritz, but that should be expected in a place where your rent is less than $400 a month. Overall, I loved the Registry, and I would recommend it to anyone.

I have been living here more than a year now. I am an international student and I am starting to like this place more day by day. The front office staff have been very friendly and they had been always available when I had queries. This place is nearby the campus and I would highly recommend this to my friends. And the best part is, the staff is really good and I always get a quick response.

My roommates & I have loved living here- the staff has been quick & happy to help us with anything we’ve asked them. From the mail room to the maintenance staff, all of our questions have been promptly answered & taken care of. We have had a few maintenance issues, but the team is always so quick to fix everything we ask of them. It’s super affordable, a quiet neighborhood, so close to campus, & free parking (for both you & your guests) in a covered garage. We have never been charged any unusual fees or went over our included utility allowance. Anyone who complains of their space being dirty can clean it! It is a college apartment complex so of course some people disrespect the space, but I’ve never encountered anything bad here. Of course, you can tour to see the size of the rooms & the beds so I am not sure why anyone would complain of that! I seriously love my space. I can’t think of any complaints I’ve ever had about the place. I would recommend it to anyone!

We were surprised and delighted to find such a central and beautiful flat for our summer holiday. All was clean, the flat was comfortable and only 5 Minute to go to the bus station. We enjoyed our holiday very much and we are thinking about another stay in Nice. The view to the port was wonderful in the evening, and we enjoyed to sit on the balcony with a glas of wine watching the ships in the port. The kitchen was well equipped, dish washer, washing machine, micro wave, refrigerator. We loved it! Thank you for a wonderful holiday!

I’m so disappointed in this place. I lived in a two bedroom apartment (I had been living here for 3 years when this happened) I got pregnant and had to move out. The agreement was I would turn in my keys and because I was almost at the end of my lease it wouldn’t count against me. I work in property management I knew better than to not get it in writing!!! I now have this apartment complex on my credit! Every time I hear someone say they want to live here I advise them to move on to somewhere better!! My apartment always smelt like weed from my neighbors. The complex was not clean always broken glass and trash!

Absolute worst place I have ever lived. They constantly come in and out of my room when Im not home even if it is locked, its an invasion of privacy that I did not sign up for. I filed many things broken or missing at the beginning of my move in that have yet to been fixed as well as being CHARGED FOR REMOVING MY BROKEN WINDOW SCREEN. This complex is just looking for ways to take money even if it means falsely accusing its residents of damaging property. Doesnt that sound like a wonderful place to live and a great way to spend 400 dollars a month?

I am still a current resident, and I am here letting you know about the living experience I have encountered. While living here, they have tried to fine me for NUMEROUS of times for ridiculous things. They cover all utilities, but when you go over you pay for overages? They also rarely ever get someone to clear the dumpster, so it is ALWAYS overflowing, but you have to be careful because they will go through the trash left OUTSIDE the dumpster and will be fined PER person in the apartment for the trash even though there is no room for it. The management sucks, there is poor communication, and they give out notices after hours so you cannot do anything about the fines, until you can get a hold of a manager. Good luck with that one.The apartment upon moving in, was dirty and I deep cleaned everything the day after. I dont think this should have happened because it should have been done before moving in. The pet fee is $375 for a nonrefundable deposit and then $15 extra a month. They try and make everything cost, because they take the money to use for things they are trying to improve on the complex. While the 11 months I have lived here, nothing new has been done... There have been multiple instances where they start a project but nothing gets completed. It looks trashy.I do not encourage anyone to lease here. They are a horrible complex and have horrible management.

The star review system just doesnt do justice for apartment communities. Youll never get 5 stars from someone kicked out for drug use, non payment of rent, or gross misbehavior. So when touring the university and off campus housing, remember, ignore stars, stop in, talk to the management, ask questions and see how you feel! I can promise you will love where you live when you know the management team cares and works tirelessly to keep the safest and most positive residents in place while removing problems swiftly. Overall, I loved living here and have some amazing memories to take with me. Even though I was a graduate student and most people here are undergrad, its still a great place for both. If you are touring, put The Registry on your list for sure!

