Very Good Service, Quick and Friendly A few hours did cost me $330. So I do Feel that part could have been a Little Cheaper, But at least My $2,400. Fridge didnt have to be thrown out.. SO I do Appreciate

Sears needs to have their call centers put back in the USA ! I understand that people overseas need jobs, but so do the American people to keep America GREAT !!! I personally know for a fact that most Americans in the USA that are SEARS customers cannot understand the persons at the call center , which has cost many commission sales persons to lose sales. Sears...please bring your call center back to the USA !

Technician was good but scheduling was problematic. Agent was doing her job and reading the script she was given but the intent was to put up barriers to prevent/delay scheduling of service covered by service agreement. Spent more time trying to sell unwanted home services. Also said I had to had dryer vent inspected by licensed vent cleaner before she could schedule service. Is that even a thing???? After my insistence service was scheduled but took three weeks to get tech out, too long to be without an appliance.

Purchased a Kenmore Elite refrigerator,stainless steel in 2014. Quit cooling, tech came out worked on it. Worked about 1 week, quit again. Tech came again, had to order a compressor. Put Freon in it and said should work until he could get back out, which would be 2 more weeks. Never did cool. Discussed this issue with a Sears associate with no satisfaction. Was told there had to be repairs 3 times before replacing with a new refrigerator. Had the protection agreement on this which was totally a waste of money. Loss of food both times and tech was very never very optimistic as to wether he could repair it. Never gave us a sense of satisfaction anytime he worked on it and now 1 week later, same thing again. Do not intend to purchase anything else from Sears simply due to the poor customer service.

Our 2 year old dishwasher that we purchased from sears stopped working suddenly so we decided to call Sears Appliance Repair in Bowling Green, KY. We made our appointment online and the first available appointment was from 8am-5pm 12 days later so we booked the appointment. We waited at home all day waiting for the text saying our technician was on his way. We decided to call the toll free number to check the status and our time frame was pushed back until 6:30pm so we waited longer. Called again and time frame was now until 8:15. 8:15pm came and went, so I called back and spoke with a representative. She wanted to reschedule and I asked if someone could just come the next day. I didn’t get an answer to that question but she said she would send a message to the technician to call me and made sure all my numbers were correct. Well, no technician. So the next day, I call back. Representative said we could reschedule but “unfortunately” there were no available appointments for 2 more weeks!!! I am not sure how this makes sense. I have had my appointment for 2 weeks already so why am I not first in line the next day?! I will never buy another thing from Sears or have them repair anything. This is my 2nd major issue with their customer service in 2 years.

I called for an appointment and even though they said there werent any available appointments, a tech came an evaluated the situation, ordered parts and when they were shipped, he came back and installed. Thanks Sears. so glad i got the extended warranty

3 Year old mower needed frequent repairs. This time transmission needed replacing, seat/brakes both loose, other problems but then the frame was broken on both sides. It was not fixable. My warranty calls for replacement at NO COST to me, but they wont uphold their own contract. Many calls and hours of phone time and no help. They will not replace it with an equivalent model. This is ridiculous. I will never buy another Sears product again if they dont honor their warranty.

Service man diagnosed the range problem quickly but had to order a part. It arrived within the week. Next visit was scheduled for a couple of weeks later. Service man installed the part and the oven is now working well. I have no problems with any of the process.

I had to wait 2 weeks for the repairman to come back and work on mower, and belt was delivered to my home. The repairman was very friendly. However, he was not familiar with the type of mower that I have. I mowed my back yard and the mower stopped and wont start back up. It appears that the battery should have been replaced. I am going a different venue for that..

I went to Sears because I had a bad experience with another local repair person. I wanted an organization I could trust. This was by far the worst experience Ive ever had. From glitches getting an appointment; to it taking a week and a half to finally get the appointment; to not being given an estimate and being charged $109 when nothing was done; to finally calling to report my disappointment and literally being hung up on or disconnected four times after an hour of trying to get someone to help me. I was finally told I would receive a refund and there would be a complaint about the technician and then I was cut off on the phone. When I called back I was told I would have to start over when I asked for a supervisor I was put on hold for another 15 minutes. Ive decided its not worth my time Ill just never use Sears again. I called before I wrote this review to try and get a resolution but now my only option is to write a bad review and walk away.

Serviceman showed up and was condescending, rude, and pompous. He treated my fiancee and father in law with disrespect. While he showed up on time this time for a change, he was still very unprofessional. To top it off, after stating he would order parts and return to fix the broken grill and smokers, he never followed up to set up a return appointment. I am disappointed with this service and can almost guarantee I will not be purchasing anymore Kenmore products in the future if this is the service I can expect.

On Sept 14 the technician seemed to solve the problem, however Ive been afraid to put food into the freezer. It took 8 weeks WITHOUT a freezer and many service calls to reach this point. This has been a very frustrating crazy situation totally unlike the service we were used to getting. The saga is much too long to record here.
