These guys/gals are great. I explained what I thought was wrong with my vehicle and they went over the entire car to double check. They found the problem and found the parts that would be needed. But instead of just ordering them Terrance assisted me with the model numbers of the parts and I was able to order them online for much less. I made a follow up appointment to have the parts installed so the work that was done that day will be combined with my next appointment. I wont go anywhere else!!! All they were interested in was helping me fix the issues with my vehicle and helping keep the costs within my budget. Thank you so much!!!!

These mechanics really understand how to fix your vehicle. I was very impressed after being ripped off my previous mechanic. These mechanics are very professional and courteous. I wanted to purchase a vehicle outright, I had a friend whos vehicle was getting repaired and said they helped out low income families, of which I am a single mom on disability. I contacted them several times over the span of over a month, they never replied to their online form nor called me back. I went to another place. Its too bad because I really wanted to give these guys my business for helping out families for free and low cost repairs.

Havent been able to get ahold of the mechanic since last month when i had a scheduled apt. When I arrived, i was told the mechanic was out sick. No one had called to cancel with me or tell me that. After that he went on vacation and hasnt called me since to reschedule. I have called and left messages at least 3 times.

I was told that my ToyotaCorolla 2007 Struts are leaking & needs to be replaced for about $630. When I double checked with les Schwab, they told me that the struts are ok, there is nothing wrong with them. Thank God & Gurus, I was saved from being ripped off.

Car is back in the shop for the 3 time they say the oil smell was my camshaft leaking, then they say it was my power steering pump now its my crank shaft that is leaking they say hmmmm seems kinda fishy now its going to cost another $400.00 so to recap the oil leak I took it in to get fixed is still leaking so now I have to take it some where else to get fixedWell got my car back for the power steering new pump again works great and its quiet again they called 3 minutes before they close.Well its the end of day 3 to do a power steering pump replacement Google repair Labor Hours 2.2 hours Cedar Ministry Mechanic going into day 4 still no call or answer from them.This place will not call you to inform of finish progress or to say they will be keeping your car for many more days. All the work i had done cost me $800.00 in labor they tend to mark the parts up 200% and being that they buy the parts from ORiley auto parts I got all the parts my self example timing belt kit my cost $130.00 from OReilly they wanted to charge me $384.00 for the same part and brand from OReilly. Had timeing belt, spark plug and wire, valve cover gasket fixed then they say my power steering pump is leaking red fluid so I had a new one installed got the car back and its making a loud whining noise from the steer pump their recommendations was to drive it for a week and see what happens what I noticed is there was air in the system and the fluid was not red it was brown at this point theyve had the car for a week so brought it back for the whining noise another 2 days later they said it was a bad pump again so i got another power steering pump so the end to day 2 new pump is still not installed or the old pump is still not removed going to day 3 now. Well its the end of day 3 to do a power steering pump replacement Google repair Labor Hours 2.2 hours Cedar Ministry Mechanic going into day 4 still no call or answer from them.

I just called to get some information about transmission work I need to have done on my 2004 Volvo XC90 and the man I spoke with was more than I mean extremely more than helpful. kept putting information out there when I paused thinking that he was going to want to go a different direction because he only had so much time to deal with somebody only seeking information but he gave me what I needed to know and was very polite kind and factual with his information.