Closed the pool for the summer as well as the gym even though I’m paying well over $600 a month, walk up 4 flights of stairs with no elevator and park all the way on the other side of the parking lot to watch the maintenance staff clean the pool everyday. The gym is also closed for the summer. They two amenities you’d want during a summer break are closed yet I’m still paying for them to be cleaned and remodeled. Contacts also have a 48 hour notice policy on management entering apartments however THREE times now I’ve gotten no notice and have gotten attitude when I express concern over the contract violation. If you don’t let them in however they’ll charge you. Lost the paperwork for my dog, tried to charge me and evict him. Staff often times seems like they hate their lives when you call or come to pick up a package. Recommend Midtown.

If I was asked to review the registry, heres what I would say. Its not great.Rent is cheap and its close to campus, that is literally the only reason to live here.On multiple occasions we (my roommates and myself) have complained regarding our couch being in absolute disrepair, every time we have done so we have been given the runaround, all the way to the point of being given an email to send our complaint to that literally does not work. The front office takes a monumental amount of time to complete any work orders at all, AC issues, Washer/Dryer etc, however they find time to patrol the complex for people leaving their trash outside of their door, which is perfectly reasonable seeing as its at least a 300 ft walk from most buildings to the compactor and there are no dumpsters on the premises. The parking policy is absolutely ludicrous and on multiple occasions, myself, and other tenets have been towed without warning for non-violations. One such occasion being a few day long flat tire. Now this is all fine and good, most of these complaints can be justified by my lease agreement, which I did knowingly sign. But heres where I draw issue. On one occasion, around 10:30 at night, a member of management came to our door to serve a late notice to one of my roommates. Which I have no problem with, had this not been WELL past reasonable business hours and in violation of basic debt collection laws.Another such complaint being a close friend of mine agreed to sign a lease for the upcoming leasing term and was explicitly told she would not be required to have a guarantor if she paid a deposit and the last two months rent. This was later found to be completely false. Upon attempting to back out of the lease, given it was signed under false pretense, the property manager was unwilling to work with her and she is essentially being forced to live here for the next year. All in all the Registry is host to a numerous number of bad business practices and equally bad managerial staff and I will never recommend this place to anyone, ever.

Bill for literally everything they can make an excuse to bill for.On move out, I was billed for :-a very low quality couch that was worn after normal daily use. $135-a pool pass, which was never issued $50-a gate key that was indeed returned on move out $35If you refuse to pay any unreasonable fines, the registry will not hesitate to damage your credit. And hire debt collectors to harass your phone. They are greed motivated, period. On move in, our original apartment was so disgusting we had to move in to a temporary unit for a month. This meant moving in, then out, and back in. All while paying rent with no compensation for our trouble. And we were one of many groups in this inconvenient situation. The parking structure will tow cars, even residents, for parking in the wrong spot.I would rather go back to a dorm than this complex.

Terrible apartments. The only benefit is that they are close to campus and allow students to walk instead of paying for an on campus parking pass. Besides this everything about the registry is terrible. They have awful customer service, force their residence to pay extra fees, and do not take care of their facilities. The stairways are filled with trash, the trash is never properly taken care of so trash piles up into the parking lot, and the volleyball net is laying on the ground. They also up their apartments fees and reserved spots by almost double. I do not recommend anyone to stay here.

Where do I begin? I was first assigned to one room and then later switched to a completely different building after meeting my new roommates. On top of that, i was given two keys for the front door oppose to one for my bedroom! My key fob did NOT work and after I turned that in to be worked on, I was THANKFULLY able to sublease my room and they charged me $35 for that missing key fob. This place is a JOKE and I would not recommend living here to anyone. There was also a surprise annual utilities fee for an overage even though I havent stayed in my apartment but for one month of the five that I leased it. I wish I could give this place a less than one star rating because, in my opinion, they arent even worth the one.

I lived in the Registry for a year and hated it. The place was disgusting when I moved in. I vacuumed the first week there and there was so much dust and dirt that it clogged the entire vacuum. They are terrible with work orders. We reported something the first day and followed up on it and it still hadnt been fixed since the day we moved out. I had a cockroach problem that took them over two months to CORRECTLY fix. Seriously Its not worth it. I dont blame the office staff but the apartments are terrible. Only saving grace was the price which honestly I would just spend the extra money. Honestly seriously considering filing a complaint against them with the state.

