Been doing business with them a few years now. Always great service and never had any complaints. I would get there about 15 minutes early before pickup cause they do inspect the car in front of you before departure..this can take a few minutes.

I loved how easy it was to book my car online be dropped off at the curb and pick my rental up and be on my way within 5 to 7 minutes. They had touted how clean they keep their cars. I understand stained seats but mine I found a couple pieces of trash which made me wonder was it really sanitized? I rented the car for a week and needed to extend it out a couple more days and they made that easy as well. All in all a very good experience with them.

Honestly had a bad experience picking up the car and dropping it off! I had my reservation for a Sunday I reserved it on Wednesday and When I got to pick up the car which was supposed to be a Full Size car I got a small car, and the guy was still going to charge me the same price! Like no I asked for a full size car I am not going to pay that price for a smaller car! Whatever I got the car left when I came to return it some other guy asked me about some scratches it had(which the car already had them the other guy at the pick up time had told me not to worry about it) and I told him it was already there. Never again will I be renting at this location!

Rented a car from them thru insurance and after I picked it up I noticed it smelled. I figured it need to air out a bit so I drove it to work and home and the smell didnt go away. I took it back and told them about it and that I just wanted to return it and their ok I will tent it to someone else attitude showed they didnt care at all. The car was nice for the value; however, it was not very clean when I picked it up. There was trash in the car, the console and dash were very dirty and there were leaves stuck between the windshield and dash. I did not feel detail was given to the car’s interior prior to renting it to the next customer. Very disappointed in how clean it was considering the commitment to cleanliness outlined on the website during COVID times. I spent several minutes before my trip to sanitize the interior just to be safe.

They called and checked to make sure everything was correct and working properly on my vacation across the Southeastern states. Service is slow and more of a hassle than it needs to be. Place would not provide the vehicle we requested, instead gave us one low to the ground that cannot handle country roads it had to go through therefore taking a major beating underneath. Thanks for not helping us out.

All lies. Could not get the truck I was promised. Wasted a whole weekend and all they said was we cant do that. Would you like to reschedule. Never, ever again, will I use Enterprise.

The process was not bad, standing outside in line in the cold was not ideal. The van we got was not completely clean. It had black interior and carpet. There were smudges everywhere and I found a juicy juice under the drivers seat. We were very disappointed that the Bluetooth in the vehicle didnt work. The customer service vas very friendly. The van drove smooth and everything else worked fine, but for $500 for a week I would have thought everything would be clean and working.

Great vehicle, Ill be looking to upgrade by 2003 minivan after driving this one. Also appreciated the staffs mask and distancing, plus the lesson on sinking my iPhone to the SUV. And the after hours drop off was perfect for me.

The vehicle was clean and ready to go when promised that was a positive experience. Upon return the greeting and customer service was a pleasurable experience. I made my reservation two months in advance. Two days before I was to pick up the vehicle, I called the local office to confirm my reservation. When I arrive on the scheduled day, at the scheduled time, they have NO vehicle for me. I have to wait. What is the point in making the reservation???This has happened to me about four times in a row now.I recently found out we have an Avis dealer here now. I will be trying them next time.

Recently had to rent from this location because my vehicle was having some recall work being done at the dealership. This was a last minute, pop-fly situation, and even on a Friday afternoon after 3PM. After calling, they were extremely friendly and helpful and were able to fit me into a busy schedule and find a comparable vehicle for me. Customer Service was excellent, and it is crazy to me how well they do for how busy they typically are. Those of you leaving nasty reviews think the world revolves around you -- guess what? It doesnt. Great experience.

I had a scheduled pick up time with over a months notice, but I still waited over an hour. They offered me a 5% discount, but you and I both know that’s nothing compared to the amount you pay for a rental car. The staff members were apologetic and very sweet, but I had places to be.

My car broke down driving home from Christmas and I had to get it towed to a local auto shop. They had a driver there before I got there and got me back on the road quickly. When I came back they gave me a ride to my car on NYE at 6pm. Great service, thank you!

I went on vacation back in March. It was very last minute, but this enterprise was more than accommodating and the price wasnt too bad. Also, John Mark who is an employee there was awesome!!! I would give ten stars for him. This may sound silly but I wasnt sure how something worked with the car half way to my destination and he picked up the phone right away to walk me through it.

