We spent a little over a year hear. It seemed nice at first but if you have an issue the management just deflects and plays the blame game. They will blame the contractor the weather anything any everthing. Funny thing is when you speak to a contractor it is all about the apartment complex wanting to cut corners to save money. It took us over 2 months to get our dishwasher fixed after we moved in. The management in the office is horrible to say the least and are not qualified for their jobs.

Worst apartment managers I’ve ever had the opportunity of knowing. Do not stay here unless you want no help, rude staff, negligent maintenance. Just all around horrible.

Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere there are a lot of places nicer than these for the same price or less... appliances are dated, dishwasher interior is stained, management is rude after you sign a lease and acts as if its a bother to them when you have a issue with your unit....the only thing nice about this place is the landscaping but dont be fooled by the facade..I was only there for 3 months and I moved...within the 1st month in a half mold started growing on the floor between the cracks they must have a moisture issue because I use my A/C and often open my windows and after cleaning it up with bleach/water and a mold killer it start showing up again after a few weeks...management provided no resolution to the problem only asking me to use my A/C more which I already do how could you be so cavalier about something so serious and hazardous to health...my unit 117 had a plethora of spiders and resulted in webs everywhere constantly and I would also find dead Beatles on the floor in random rooms... the breezeways are filthy they have not power washed them and they have stains on the siding that are very unsightly...pay attention to the other reviews others have spoke on the random mold growth, filthy breezeways, and managements attitude...there are better places around where you can spend your money invest it there and save yourself the headache

My family and I have been living here almost a year. It’s absolutely one of the worst places. I would literally give a 0 star but that wasn’t a option. It’s a shame the front office workers are so rude, they don’t care about the tenants or even care to fix a problem in the apartments when brought to their attention several times. If you was considering living here or would love to be in this area, I highly suggest not to waste your time or money here.It will be like Christmas Day when our lease is up here and we won’t have to put up with the disrespectful managers and empty promises Cumberland Trace village keeps breaking anymore!

Horrible place, can’t fix AC because their AC person is on vacation forcing tenants to live in hot room temperature. Ridiculously ignorant staff.

This place is horrible. my wife lived here and I had a separate apartment and they still insisted that I was living with her in a threatening tone. anyways this place is horrible lol the dog park floods ALL the time. MOLD is always growing in random places and all the maintence does is sit in a garage smoking cigs and watching tv... the pool is disgusting and filled with kids so dont plan on ever using that. the sounds from the interstate helps block out the loud cars constantly driving through the complex lol jk this place is always loud no matter what. the front desk people are a joke. her dog runs wild on a leash she throws parties after closing.. I could go on and on with this place. just a bad place.. my wife was thrilled to move out and so were many others.. nobody moves into these places and has anything good to say after a few months just ask anyone. dont rent here. go next door and rent at the drake instead where they truly care. and its way nicer
