Worst place I’ve ever lived in my entire life. Dirty rude and has bugs everywhere.

ProsThey are very attentive with repairs, usually same day.They keep the place looking nice and well maintained.I never had an issue with overages for utilities like others claim to have had.I was not a fan of the other office worker but stevie is very kind and always polite.Gym, pool, and picnic areas.Friendly neighborsLots of food close by.ConsThe neighborhood does seem to be a high crime area. (Not that they can control that)Bug problem (they always spray though which is nice)The cabinets do smell weird.They seem to be older apartments but for the price i was very pleased.They are very hard to get into if you have less than perfect credit.All in all i enjoyed living here and recommend anyone moving to bowling green to try it out.

Hello, my name is James. I would like to take this opportunity to tell you of my Greenhaven living experience. It is very affordable. It is well groomed and maintained. Their maintenance of the apartments is very impressive. I have not had any problems that was not taken care of no questions ask. The amenities are very nice, pool and gym. The office personnel are great. They work with me and are very sweet and easy to get a long with. Maintenance men are very knowledgeable and polite. If you are looking for a place to live I highly recommend you call or even better stop by and see for yourself.

If don’t care to live in a rough area with nasty office staff move right in otherwise look elsewhere. Because I lived there from August of 2015 to April of 2018. My wife and I moved here because of price and convenient location for where we both worked. It was nice at first and we did have some nice neighbors and the maintenance was friendly but things started going downhill fast. It started with cops in the area all the time for something most of the time for drugs or domestic violence/disturbance. We stayed there for almost 3 years and was never late on rent but they were always raising the rates every year. Before my wife and I signed our 3rd lease we asked to do a six month lease, we were getting ready to buy a house and didn’t want or need a full year. They said they do not do anything other than 12 months but shortly after they let 2 of our neighbors have short leases on being a monthly bases but charged an extra $50 per month and the other a 6 month for an extra 35 a months. They seam to pick and choose who they let do what there and only care about money not the well being of there residents. In February of 18 my wife and I were trying to close on a house and they said we either had to pay out our lease or have a lease take over. Well we found 3 well deserving candidates but everyone they found a reason to deny them only to say they need a co-signer which we believe is to just get the to rent an empty apartment at a higher rate. Once we left I was threatened to court over damages that were fake when I repaired any damage we did prior to leaving.

I have lived in Greenhaven Apartments since October 2016. I adore my apartment. I have a very spacious one bedroom. I love the walk-in closet!I have wonderful neighbors and there is never any noise issues.The grounds are beautiful year round and having a pool and a gym is great!Maintenance is outstanding and no issue is ever ignored. Big or small the job gets done in a very timely manner!I love that my gas and electric are included in the rent!I highly recommend Greenhaven! Stop by the office and come live where you know youre home.

Too hard to get into. They are nice and all but even with a cosigner who made well over triple the amount had renters history and credit in the 600 was still denied and told they couldnt use renters history. Not told why they couldnt. Stevi is great and management seemed nice though.

I will not be renting from them seems like every person has the same problems with being charged with b.s they were not responsible for . and the peraon replying has a reason and excuse for everything. They seem untrust worry and like they are out to charge renters to fix up their own apartments bc they are to cheap to do so. I will tell people not to ever rent here bc they are greedy and they will get theirs period.Dont trust them or rent from them All these people have no reason to just lie on yall come on now!

This is the worse place to rent I have been loyal for 3 years to this place I decided to move out couple weeks later they bill me for $306 to repaint and replace carpet first the carpet was already junk and nasty and the paint was poor to what ever you do before you move into these junk apartments make sure you take pictures of everything they will screw you out of your money better yet don’t even rent from these junk apartments so glad I’m out! NEVER AGAIN WILL I RENT FROM GREENHAVEN!!!!!

Greenhaven Apartments are wonderful! Stevie and Jennifer are great. If you ever need anything all you have to do is give them a call. Maintenance is on site and rather quick when getting to any issues you may have. With on site amenities like a laundry mat, with all new washers and dryers, a beautiful pool, a computer room with 3 computers and a printer, and a workout facility with very good equipment inside ready to use and they pay your utilities. If you’re unhappy with your current living situation, give Stevie a call. You’ll be glad you did!

Wonderful place to live! The day we moved in a towel bar fell down and we asked for a repair at like 3 in the afternoon. It was still fixed that day! Everyone is so nice- we love it here.

I fell in love with GREENHAVEN APARTMENTS over a year ago and had to wait until “that” lease was up. Moved IN here November 2018....I feel safe and secure; the apartments are well insulated; the entire staff is welcoming, helpful and friendly. The ON-SITE gym is saving me money an “outside gym” fees.And the BEST........ I’m paying less this winter living here in a 2 bedroom than I did last winter living in a 1 bedroom.... ALL UNTILIES are in INCLUDED here..... so NO through-the-roof heating bill this winter.......I can’t wait until the summer, I won’t have to pay to go to a pool, there’s a pool HERE!Close to shopping and schools, I LOVE IT HERE!