Had a reservation for 9am, intermediate SUV.Showed up, they said it’d be a while because nothing was available.Came back at 11:15, nothing is available.“But we can have one in 3 hours.”Problem is, I am getting married in 3 hours and they close while I’m getting married.If you don’t have a car, you shouldn’t allow the reservation.My time is important and valuable and now I have to figure out how to leave for my honeymoon on time.Absolutely TERRIBLE experience..Thanks for jacking up my wedding day.Addendum:At 12:15 as I was leaving, calling around and trying to find someone that could perhaps loan me a car, a guy unexpectedly returned one. It made me late for pictures, but at least I can travel on my honeymoon. Should not depend on luck to run a company.I have sent enterprise the reservation email as they requested

So I called in at 11:30 AM to check to see if there was a car available on the spot the guy said of course...The agent said to allow time for them to clean the car be there at 12:30 and it would be ready to pick up. Upon arrival at enterprise at 12:25 the guy said always try to call you which we did not receive any calls to let you know that we would not actually have a car available by then. The guy had let us know there are no cars whatsoever on the lot ever rentable ...so I asked when was the car going to be avail and he said anytime now within the hour so he reviewed our phone number and supposedly put us down to have called us a soon as one was available for pick up ....two hours later no calls from them so I decided to call to check to see what was going on and was instructed that there is several cars available but it was put down in the computer for a different time for us to pick up which was never said! Too much BS and contradiction!! I do not recommend using this location too much of a headache and too much last time waiting around for a car!

Didnt have vehicle I wanted, so they offered a minivan for the same price. The van was brand new which is nice only 2500 miles and leather interior areas Dodge Grand Caravan. how long I speeches like automatic opening and closing side doors and tailgate air condition work great youre able to pair your phone with the stereo system which is hand handy. and when I went to return the vehicle they were able to give me a free ride back to the hotel where I was staying so I wouldnt have to call a cab, apparently theyre able to do this with the properly staffed and if the location youre going is not too far away so that was handy. I rented our vacation van, Dodge Grand Caravan, from the Enterprise location on 1641 Scottsville Rd. Bowling Green, Ky 42101 and the service was outstanding. The entire staff was courteous and professional. I loved the fast and friendly service that was provided and our van was practically brand new. I would recommend this location and its staff, to all of my family, friends, and colleagues. I will definitely be reserving another vehicle from them.

Enterprise is the best Rent-a-car company in Bowling Green, Kentucky. They take one step extra care of their customers and exceed all expectations to make sure the customers have a smooth ride and time always. I have my vehicle in the repair shop at Dodge and I was referred to this enterprise for a rental vehicle. I understand it is fall break and that they are out of vehicles, but the receptionist did not do anything to help me out nor was she friendly to talk to. She didn’t check any other near by enterprises. After I left there I went to the enterprise down the street and this front desk attendant, Mel went out of her way to call Hopkinsville to have a vehicle brought down for me. Needed a rental when I found out I didnt have renters insurance. The people at this location were great! They were very accommodating, even when I had to keep my vehicle much longer than expected. No issues with the vehicle and the customer service is great! If I need another rental, I will use them again for sure.

The first noticeable detail was that the car was not washed and the car had a bad odor upon entering that stayed with the car the entire weekend.The fuel was at 3/8 a tank, which made me more certain the car was not processed.Our company has a national account that uses Enterprise. This made me consider more options.

Had a 4:30 pick up time. Didn’t get a vehicle till 5:40. Set me back an hour+ on starting my trip. When you make the reservation 2-3 weeks before departure you’d expect that they’d have plenty of time to prepare and have your vehicle ready. One of the ladies waiting said they made their reservation months in advance and they were having trouble getting her a car. There was a waiting room full of people waiting to get the care they reserved too. On top of that they wouldn’t give any kind of discount or perk for the hassle. Disappointed.

This facility is poorly managed. The reservation slot does not amount to much. When you arrive you will see an understaffed location that is dirty and unprofessional. You will then check in and possibly not get into your car for another 30 minutes and sometimes longer. The cleaning of the cars is poorly done and generally have an odor. Given I have to rent a car weekly for work I get to dread this visit each time.I do want to give a positive comment on the personnel there. The majority I have dealt with are kind, helpful and pleasant. It is upper managements issues that are causing the issues at this location.

This was the worst experience ever! I hate to havegive Ieven one star! I been renting cars for over 20 years and will NEVER use Enterprise again. I asked for a standard SUV. I said I was driving over 800 miles and was moving my daughter back from out of state. They gave me a Dodge Journey that according to the woman that checked it back in upon my return, those vehicles are known to profusely shake at 65 mph. Two days later my stomach still hurts. I tried to spray windshield wiper fluid on the windshield to clean it as I was driving through snow, sleet, ice, and rain and it was broken. I rented this on Thursday morning, returned it on Saturday morning and paid $218.62. I got a $15.14 discount for not being satisfied. I should have rented from Budget. I would have paid the same price for a fully loaded Pathfinder that drives like a dream, but someone told me to give Enterprise a try. BIGGEST mistake ever! NEVER again!!! Budget will always get my business from here on out.

