Pedi and mani. Ive had much better. There are 5 pedi seats and 4 nail stations. They rushed through the services and will use unsanitized equipment. So, watch out. The techs were nice enough. Vicky serviced me. During the hour I was here, there were three negative customer incidents.

We did a girls night with manicures and pedicures. This was our first time here and we really enjoyed our time. The nail technicians were very nice and the prices were affordable. Our feet never felt better.

So they had my review flagged. So once again. PLEASE everyone pay attention while getting your nails done! I had to tell the employees to use clean tools from the autoclave before doing my nails. Then I watched them use the same tools on another customer. Disgusted, I payed and left, I couldn’t even finish getting my nails done.And I called the health department. This happened 3 weeks ago. Please go somewhere else they have no problem with jeopardizing your health.

Stopped here and needed a quick pedicure. They got me in and out and still did a good job. I just wish it wasnt extra for the scrub and hot towel.

Me and my mom came here no one was in there cool soon as people came in they started rushing in my mom feet and my hands I got acrylic nails she did not measure my nails to make sure they were all even one hand is longer then the other then what I asked for the design was very sloppy and rush the nails are very cheap have been popping off left and right I will never go here again this place needs to be take. Down

I love how the lady with long black hair she did my nails it was so good she was patient with me with what color and what I wanted. Next time I go there I will do red and white or pink and white.

I should have took the previous reviews more seriously. The Nail tech that sits near the register is very rude and has poor customer service. I paid for gel nail polish (6/16/19)which on average lasts 2 weeks. 4 hours later my nail white polish was turning a yellowish color. I called to complain & she said it due to my hands being dirty. I went back (6/17/19) she kept making excuses about why they were changing colors. After several attempts of “cleaning the dirt” off my nails they admitted it was bad polish.The inside looks run down & unkept but Ignored it because they are priced low. I should have went with the reviews instead of saving $15.My nails look 2 weeks old & they are freshly done.

The inside has been updated recently. Always a great job for a very reasonable price. Staff are always kind. Owner takes personal responsibility for your service. Once I was not thrilled with my gel and he redid my whole manicure for free. I also like that that use a fitted bag in the pedicure sink and always use tools that are fresh from the sterilizer.Also, the best eyebrow waxing I’ve ever had.

My experience within the span of 15-25 min: (#3 is most important)1. Had to tell the lady 3 times the water was freezing. Finally just sucked it up and stuck my feet in.2. “ I want a basic pedi and mani.” She tried to upsell me everything under the sun. I dont want gel nails (told her that twice), no massages, no oils.... basic pedi and mani. She wasnt getting it.3.THE MOST IMPORTANT! She cut me to deep (in the pic its on the right side of my nail) and when i mentioned this after flinching so hard my foot came out of her hand, her response was “theres no blood. Ill be gentle next time.” There will no be a next time as im not gonna wait for blood. I told her i was done but she persisted to try to work on my feet. After the 4th time of telling her im done i finally, in a moderate but far reaching voice told her to “Stop Touching Me Right Now Please.” Then she didnt want to dry my feet!!!SIDE NOTE: My 2 sisters where with me. The first had no problems and she eventually convinced me to try again using her lady so i did (hence the color in the pics- the second lady was wonderful and gentle). The second sister got my lady because she was late. I warned my sister but once the lady found out we were sisters, her whole attitude changed. Rudeness and impatience was gone. Couldnt get “hello hru” to my sister because the lady kept Interrupting me for fear that I would snitch out loud., but she shaped up.Overall: You get what you pay for. $22 pedi and $32 pedi + mani. Just watch them and be extra leary of the long haired, taller female.

This is the rudest nail salon I’ve ever been in.. I went in to get three nails repaired the female who assisted me act like she had a problem doing it.. rushed through the process And I had told her in the beginning very simple only clear polish Major ATTITUDE!!. I guess she thought i was going to spend more money Not HERE!!! I would expect better service in this area.. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME! You’ll get better service in the hood!