Honorable, took them for ever to fix anything. Closet door fell off twice almost hurting my 4 foot and half spouse. Found ants all over my 6 mounth SON, his BABY BOTTLE, AND HIS CAR SEAT. I RECOMMEND NEVER LIVING HEAR. THEY KEPT SAFETY DEPOSIT AND NOW WANTING TO TAKE US TO COURT FOR DAMAGES WE DID NOT DO. AND 650 DOLLARS FOR MOUNTHS RENT EVEN THO WE HAD TURN KEYS BACK IN AND LEFT BEFORE THE FIRST.

Very cheap owners moved out they kept deposit and charged double prices it would have taken to fix two small holes. They also charged for a replaced carpet my Friend lives in my old apartment has same stained since I lived there they didnt replace it they just got a cleaner to come clean it but charged us over 200 to cover it. this area is full of crack heads and junkies Theres a lot of break ins my rifle was stolen from my car also there a lot of crime and shootings in this area

Crime in the area is bad. I borrowed a trailer to move out and got stolen from the apartment complex parking lot the day before moving out. Also, they charged me for paint when I moved out and I never even changed the paint on the apartment. The upstairs apartment leaked water into my apartment and their is water damage which it’s not my fault. So they send you a 7 day collection letter threatening that to avoid legal action taken against you, you must pay what they say you owe for paint and paint labor. Not sure why the charge. Very unfair practices because a person that values their credit will pay unfair charges to save their credit. I didn’t know I would be responsible for painting the apartment when I moved out.When I first moved in the maintenance personnel took a multi plug from my apartment and claimed they thought the brought it with them. They return it but I never felt safe after that. The tub was painted and the paint was chipping off. The electrical outlets were broken and in very bad need to be repaired. They have “shady” practices because they wouldn’t show me the apartment before I moved in even though I asked twice to see it before signing a lease agreement. On move in day, I was not given the opportunity to truly inspect the apartment before signing the inspection paper and by then it was the too late to change my mind.I would definitely not recommend this apartments at all.

Been here a couple years now. I noticed the cabinets smell horrible. I ask them about getting them replaced and they refused. They said these are the original cabinets from 70 years or so ago and they are not gonna replace them at all. Other than that it’s an okay place. You can hear your neighbors all around you and everything. The insulation sucks really bad as well.

If I could give a zero I would. Poorly kept up apartments. the worst property manager I have ever dealt with. Told my neighbor he could do a 6 month lease but told us we couldnt. Also they let certain ppl do a month to month lease and charge 50 more or so a month for that but not everyone gets that offer which is discrimination at its finest other complexs in bg offer lease break fees as well as better accommodations whether the rent is higher or not its worth it as well as paying the few utilities you do other places. Also I got an esa animal and was told I still had to pay. No buy out for least moved out and had to still pay rent there. Then moved out of state and they claim I had to pay another month .I tried to get several applicants to take over my lease somehow everyone I had wasnt good enough. They let ppl on drug court and probation move in somehow. Please look.Disclaimer the comment from the complex is absurd and false. They kept deleting my review and I kept putting it back on here as well as my husbands their response is copied and pasted for both reviews so they decided to try to defend their despicable behavior with lies and false accusations toward us they know they were wrong and what they did was unacceptable. What is comical is that any bad review I have ever seen on here or any site that is bad if the company does respond to it its a blanket statement that basically says they are sorry the person had a bad experience with their company. This one is purposeful to make us look bad and to put them in a good light. Haha however I have just seen a few recent responses from other unhappy tenants and you try to make them look bad as well.Here is a tip your putting on here specific payment amounts and such for ppl you do realize how bad and unprofessional that makes your company look? There is nothing you can say or do to justify that. You put late fees and other stuff all to make the person look bad bc you know you messed up. Its nice to see other ppl feel the need to call you all out on this. You cant backtrack on the truth sorry. You say you dont remember certain details but yet recall supposedly truthful things you claim is your truth? Thats hilarious Nice try but you now look worse. Cant delete now. The edit to your response is not needed its not going to help your business nor will it make me change my mind I know several other residents their that had awful experiences there because of you and members of your staff have made similar comments Im assuming you were reprimanded for this review. Thats unfortunate but I stand by statement now then and forever because it is the only version of the truth. There is no need for you to say more to this it doesnt make you look better and it wont several people have liked my review because they believe it to be truthful and helpful in their apartment search and as well as they have had similar experiences with you and your staff. If you wanted to rectify this you should have done it then not through a false statement on here because what we said makes you look bad so you try to slander us. Very unprofessional on your part not mine. Keep in mind these are ppl who told a resident who tried several Times to call the emergency line which is a burner phone that didnt have minutes somehow got your number from someone you both knew that she would have to wait till the morning to get back into her appt bc you didnt want to call ur staff and wanted her to call a locksmith she couldnt afford wow just wow. my review was not on here and I had to put it back on several times and my husband wound up having to write one it was then that you commented because you did in fact have it removed.You reported it. You do realize they send you a notification that its been removed or reported right? You cant deny that.You most likely reported it thats fine I have it saved and will continue to post it on here as well as any and all sites I can so you should just leave it. If you dont want me to say stuff on here you claim isnt truth then you shouldnt keep responding to it

Dont even deserve one star. Management is awful. Apartments are filthy!

I love it here. Great neighbors the ladies in the office are great as well as maintenance.

The apartments are appealing but they are hard to get into.