I rented from the Bowling Green-Scottsville Road location on Wednesday 12/19. Brandon Scott helped me and gave me great customer service. All of the employees were very accommodating during the whole rental process. I will definitely be returning in the near future.

First time there, Austin & the other gentleman at the desk were awesome. Have never gotten a rental with less than a full tank though. We prepaid for gas, they said they only charged for 3/4 since thats what we got so hoping they didnt charge us for a full tank

I rent quite often from Enterprise and I used to think they were the absolute best. My last 2 visits have convinced me otherwise. I would consider them only if I have no other choice. The manager is not customer friendly however the rest of the staff are quite friendly.

After a long day of phone tag with the insurance company and frustration at not having my truck, going to the Scottsville Rd Enterprise turned my day around. The manager Kaylas cheerful demeanor and very helpful service took a stressful situation and genuinely improved it. I highly recommend this location.

Body shop called Enterprise as soon as we arrived. After waiting an hour they called Enterprise again. Said theyd be right over. After another 15 minutes we were driven to Enterprise which was just a mile away. We arrived at Enterprise to find that they had only just called insurance for info/approval. Our appointment with the body shop and insurance had been set up two months prior. People are nice here but incompetent and inefficient. After two hours from the original call we finally got a car. Ill never use Enterprise again.

Had a reservation for a sedan rental through insurance. Get there and they don’t have any cars available. Stuck with a full size pick up drive and my commute is 30 minutes each way. They told me to keep “checking back” for other cars. Don’t say you have a car and then give someone a truck to pay for gas in. Extremely frustrated with my experience.

Wish every branch were like this! I hydroplaned into a ditch off of 65N halfway through my road trip. They picked me up down in Franklin. Keaton set me up with a comparable vehicle to what I was driving. They took good care of me and kept in constant contact with me even though I was all the way in Virginia. SOLID team here! I couldnt ask for a better experience.

My wife reserved a car for a weekend trip. As soon as we got in we smelled cigarette smoke. Notified the associate. He offered to trade vehicles but we were already running late leaving because of the slow rental process. Was also double charged a toll when we only went over one toll bridge. (The rental had a Texas tag on the front and a KY on the rear) Have rented from Enterprise before and never had problems. If renting in Bowling Green, Ky again we will explore different options

Both Bowling Green locations are the worst managed Ive ever experienced. I have used Enterprise for business travel for more than 15 years and their airport locations are usually very reliable and offer a great experience. These two locations are notoriously out of stock which is never reflected in the online reservation tool. If you book a car for either of these locations online, you are rolling the dice. I booked a pickup for today, but they didnt have a pickup when I got there. I asked if I could rent something else until a pick up arrived , that wasnt possible either because they were out of cars at 9AM on a Monday morning !!!! I wasted 3 hours of my day, thinking there was a truck ready for me after I dropped my car off for service at a local garage. I had to reorganize my entire morning because accurately reflecting your inventory within your online reservation tool is far too complicated.... Uber manages over a million cars,with drivers, in real time and as they move about in hundreds of cities, but you cant get an accurate count of cars sitting in a parking lot of locations you OWN! Wake up!PS....please dont reply with the same canned response you auto send to all low ratings on here. Thats like forcing a toddler to say sorry when they dont even understand what they did wrong.

The people working here all seemed to be great employees, especially Ryan and the gentleman who took me back to my car. That said, the policies of enterprise are inconvenient. The car had oil and engine lights come on. Nerve wracking. Ive rented from them several times without issue. Their new policies probably means Ill go elsewhere in the future. Id it was one time that I had to bring my life to the counter in utility bills, lease agreements, and such Id be more understanding. The lady at the desk informed that anytime I use a debit card, Id be seeing that kind of hassle. No thanks.

Brought in an SUV I rented in NC because of pulling to left and wipers. noone in front office, could hear ladies laughing Im back room, when I whistled loudly enough to let them know someone was out front, I heard a door close. A young man came in from outside a d asked how I was doing and immediately ignored me and helped an individual that walked in after I did. The lack of professionalism is truly amazing!

Very confusing. Deposit not written in contract. Policy and personal contractual agreements are not the same, as explained by your service agent. Made many calls back to the service desk. Car itself, was great. That would not stop me in renting in the near future. Misunderstanding insurance coverage, in the States I needed to travel, would made my almost $75 Insurance payments obsolete, in case of service needed. A 2 Star Rating, is all I can give. Sorry, a very scary experience!

Been renting with Enterprise for years...and I travel to Bowling Green Scottsville Road instead of the much closer Gallatin TN location because they have more cars, better choices and much better customer service. Recently, they brought in new management and it is EVEN better...they even worked out a better deal on a monthly rental for me because they appreciate my business...and they have earned my continuing to give it.