I have been coming to the shop for 1 year and I am always happy with my Gel Nails and Gel Pedicure. Everyone is very friendly and Tony does a great job. My nails and feet can last for up to 3 weeks with no chipping or breaking. 👍🙂💅

I live far, but I still send people to this locations, when I have my family come there she is quick and helps. The nicest person I meant since I’ve moved here. Thank you 🙏🏾

New to the area, just moved into a new neighborhood and I wanted to get my nails and eyebrows done for a party. I came to this salon and the manager was nice, she got my nails done for me in a simple flower design and helped me wax my eyebrows.

Only place in Bowie I go to.

The lady doing my nails was incredibly rude and seemed to not care how badly she hurt my fingers. The glue burned so I moved my hand & she told me not to move. I got a full set of acrylic nails and they are sharp enough to break the skin easily. WOULD NOT RECCOMEND TO ANYONE

If I can give this place zero stars I would. I recently moved to the area and needed to get my eyebrows done for a party. When I walked in, I should have know the level of service I would get. There was no professional or no warm welcoming atmosphere. They even looked like I was bothering them. The lady that did my eyebrows messed it up and when I pulled out my card to pay she had a problem. Obviously if I had cash I would have used it. Safe to say they’re never getting any money from me again.

Charged me $18 to take off my dipped acrylic nails. They are a sad excuse for a company and I will NEVER go there again. Please close down. A complete rip off and dishonest way of business.

The owner was rude, harsh and disrespectful when I inquired about the services. I am disabled and expected a level of patience and professionalism. Yet I was met with an arrogant and condescending attitude. The gentleman I asked to do my nails refused and told another employee to assist me. He obviously resented the fact that I informed the owner that her tone and manner in which she was speaking to me was disrespectful. No stars for this experience.🙄

I liked it, I recently took my friend there so she could get her nails done and look, fabulous. So I waited for her and I loved the way her nails looked. The way they did her manicure and pedicure was fabulous. I recommend going there!

Got my nails done the other day ..the worst experience ever!!! The owners is more worried about getting her money than keeping her customer satisfied...I got gel nails the color was put on so light and sloppy. ...so when I told her I wanted an extra coat she told me I had to wait until closing to come and get them done that was 4 hours later...so unprofessional I will never go back there and I would tell people to not waste your money..there horrible!!!!!

The manager at L.T. nails is terrible.Ive been going to lt nails for a while now, and Ive always had the guys do my nails.One day i went in and the guy who usually does my nails, wasnt there, so the manager, Tina did my nails.She was rough, quick, and didnt really pay attention to my nails, all she kept doing was talking to her employees and what not.Now I always get gel french tips, and the way she did them was horrific, one of the nails were slightly crooked, and on top of that I didnt even have them for a week, one of the nails started chipping, and one of the other nails broke. ):Never going to that place again.

When I went to get my acrylics the guy rushed the whole time. Had dents in the acrylic after forming. Didn’t even put on the polish good at all I would give them 0 stars if it’s possible. They did a horrible job and they make u pay an extra 15 dollars if u want them extra long like what. They also hurt my fingers when doing it and he was really rude. Horrible I DONT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!

Ive been going here for a while. Tina knows everyone. Nice but annoying when you dont get at least three seervices. Good pedicure but be careful i did a ringworm from the pedicure spa.

When i walked in all the employees looked at me like i was lost lol but overall great experience man that did my nails did a very good job shaping them . very nice man from start 2 finish . So i went a week after i had my little girl and i was kind of in a rush cuz i breaatfeed and they took care of 2 ppl tht got there after me gave me a water bottle to thank me for waiting i was so pissed o. Top of it once the lady by the cash register did my nails she had an attitude when i tried tellin her how i wanted my nails she was rough than wen she was about 2 finish sje tried neing nice for a tip but i didnt give her nothing bery unprofessional. Kim was a happy spirit and was a true professional. Massage chairs were fun, the interior was clean and the vibe was good.

When removing my broken acrylic nail the lady forc d and fake nail under mine to take it off damaging my nail beds and ripping the skin off my finger and started bleeding. The woman got and attitude when I asked if I could get a color change and while she was doing my nails she told me I had oily skin and I looked tired.

I love it 😍
