The management company is one of the worst Ive been with. I contacted the company a month prior to the end of me lease because the peak of the pandemic was looking like it would be around my move out date. They were unwilling to do much of anything to insure my safety. I understood that the next tenant had signed to rent after me but I still had to beg for them to even try to talk to the next tenant about pushing the move a month for our safety.All of this to no avail.The maintenance staff is wonderful and responds quickly, the office staff is kind but pretty unhelpful and it takes forever to get in contact with anyone.Separate note - when my pet went missing for 5 days they said they couldnt send an email to other nearby tenants.They dont even pretend to care about you.

Office staffs are nice and helpful, but very complicated application process. They dont even let you choose your electricity and water where you want to get from. You have to get utilities, water , waste from three different companies and have to drive to all three different offices which is like 3-5 hours of work. This is just one there are few others, so dont even apply to this apartment. You will regret.
