2 other companies told me I needed a new unit. They said the compressor was shorted . I Called Premier at 2 pm and asked for an estimate. Kelly came out and found a burned wire on my compressor. He replaced a terminal connector and charged me 80 dollars. The unit has been working great sense. Very honest man and passionate about his business and trade. I would recommend them to everyone.

I had an appointment for routine maintenance on my AC unit. They no call no showed the appointment. I called back and was told that there was an issue and they will call me to reschedule the following day. That was fine…I understand things happen. However, they never called to reschedule. I would try another company for your AC needs.

Our unit was very old and not well maintained. We had several companies come out and all were very expensive. We tried financing , but our credit wasn’t that good because of medical bills and we could not get financed, we kept getting denied. A friend recommended Premier Heating and Cooling on facebook. We called and asked them to come out. A technician came out the following day and said we needed a replacement , We did not have the money and continued heating our home with kerosene heaters. 2 days later on December 18 the owner ( Kelly Spear ) and 2 installation crews came out and installed our heating and Cooling system. We sat down and his company personally worked out a payment that we could afford to pay back monthly. He gave us a deferment until July to start making payments for 72 months at 0% interest. He did this at his company’s cost. I know because his price was over 3 thousand dollars of the others.Christmas was good this year and I’d recommend this company to anyone. They are hard working with a big heart.Thank you Premier Heating and Cooling.

I live in a mobile home off Louisville road. We called several companies and some said that they did not work on mobile home units. We had 2 companies come out and said that the unit needed replaced. We called around town getting quotes. We called Premier.The owner personally came out to quote a new unit.He asked to take a look at the unit before quoting a new system. He advised that the unit was only 11Years old and the problem was a part not bringing our fan on and that it also needed a good clean and service . He replaced the needed part and cleaned the unit. He completely disassembled the furnace and cleaned it.He wore a mask, gloves, shoe covers and very concerned with our safety. We were expecting to spend 6000 dollars on a new unit. The cost to repair was 180 dollars . Been 3 months and the system runs like new .

Called Premier on a Sunday at 7pm. They were at my house around 745. The replaced the motor and serviced the system . The cost to repair was 375 dollars which was more than reasonably fair . They did not finish until almost 10pm. I work in healthcare so I received a 10% discount and they do not charge overtime rates. I received a courtesy phone call Monday asking if the system was running ok. I called later in the week asking for my bill. They advised that send bills out a couple weeks past the completion date to insure customer satisfaction. I was able to pay online and also schedule service online. A very good company that puts the customer first. .

Owner came out personally this weekend to fix our heat. Wore all the necessary PPE and put our family’s safety first . He Had the needed part on his truck. Very courteous and professional. Face to face was very limited as he used a visual support app to communicate and worked perfectly. Thank you Premier . We will recommend you to all who need HVAC help.

This is by far the best place for all your heating and cooling needs ! I try to give veterans my business so I stick with Kelly Spear the owner of this place. I like that the owner is not hard to contact either if you have a question or concern. That wouldn’t happen elsewhere!!

A cat got in our ductwork and had kittens. . A real mess . As messy as it was they took the job on. Removed the furbies and put them in box and we took them for a future adoption at the humane society. Ducting was cleaned and works great

An install completed by this company. It was thought some plumbing drain lines were damaged during the install. I can’t say if they were or not, I wasn’t on site during the install, but what I can say for a fact, is that when it was brought to the owners attention on the phone, he became irate about it, and was not the least bit helpful. Professional service is hard to find these days, but they certainly won’t be getting any recommendations from me or my fellow contractors.

To Southside Banchee. As you said, you were not there. Please do not write unfactual, false reviews anymore. Our customers are our highest priority and we have always made the job right no matter what. Those are the truthful facts.The details are that the plumbing was rotted and was laying on the ground. It had been rotted for years. Galvanized pipe needs replaced before 60 years in a damp, moist crawl space. It was completely rotted and We still have the texts sent, and photos which was shown to the customer asking that the plumbing be repaired before job completed. This was a duplex space and the customer advised theSpace as her “ she shed “ and that she did not use the water” and had not for years due to knowing the plumbing pipes were rotten. Again , facts .The customer lived in one side and the “ she shed” was the other side.... The customer advised “ we don’t use that area” we will get it fixed later, right now we need heat” ..... they had a 1957 boiler in their home waiting to cause serious damage. The customer made us Xmas ornaments and complimented our work.One year later, again, one year later, we get an incoherent, verbally abusive phone call saying the plumbing was damaged . We advised of the text messages and photos. She got more incoherently verbally abusive and we advised the customer that we could come and show the messages sent , with photos before the job was done, again, ONE YEAR LATER..... luckily, we don’t delete texts .It’s shameful that people twist, turn and knowingly lie on businesses that work hard for the community and people . These are the people that cause harm and misguide people. Other companies pay these people to write bad reviews . That’s what they do . These again, are facts. South side Banchee cannot list their name as they need a hide away to promote False claims.

My family and I have lived in our home now for over a year we have experienced so many problems when it has come to our AC. Having no air in our home made it extremely difficult to do any kind of daily activity. Having children in the home we needed our air fixed ASAP. That’s when we decided to call Premier Heating and Cooling. Kelly and his HVAC team came the next day and almost immediately diagnosed the problem we had cold air in our home by that afternoon. We purchased a new home in Bowling Green Ky in which Premier Heating and Cooling had installed the HVAC system. This A/C system was experiencing problems so we called for support. The Owner, Kelly came and was very rude! He stated there was nothing wrong with the unit and turned his back to us while we were asking about the unit. Our home security camera caught him throwing a temper tantrum outside! We had to get the manufacture to diagnose the issue for Kelly. In my opinion he had his mind made up to do nothing when he arrived and left us at 63 years old in the heat of mid summer without A/C for 6 weeks! This man has no compassion for anybody and should be barred from his business.
