The staff was excellent: friendly, professional. The car was clean and ran well. But, I was told I could listen to the music on my phone (Spotify) - IT DID NOT WORK. I investigated and you have to download an app - that has a 2.0 and horrible ratings- and learned this make- model of car is not able to play music on the USB.

Blake went above and beyond. Just because of his awesome attitude and willingness to help me in anyway he could I will be back! BLAKE ROCKS!

I rented a Ford Transit 12-passenger van or similar. They gave me the similar instead. It smelled bad but they didnt have another 12-passenger van, so I took it. My wife said it stinks, even after we Febreezed it. One of the seat belts didnt work. I called and left a message for them to call me and they didnt call me back. Once on our way I realized at least two tires were out of balance because it vibrated at various speeds but especially above 65 mph, which was most of the time. So we vibrated for most of 1,300 miles. There was no windshield washer fluid, which was needed and created some dangerous situations until I put water in the reservoir. Then I discovered the left rear turn signal and brake lights were not working. I had people honking at me till I realized this and adjusted for it. Several safety issues here. I used to like Avis, but not now.

The gentleman that assisted me showed much kindness. He helped me and got me in the right rental that I needed to help me get back and forth to an family emergency in Mississippi. He was well mannered, very professional and even though I got there right at closing he still helped me and was very kind and wasn’t rushing or being rude even though it was at 5pm. Wonderful very wonderful customer service. Blake was his name. He was beyond awesome and I wish nothing but the best for that young man. He’s very well understanding and I could see him moving up. The kid has a lot of potential and values his job. You don’t have a lot of people like that in this world anymore and to have someone like this he makes Avis Rental a great place of business. It’s makes your company look great!

With fast pick up, easy drop off, and friendly service its no wonder why Avis is the only car rental company my family goes to. I highly recommend this business for your next rental.

Avis is SORRY & when I say Sorry, I mean that! Why did I get a call 10 hours prior to our departure from some little boy talking about Avis will NOT have a car available for pick up. Now its Spring break & I made reservations with them a month prior in order to avoid this type of issue. All he can suggest is calling a different company in a whole different State in order to get a car. Isnt that Avis job. Never will they get my hard earn $! Race always plays a factor with them I see... Wack

I was on my way to my mothers funeral when my car broke down. Went to Enterprise and was told neither location had anything available until 10am because everything was reserved. Explained my surreal situation, but still nothing. As a shot in the dark, I went to Avis and they also said they had nothing available. I explained my situation there as well, and a very astute young man named Blake, said, Oh, man, thats horrible. You know what? I just had a car brought back and if you dont care to wait a few minutes, Ill go sanitize/disinfect it for you and you can have it. Not only did he make the sale, he went above and beyond because he understood the spot i was in. This is the customer service that is lacking most everywhere. Not only did Blake take care of me, he now has a lifelong customer willing to recommend his store EVERY TIME!

I have rented multiple times from the same location due to car repairs. The gentleman has been super easy to work with.

Because I returned a vehicle early after a representative asked if we could so that the vehicle could be rented out, and there was no adjustment to my charges. When I called the 800 number to ask why there was no adjustment I was told that the charges were correct and that I was still charged for the hours I did not have the vehicle... so I did them a favor and they still charged me. I asked for a supervisor who then repeatedly said I did not do them a favor!!! So I paid for that vehicle for another 12 hrs while they rented it out to another customer and charged that customer for that 12 hrs. I am furious!! We like the local gentleman, he is always nice and helpful but this has been a very horrible experience. I returned the vehicle early to help out Avis, they had a customer asking for that vehicle and I brought it back early to help them rent it to another customer and make them happy. I told the supervisor he was wrong by saying I did not do them a favor, I told him he owed me an apology and he would not apologize without saying I was wrong. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE by your 800 number

If I could give zero stars I would! Reserved a minivan online 4 months ago to go on a family vacation. Called 5 days before the day of pickup and they guaranteed everything would be ready. Drove 30 minutes the morning of our vacation to pick it up and our vehicle wasn’t available nor was anything else close to fitting our family of 5. I was told they could POSSIBLY have an SUV in 6 hours or so. This place is an absolute joke and a poor excuse of a car rental place! We had to squeeze in my car and couldn’t take all our luggage with us!

We have chose vehicles that we thought we might want to purchase in the future and eventually did purchase two based on our Avis experience. We would recommend Avis to anyone. We would not even consider renting from anyone else.

This place is great! Its a little more expensive but the customer service is worth it! Dont goto Hertz or Enterprise they are garbage!!!!

LOVE Avis! They didnt even charge us a deposit, we were in and super quickly with easy dropoff. After using every other rental company (enterprise, hertz, payless, etc) I HIGHLY recommend Avis.

Best place to rent a car in Bowling Green!

On my way from chicago to florida ,i just had a car accendent on hwy 65 blown out tire truck undriveable, 3 kids with me , so we had no choice but to rent a car i called enterprise and because i have an out of state drivers licsence they wanted to charge me more and wanted so many debit and criedit cards from me wont allow me to pay debit or cash , just gave a headache , and got no where , thank god i found dan what a nice caring gentalman who owns the rental i belive, so easy to work with much cheaper than enterprise herts ,, so if you ever need a car rental in bowling green ky like i did go right to dan he is the only one that will help u and not give u a tourist rate....your the best thank you ,,,,,,,helen and kids .