Review №34

The first year sucks, things keep breaking and the quality of the furniture is sub par at best. Pool hours suck, picking up packages is a hassle and don’t even think about paying for two day shipping because the office will take at least a day before putting it into the system so you can pick it up, maintenance does a quick fix or makes you feel stupid for submitting a work request, the security guard tries to find you doing something wrong so he can report you, and if you’re missing something on move in day you’ll probably never get it because we’ve lived there for over a year and still don’t have desk lights. If you resign you get charged a $50 fee to keep the people who charge for going over on utilities working for the registry, and they don’t honor your original lease price so you’ll likely end up paying more with no notice. The quality of the apartment is ok but the quality of the experience sucks.

I would rather live on campus then move back over here. I cant wait for my lease to be up in July so I can get the hell out of here. Eric is the worst manager Ive seen period he doesnt care about the residents and he never returns phone calls. If your rent is late hes the first one to jump on that, but anything else forget about it. The units they do not keep up to standers and they dont clean the carpets before you move in. If you want to live off campus then go live in a REAL apartment or just stay on campus, because moving over here is not worth it and you will regret it I know I do.

Not the best area or best quality. Its incredibly easy to go over utilities for four people which is ridiculous that its set so low. The carpets are never cleaned, ours has a sort of greenish color in a corner which I want to assume is mold, the kitchen tile is loose and breaking along with the appliances being of poor quality and out of date, and not stainless steel as advertised for the lofts online (which only occupy the first floor of one out of four buildings). The pool and lounge area are of good quality and theyve recently bumped up security thankfully. But they gate isnt always closed so anyone can come in and out. They dont inform you of crimes that occur on the premise which is a huge issue. But its right by campus and rent is cheaper than some. But it doesnt have an elevator which has proved to be a huge inconvenience.

Okay, Id like to start off by saying NONE of these one star reviews are true! This apartment complex is wonderful. There IS a swimming pool, the fire alarms do NOT go off every week, management is wonderful and very helpful (I had an incident once where one of them messed up and put my rent money into the wrong account. I got notices saying my rent was overdue and I talked to them about it and they apologized and fixed everything!), internet is always at least 15 Mbps, the whole apartment gets fixed and cleaned out (including the carpet which gets replaced, so it shouldnt be making your feet black even if you dont clean it and no, they dont charge you for carpet), and one of these reviews is a rather lengthy one and the whole thing is completely made up (and by the way, the manager is a male), and last time I checked, the gates and gym stuff work fine. Also, I really dont believe the stories about there being a shooting here and also this neighborhood isnt bad at all. I have lived here for a year now and I have not seen a single burglary. Yes, it is close to the trains, but so is the WKU campus! There is another website with a bunch of one star reviews for this place. Dont believe them either! One of those people said everyone was a delinquent. They must be some crazy lady or something because most of the people here are college students and I dont think any of them are delinquent. One of the reviews Ive seen said that they tow peoples cars randomly and they dont. Ive only seen one car towed in the time Ive lived here. Please do not believe any of these one star reviews, they are fake.I love these apartments. You get a very nice place for cheep! Management is nice, the furniture you see in the model apartments is exactly what you get except for the blankets on the bed and decorations of course. You get a text message when your packages arrive, maintenance usually responds within a day, internet is fast, and if something is going on with the complex they always try their best to fix it. I highly recommend this complex.

Found bed bugs two days after moving in, it has been 7 weeks and they still have not gotten ride of the bugs. Roommates and I have done more to try to get rid of the bugs than the office or company they work with has. The office staff are not helpful with answering questions, responding in a timely manner, giving information, lying about when/if we will be notified about our apartment issues, and just plain out rude when asked about our living/bug situation. The maintence staff have not fixed any of the items weve put into a maintence request. The rooms are small, with many cracks and holes around the outlets and corners. Washer and dryer work less than half the time. Its cheap for a reason and there are a lot of reasons.
